What did you mean by a large throat?
Like the soft tissue in back of throat, I felt like it was inflamed causing the snoring. So far reducing HGH and Winstrol seems to have resolved

Workout - Legs

Workout started well but got a bit of an ache in my right knee on 2nd heavy set of belt squats. Ache was kind of top of knee cap on the interior. Nothing crazy but didn't want to test it.. Dropped to 270 lbs and still had the ache so aborted the movement. Rest of exercises were fine with no discomfort. Warmed up my legs again over lunch then did more extensions and worked up to 400 lbs on leg press without any issue. Hopefully was just a one-off, feeling fine now.

Workout started well but got a bit of an ache in my right knee on 2nd heavy set of belt squats. Ache was kind of top of knee cap on the interior. Nothing crazy but didn't want to test it.. Dropped to 270 lbs and still had the ache so aborted the movement. Rest of exercises were fine with no discomfort. Warmed up my legs again over lunch then did more extensions and worked up to 400 lbs on leg press without any issue. Hopefully was just a one-off, feeling fine now.

Great core workout... I got my planks up to 3 mins and my 24-year old son taps out at 2 mins haha I love it. Planks next time when work lunch isn't in the way all good.

Ya always some risk but I’m just testing for my own usage. I’d rather spend the money and get some confidence the gear is real (and safe!)

  • Mood - Tired but fun day just hanging out with wifey.
  • Fasted Weight - no scale. I did get a Dexa scan but had to go to a new place and the results are trash. Said I had way more fat in my arms than possibly and body weight was way off. Will try to get into a better spot soon for final results.

  • Sleep - Back home for 2 nights before we head to the British Virgin Islands for sailing trip. Slept great 💪

Thoughts on Gear
  • I seem to tolerate nandrolone really well from a side effects standpoint. I have actually found my mood considerably more balanced on this cycle than off of it. I also found it strange that my prolactin did not shift a all despite almost 400mg a week of NPP. (Not claiming it isn't harmful, just that I did not experience anything outwardly negative).
  • Unsure if oil is the driver but I do seem to metabolize testosterone very quickly, my test levels were lower than a lot of other people seem to experience with less gear.

    • Not sure if it is my specific HGH, or if I am just sensitive to it, but my inflammation exploded when I first went on and currently can only run about 1.5 IU's/day
    • The last 4-6 weeks I've found a pretty large drop in my aggression in the gym. Initial response was to add an additional rest day per week, which made me feel better but that aggression never came back.
    • Definitely frustrating being limited on squat movements.
    • Cardio is brutally boring and probably the most forced activity I have to do. Particularly sucks when they take away the assault bike which is by far my preferred method.
    • First two months on cycle were probably not super productive as I learned the patterns of the lifts and my calories were far too low initially.

  • Sleep - Back home for 2 nights before we head to the British Virgin Islands for sailing trip. Slept great 💪
  • Mood - Excited to take a little pause from training and just relax on a boat.
Results
  • Starting Body Weight - 168 lbs
  • Final Body Weight - 203.2 lbs
  • Starting BF % - ~8-9%
  • Final BF % - ~12-13% (Dexa scan says 10.6% but I think its nonsense)

Thoughts on Gear
  • I seem to tolerate nandrolone really well from a side effects standpoint. I have actually found my mood considerably more balanced on this cycle than off of it. I also found it strange that my prolactin did not shift a all despite almost 400mg a week of NPP. (Not claiming it isn't harmful, just that I did not experience anything outwardly negative).
  • Unsure if oil is the driver but I do seem to metabolize testosterone very quickly, my test levels were lower than a lot of other people seem to experience with less gear.
  • Orals were fun but not sure if I will include them in any future cycles. I want to have longevity and for someone in my situation I'm not sure there is really any true value added. At the very least I'll limit them to the last few weeks of a cycle.
  • Had a lot of feedback on the total duration, so definitely going to consider this for future cycle development. Right now I have enough Test, EQ and NPP to run another 5 month cycle even higher than what I ran now. So maybe we'll drop the dosages and run longer or run a few shorter cycles.

Next Steps
  • Minimum 2 month health phase - I'll start this log when I get back from sailing trip.
    • Planning 150-200mg test cyp TRT after 3 weeks of nothing. I don't want to have to take anything to control E2 on TRT.
    • All supplements will stay the same
    • Arimidex until test levels get low enough to titrate off of it.
    • Will stay in health phase until all metrics are well within the range.
  • I need to put some major focus on flexibility, as I can tell I have lost a substantial amount of what I had from years of doing BJJ.
  • During health phase I plan to add Reta 1-1.5mg/6 days and will be targeting very conservative fat loss. (.5-.75 lbs/week)
  • I probably need to study how to pose because I have no idea how to show my back or legs lol.
  • At some point I still need to have a disc replacement, but I'd really like to get as large as possible before doing that. The tradeoff is that it severly limits some exercise movements.
  • I plan on focusing on Quads, Chest and Back with 70-80% of energy in the gym going forward. I feel like they are still very underdeveloped and don't see value in focusing on smaller muscle groups until they are up to par.

@Vboogie Bros, you got a lot of heart, I can tell. You're doing everything you can to get into the best shape. I got a lot of respect for that.
 
I meant to add an area for things I struggled with or disliked.
  • Issues
    • Calories much higher than 3600 was very challenging, I just did not enjoy eating that much food. Particularly carbs. I peaked around 4300 calories and 600g of carbs but found it somewhat unsustainable.
    • Winstrol is not for me, 2 weeks on and I just didn't feel well.
    • Not sure if it is my specific HGH, or if I am just sensitive to it, but my inflammation exploded when I first went on and currently can only run about 1.5 IU's/day
    • The last 4-6 weeks I've found a pretty large drop in my aggression in the gym. Initial response was to add an additional rest day per week, which made me feel better but that aggression never came back.
    • Definitely frustrating being limited on squat movements.
    • Cardio is brutally boring and probably the most forced activity I have to do. Particularly sucks when they take away the assault bike which is by far my preferred method.
    • First two months on cycle were probably not super productive as I learned the patterns of the lifts and my calories were far too low initially.
These are some excellent things to post on your struggles or things you didn't like. This way, down the line you can look back and see what kind of difference you've experienced. @Vboogie
