Looking for advice on first cycle of Test E

Good morning everyone, I am looking for some solid advice for a first cycle of Test E, I have been in the gym for about 5 years, I am 22 and have used Rad140 in the past but now I am researching testosterone. Any advice would be appreciated! Current height is 5'10 and weight is 210 if that matters
Whats current bodyfat brother?

Hows nutrition look, are you well structured with nutrition, training and sleep/recovery?

How the foundation look will determine what you get out of your first cycle.

Its your first exposure to anabolics so you want to get the most you can from it.

post a photo of your physique with your face blurred brother and lets see your starting point.

Now your age is going to come into the conversation as other members start to chime in. At 22 your moving within the peak of your testosterone levels but you need to take into consideration that biologically your body hasnt finished developing yet.

Aas can have a negative impact on this and should be something you think about.
personally i would wait a few years bro but at the end of the day its your body so if you do commit to it, its best you start a log so we can help guide you properly the whole way.

let see your physique and ill give you my opinion on how you should approach your first cycle.

Alright my 2c.

First thing is first, get pre cycle bloods!
We can then gauge where your at naturally and gives us a target to chase post cycle as at your age you dont want to start blasting and cruising legend you will just fuck your natural system down too hard and can make it extremely difficult when it comes that time in your life you decide to have children.

So start learning how to pct properly! @HarleyGuy has a solid protocol here that he can help you with.

Now we pick our starting point.

I suggest 250mg weekly total for the first 4 weeks.

We then pull bloods again.

At this point what we are looking to see here is how your body responds to estrogen conversion and if you need the use of an aromatase inhibitor.

If bloods are good and e2 is in range we can then bump your dose up to around 350-400.
If e2 is high we can then assess bringing in an a.i.

4 weeks Post that again pull bloods a second time we asses and address issues. If all is good to go i would honestly just ride that dose out.

There isnt any need to be blasting huge amounts on your first cycle. True growth will come from your nutrition, training and recovery. Ped's are only tools we have available to enhance the foundation that should already be in place.

I would ride this out 12-16weeks. Personally i would lean more towards the 16 week mark as your not thrashing your body at this dose and with the frequent early bloods test we have a very clear picture of whats happening with your body.

You can learn a lot about your bodies response to testosterone on your first cycle and you should take advantage of that. As every cycle you run there on after will have a test base and its important to understand what happening from that compound before you add another.

Accountability, self esteem, and consistency all which lead to RESULTS!

Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.
We have 100's of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Do you still want to have kids? I recommend becoming as learned as possible on steroids in this order:

1. PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test, hormones and HPTA back up and running)
2. Diet/Supps (we must see you have this dialed in with the proper macros, calories and supplements specific to your goal)
3. Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper)
4. Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for a proper cycle suited and tailored to you)

when it comes to Test E, you'll be fine with it but keep in mind you're taking a risk of damaging your reproductive system at your age. I would keep the cycle as short as possible.

bros, maybe you should stick to SARMs for a year or two until you get a little older. Have you done blood work?

keep in mind if you start using steroids at your age, you'll go on TRT at a much younger age. That's something for you to think about.

if you're going to run steroids at your age, keep the cycle short. I'm talking 8 weeks and that's it. This way you can do a full recovery and you better get blood work before, during, and after.

you should go with Test Prop and run a short cycle as the guy said above. I would even go 6 weeks, especially at your age so you don't screw up your reproductive system forever.
