Just uploading workouts not weights because I’ve started a deload, I’ve taken 30% off whatever weight I was lifting and changed some exercises.

went to the hospital Tuesday to get a cortisol injection into the lower spine hopefully that helps, I had it done 6 years ago and it helped a little.

Deload was going well until I trained at a new gym was abit distracted with the different equipment. Ended up pushing 160kg x8 on the plate loaded iso lat bench. That machine feels great

So I could potentially start my 3rd cycle whenever, idea was to wait for the neurosurgeon to call just incase he wanted to do a surgery but I’d have to wait 6ish months before I think about surgery due to our second child coming.

I need to practice posing, abs aren’t properly flexed in this photo.

couldn’t train my normal days this week because of a natural disaster but the extra forced rest won’t hurt.

95kg fasted, dropped to 5 meals per day.
No pump in the photo but found a spot with good lighting.

Will be starting my 3rd cycle on the 18th
