this is my first LOG just having a crack really

I have been listening to podcasts while I workout 🏋️‍♀️ and on the way to work I enjoy it

Hight 5:7
Weight: now this morning 71.6 kg
weight I started @ was 84 kg back in December

Stopped drinking alcohol in December as I was an alcoholic and got myself back to the gym and hitting 10,000 steps a day with Retta then
I started meal prep my food

Back then I was useing white rice 200g
Chicken 200 g oats in the morning
And my workout was all over the shop as I was doing a lot off volume a lot off reps super sets


I started using test E at 1 mill a week
Then a mast got me some sustton 250
I started that @ the same 1 mill 250 a week
I was dosing twice a week then my mate told me that I should be dosing test @ 500 a week
So that’s what I did next minute my nipples got sensitive so I stopped for 9 days then I got mastron e and started again but I slowly went up with test when I did it slowly I was fine I got all the way up to 600 this was before my coach

I got bloodwork done as I was starting with my coach and my test free test was way above 2000 ET was @386 I was worried
My coach wasn’t so we didn’t do anything

I stayed there for another 2/3 week then I have come back down
Now I’m running sust 250@250 pin every day
Mast.p 130 mg 200mg a week pin every day
I have also been running HGH the hole time started @2 iu for a few months then to 4 iu and now I’m on 6iu hgh feel great 5 mcg Cialis every couple days

Now my cals are at 2050 food
Working out 🏋️‍♀️ p/p/L/u/l
Plus’s steps at work getting 10,000
A day

Well done brother on starting your log and especially on stopping your drinking habit

What high dose are you thinking of regarding the HGH or are you talking about the 6iu you were on. If so i don't think thats high at all however everyone reactions are different

@LevButlerov would be able to help sort you out with getting your log approved

can you clarify what your full cycle is? just test/mast now because 6iu hgh a bit high, 2 ius much better

I saw bloods you posted, do you have others?

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Or use an app like myfitness pal or cronometer. Very easy.

Hey legends this is a crazy community I was hesitant to poast at the start 🤔

But all this feed back makes me want to keep logging so thank you 🙏 keeping myself honest

My food intake is macros 200 protein
200 carbs
50 fats

At this stage 2050 a day I have been eating under this though at around 1450 a day so adding a new meal in tonight

I really enjoy kangaroo with extra lean beef mince it’s that good

Buy it’s self not so much I have cooked a steak off skip before and it really smells when cooking


My workout 🏋️‍♀️ are

1
Push : Leverage str trac machine cheast 2 warm up sets
:2 working sets trying to go heavy on first working set

2 tricep machine. 1 warm up
2 working sets

3 lateral raise machine 1 warm up
2 work sets

4 tricep push Down 1 warm up set
2 working sets

5 standing car phrases 1 warm up
2 working sets

I’m doing about 8 exercises all up p/pL /u/l


Had a cheek in today and bring hgh down @ 4 iu an till we had more food and start growing properly I want to see how big I can get as we all do I’m sure


Yeah I never thought off looking back on the log in a years time


I use to do CrossFit I did it for around 4/5 years then gym closed and I didn’t go to gym much at all this is when I was drinking a really lot
3:5 years but always was a big drinker in my younger years as well


Always wanted to do bodybuilding have a coach and do it properly but always turned to the drink

Not now though I put that behind me and told myself I have to do this for myself so my kids have someone they can look up to I have been back in the gym from November last year and I have had my coach goin on 11 weeks now I will put a pitcher off myself when I got started again

Look great bro! Well done turning it around similar situation to myself and a lot of people here. Drinking too much and turning our lives around not only for ourselves but to be better role models to our kids.

What’s the photo of your stomachs ? Bad injection from peptides ?

Yeah 🙏 bro 😎 it’s been a journey getting to this point but the main thing is I’m happy I’m working out food on point my son is starting gym on Sunday with a PT wants to get muscle as well I love it

Hey lads I have had a week off the gym and my diet has been of as well the last 10 days I have put on weight a couple kg but I’m back now first day back today push

I have been using @War Born Peptides HGH as well while I was not eating right I stopped but started back up 2 days ago @4 iu at night

Still no alcohol at all that’s done for me all about looking good feeling better now
