I’m not 100% sure what will happen yet, need to wait for my neurosurgeon to call again he will give me a better picture of what’s going on, from what I’m seeing there’s a few issues but they cannot pinpoint what is causing the sciatic pain.

How long do you normally recommend a deload for? I was thinking two weeks?
a regular deload would be an entire split. but in your situation i think 2 weeks is good
