hello i am looking for some guidance. i know there is a search bar and ai and links and google but its just too much info, its overwhelming.

im 6'2 32 and bounce around 190-200. however i want bigger arms and a bigger chest. being lean isnt important im just interested in getting bigger and stronger

can someone just tell me what would be good for my first time to gain size and strength, just test 400? i know there is alot of nuance i just want to know where i start

First of all would recommend getting some bloodwork see where your levels are at. and we could discuss test amounts. also could you give past training and diet plan. Can help us here to help you

i have done blood work for something else recently and everything was in the normal range. i train at home so its hard to say. i have a bench and can 225 and can do 5 reps. i realize maybe just working out more may be the solution but i want to be a bit bigger sooner than later

Mate you have explained barely anything about you.
What is your nutritional intake. Do you know calories and macros you eat.
What training do you do. Do you actually follow a program.
Do you have your rest and recovery on point?

Until you nail these things you are wasting anabolics if you use them.

Take a deep breath. You can’t just jump in to this. 225 bench is great! You can get big, you’re pretty big already.

Before anyone tells you what to run, you need a simple training and diet log because we don’t know your calories, protein, sleep, or what your lifts look like, and that’s what decides if you grow.
Post 2 weeks of ed food, bodyweight, training #s for your main presses and arm work, and sleep so the EVO family can tell you the proper cycle and guidance. 15min of your time to start and it will change your life!

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

I'm not sure what you mean by red tape :D you know its normal for us to ask you questions to help you, this is steroids you're talking about @ihaveautismandinsecurity we would need way more info to guide you, its a good thing we are asking

The advice is not so someone may say "I told you so", its so that you cant say "no one warned me"

The best thing you can do is properly educate yourself (which you should when it comes to injecting yourself with powerful, potentially harmful substances), and the worst thing you can do is "figure it out for yourself" with no understanding.

Cool. You’re bigger than me. Do you think you’ll be less insecure when you’re bigger? Plot twist: probably not!
But back to the point, you want to be bigger. I want to be bigger, we all want to be bigger. Cool then. The why doesn’t necessarily matter, but the how certainly does.

You asked a very simple question “can I just use t400?” is basically what you asked.

Well yes, the simple answer is yes.

If you use 400mg of testosterone per week you will get bigger. If you do that and you eat more/better you’ll get bigger still, with a better look, which you say you don’t care but you will.

If you use 400mg testosterone a week, and eat properly and increase weight/reps/sets progressively, you’ll get even better results.

The rub is, can you do this without unmanageable side effects?
And the answer is we just don’t know. So you’ll have to follow a process, and be patient and help us help you. It is possible that using PEDs is just not worth it for you. And that’s ok. But it’s not likely that you can’t use PEDs. You probably can as long as you are willing and able to be diligent.
