im 6'2 32 and bounce around 190-200. however i want bigger arms and a bigger chest. being lean isnt important im just interested in getting bigger and stronger
can someone just tell me what would be good for my first time to gain size and strength, just test 400? i know there is alot of nuance i just want to know where i start
