Hey everyone,

Proudly jumping on here to rep @War Born Peptides.

Getting into a bit early, still away on holidays, but wanted to get it going.

Just at the end of a growth phase, ended with a 3 week holiday o/s, so I couldn't even tell you my true fasted weight currently.

Hasn't shifted too much since I left though, it's around 86-87kg ish post 1st meal and hydration, going by the gym scales.

Started at 76kg in November.

Coach has me about to hit a mini health phase on April 27th, 4-6 weeks, cut a bit of fat, get bloods done, then grow again if all is tracking well.

He has me running 250mg test e when I get back (took 500mg test u, and 150eq to keep me going for the hol), and cutting cals back from 3600 training days to 3150, and 3200 rest days to 2720.

Thanks to the lads @War Born Peptides I will also be running ss31 at 2mg a day for 20 days, motsc at 2mg a day on training days, and ghkcu at 3mg a day.

I'm yet to run any of the Mito stuff, so pumped to see how this goes.

Everythings tracked really well the past few weeks away, haven't missed a session, trained at heaps of gyms. But keen as to get back to full routine.

Goal in Nov jumping on trt, was to get to 87kg lean for jits. So I'm keen as to see where this cut leaves me, been pretty stoked with the results so far.

Might as well chuck a second log up.

Still flying by the seat of my pants a bit on holidays, I'll structure these better when I get back, and can actually weight myself and fully track everything.

Usual split is upper/lower/rest.

Step goal of 9000 a day, which I'm smashing daily, and cardio of 20mins a day of 120-130hr. Which is the only thing I've been hell inconsistent with this hol. Done maybe 7 times total.

I had a double rest day over the weekend, so have just smashed out upper/lower/upper, due to travels, and the fact last gym I found was sick.

I'm thinking of sneaking an illegal arm day in tmrw too, just so I don't get stuck with another double rest day.

Haven't tracked cals the last 5 days, which has been a bit refreshing, but doing more or less the same shit peri workout, so I know I'm hitting roughly around my 3600 cals, 550c, 260p, 40f. Just been lowering my carbs a bit to adjust for the potential for added fats I can't account for after the workout window.

Have hit my 6000-7500 of potassium/sodium the whole time. I've eaten so much oats/cor/honey and whey the last few weeks it's fucking outrageous.

Looking forward to coming home now to smash some creamis, and get back to full routine!

@Jro looking forward to seeing how you do on these peptides. I've done GHK as part of the KLOW stack but I've not run either one of the others so it's good to gain some knowledge from others' experiences.

I threw in a cpl of those things last log. But when I get back I'll do another one with everything in it. So much is out right now due to only bringing so much with me.

Gym sessions are all over the shop too, trained at 7 different gyms. Once I'm home it will be easy

Me too, haven't ran any Mito stuff yet. I have ran ghk, but only at 2mg.
 
Staple the last few weeks meal 1. Oats, honey, whey drip, lite salt. 600 cal, 50p, 80c, 5f.

Never eat oats pre workout at home, it's usually cereal with whey.

But I have had to make do.

Guess what my post workout meal is, once I ran out of cor. The same thing but more!

Then by the time I get back, everyone's awake and asking me what I want for breakfast. You mean, meal 3? 😂

The peptide mix that you're putting together is pretty good. I'm especially excited to see how you do on the ss31. I've seen a lot of people running the ghk and the motsc. But I don't know much about the ss31. @Jro

I like that you started at 76 kg and now you're at 86 kg. @Jro that's good, consistent effect so you didn't just go on there and blow up 40 lb.

@Jro mini cut for four to six weeks sounds like a good plan. Cut down a little bit of fat; you'll be absolutely ripped.
 
I like that you started at 76 kg and now you're at 86 kg. @Jro that's good, consistent effect so you didn't just go on there and blow up 40 lb.
Thankyou. Pretty big focus on health, staying lean, and keeping Anabolics relatively low.

Want to keep the growth a bit slower, otherwise I'll just gas out carrying the extra weight at jits, if it comes on too fast. That's why my goal was end of the year to be 87kg lean. So suprised I've got to where I am so fast honestly.

At the same time, I'd love to be as big and sexy as @hegs

I've played around with semax, but pulled it out for a while. Will try it again in the future
i tried it myself over the weekend, didn't notice anything. i'm full of energy and focus regardless so maybe the effects are not noticeable
 
Thankyou. Pretty big focus on health, staying lean, and keeping Anabolics relatively low.

Want to keep the growth a bit slower, otherwise I'll just gas out carrying the extra weight at jits, if it comes on too fast. That's why my goal was end of the year to be 87kg lean. So suprised I've got to where I am so fast honestly.

At the same time, I'd love to be as big and sexy as @hegs
It's always a challenge. That's why we love it.

Just at the end of a growth phase, ended with a 3 week holiday o/s, so I couldn't even tell you my true fasted weight currently.

Hasn't shifted too much since I left though, it's around 86-87kg ish post 1st meal and hydration, going by the gym scales.

Started at 76kg in November.

Coach has me about to hit a mini health phase on April 27th, 4-6 weeks, cut a bit of fat, get bloods done, then grow again if all is tracking well.

He has me running 250mg test e when I get back (took 500mg test u, and 150eq to keep me going for the hol), and cutting cals back from 3600 training days to 3150, and 3200 rest days to 2720.

Thanks to the lads @War Born Peptides I will also be running ss31 at 2mg a day for 20 days, motsc at 2mg a day on training days, and ghkcu at 3mg a day.

I'm yet to run any of the Mito stuff, so pumped to see how this goes.

Everythings tracked really well the past few weeks away, haven't missed a session, trained at heaps of gyms. But keen as to get back to full routine.

Goal in Nov jumping on trt, was to get to 87kg lean for jits. So I'm keen as to see where this cut leaves me, been pretty stoked with the results so far.

Had zero symptoms. Once we went up a bit higher with test, mood dropped a bit. Brought in EQ, and utilised a cpl aromasin. Haven't had any aas sides since.

Its a @Ben10 thing, the boys get it. Supposed to be a rest day 😂

We'll see how we go next bloods. Had zero sides, I think that was at 210mg test, I'd have to check, the first time I had taken it there. Had no side effects till we got up to 280mg, and we added 50mg EQ, which helped with mood.

We'll see how I test at 250mg this go round, and work from there.

If those were my bloods I wouldn't consider it worth my Free T level being where it is with those levels of e2 and prolactin. I think the use of EQ and AI's should be dialed in using bloodwork ASAP as you're clearly an extraordinarily high aromatizer. I wouldn't be comfortable walking around with those levels. Your FreeT: prolactin ratio is almost 1:1 and your FreeT:e2 ratio is almost 3:1. Prolatin and e2 are sky high and these are female hormones bro; it's a myth that not experiencing sides means everything is okay.

You have my two cents I'll lay off the bloodwork lecture and please just keep us posted. I'm assuming you're running an AI now yes?

No I'm not. Took 2 x 25mg aromasin when I had mood sides before the EQ saturated, and was on 280mg test e and 50mg EQ, 25mg var on training days.

Before holidays I took 500mg test u, and 150mg EQ.

This was my first push, so we'll see how we go this next run.

I have all the ais available, just haven't needed to utilise them outside of the aromasin.

I defer to my coach for this stuff. If I had been doing it on my own, those numbers would have sent me into a tailspin.

Missed this. Nothing really outside of the normal. Arms aren't prioritised, just 5-6 sets at the end of each upper. Always been much stronger on pull that push though. Jits must do something for forearms, the pump some days is unbearable.

But yeah, I'll start putting in workouts soon for sure. Lower tmrw arvo after landing, pumpped

Jits must do something for forearms, the pump some days is unbearable.
This totally explains it! I knew I noticed something about your forearms, those are definitely Jits forearms! When I did Jits that's when my forearms and cardio was the best both have ever been.

Pretty sure it's a tendonitis of some sort at this point. Can manage it in the gym, but it can flare up like crazy at jits.

Gonna see my physio next time it flares, thought the time off would sort it

Hit cals, missed on steps (6000) and cardio annoyingly, daughter woke up hell early, then the rest of the day was occupied (and had to get up for work at 2330 same day).

Got in my first jits class since I got back, drills and 5 solid rolls. Adductor/groin issue still persisting, but currently manageable. Didn't flare.

Have started doing Copenhagens EOD, there's a weakness in one side, that I think stems from an injury last year.

So hopefully I can address it a bit before I get another acute injury.

Really good result, better than I expected under the conditions. Very happy with it.

I've cycled through each of my workouts now since I've gotten back, there's some clear strength gains since I've been away, which is nice.

Matched bp, lat raise was jumping around on diff machines, pb single arm lat for reps, pb chest fly for reps, missed straight arm pulldown (lats were absolutely smoked), pb single arm tri dip reps, pb single arm curl reps.

Ended with some Copenhagens, could feel parts of the adductor activating, without pain in the tmj. Good result.

Came in on the 02/05 to train legs. Arvo session, 3 meals in, training with a mate, feeling great, 40 mins cardio done am.

Got through ext, curls and abduction, matching or beating pbs pre adductor issue. Stoked.

Got onto leg press to just match previous week, and felt something go again on 6th rep.

Anything squat pattern after that was fucked, finished with calves and was done.

Slipped up a bit pm with some thc, and way to many calories. Bad combination for me, injury and thc! But, we make mistakes. Limited cals a bit the following day, but not expecting next checkin to be great.

Sunday got 35 mins stairs in and 16k steps. Hard to sleep, getting up and down difficult, but doesn't really affect much else. Similar to how it's been going previously, it resolves from mega pain pretty quick, and just lingers through certain movements.

Woke up this morning, got an upper session sorted. Cpl of pbs, everything else matched. Ticked of 20 mins on stairs.

Saw a physio later to finally figure out wtf is happening.

He's predicting an inguinal hernia. Saw a gp today to get an U/S referral, he's skeptical, he thinks more likely a sports injury. So also got a referral to a sports doc, in case the us comes up with nothing, so I can get an mri.

Unfortunately, while trying to book an U/S, got a call from work. Apparently, I'd mixed up my days. So had to head in, and looks like I can't get in for an us till next week.

So, plan is, to still train lower tmrw, but only ext and curl movements. Watch my bracing in case it is in fact a hernia.

Get my cardio and steps in. No more jits until I figure out exactly what's happening.

Bit of an update.

Came in on the 02/05 to train legs. Arvo session, 3 meals in, training with a mate, feeling great, 40 mins cardio done am.

Got through ext, curls and abduction, matching or beating pbs pre adductor issue. Stoked.

Got onto leg press to just match previous week, and felt something go again on 6th rep.

Anything squat pattern after that was fucked, finished with calves and was done.

Slipped up a bit pm with some thc, and way to many calories. Bad combination for me, injury and thc! But, we make mistakes. Limited cals a bit the following day, but not expecting next checkin to be great.

Sunday got 35 mins stairs in and 16k steps. Hard to sleep, getting up and down difficult, but doesn't really affect much else. Similar to how it's been going previously, it resolves from mega pain pretty quick, and just lingers through certain movements.

Woke up this morning, got an upper session sorted. Cpl of pbs, everything else matched. Ticked of 20 mins on stairs.

Saw a physio later to finally figure out wtf is happening.

He's predicting an inguinal hernia. Saw a gp today to get an U/S referral, he's skeptical, he thinks more likely a sports injury. So also got a referral to a sports doc, in case the us comes up with nothing, so I can get an mri.

Unfortunately, while trying to book an U/S, got a call from work. Apparently, I'd mixed up my days. So had to head in, and looks like I can't get in for an us till next week.

So, plan is, to still train lower tmrw, but only ext and curl movements. Watch my bracing in case it is in fact a hernia.

Get my cardio and steps in. No more jits until I figure out exactly what's happening.

Started up with @shadow labs test e this week, and motsc, ss31 and ghkcu going well with @War Born Peptides. Appreciate you both!

Hey mate, just got caught up on your log. Looks like you've got things pretty well dialled in. I like your upper/lower training. You've got a good looking physique as well.

That sucks about the injury. Good that you've seen someone already. Too many just try and work through or work around. Hopefully it's nothing major.

Managed to get into an ultrasound for Monday, and a sports doctor on the 25th. So some progress there.

Got steps and cardio in today, did seated leg curls, leg ext and standing calves. All matched or pbs. Could have added more volume, but decided today to err on the side of caution. Next lower, I'll see how this recovers an adjust accordingly.

Weirdest injury, why I've been working through it for so long. Mega pain, down to totally manageable pain, within 3 days. Rinse and repeat whenever it decides it wants to be an issue again.

Cals all on target. Got nights the next cpl, so I'm going to just keep grinding and checkin with coach when I can actually take some fasted pics.

Weight was 86.9 this morning, so coming back down from my binge.

Met up with another lad who's also coached by swcc for a trade today, that was sick. Got my hands on some more var for next push. Great community.

24hr roster, so mines not even consistent nights or days. But yeah, training tired af can be a drag sometimes.

Its always awkward, you never get used to it 😂

Worst for me is back to back 12 hours nights, with an hour travel each way. Those are rough. Have to have all my ducks in a row

I'm keen to hear about the U/S report! Most imaging mobs I've used you can go in after 24 hours and get the ultrasound report printed without waiting to see your doctor. You feel like a proper stalker going in and asking for it but I like knowing whats going on and not waiting in suspense :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Haha. Mine will get sent to my physio, he'll sling me a text if anything comes up.

I'm not too rushed though, it's reached a point this week and hasn't further improved, so not much is gonna change for a bit.

Check in with coach tmrw for sure.

First time I'm been shit with checkins, look forward to it every week. I guess it's just less exciting in a health phase 😂.
 
Had a rest day today, between shifts. Skipped cardio, and opted to mow the out of control lawns from holidays, I haven't had a chance to do since I got back. Has been doing my head in.

Thought I'd get a quote, $350, well that's too high. Second quote I woke up to was $550. Nothing more motivating than that after 4 hours sleep. Spent a bit over an hour on the whipper snipper and mower, sorted it out to about 80%.

Those guys must do alright.

Another night shift on about 6 hours broken sleep. But, my lawns are done.

Checkin for sure tmrw, and upper.
