I am getting ready to do my first show ever, it was kind of a last minute decision to do it. Honestly I never had any intention of doing one, but some of the pros at my gym encourage me to do the physique category so I said why not.

I am getting ready to start my pre show stack in a few weeks. I have several cycles under my belt and have ran primo, Tren, TBOL, Anavar, test, proviron throughout my cycles.

Below is the cycle I will be running soon. I will be pinning everyday to keep my levels stable.

Yes just got bloods done last week through RYTHM Health and all is good to go. I didnt get the Nolvadex for this cycle I just have it on hand. Honestly I am a super low aromatizer. Never needed and AI before. But it is better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

@rakkin glad to see you got a log up over here also man, you have a top-tier physique by far one of the best on here
 
HDL is a a little low but I will work on that with more avocados, olive oil and adding more fish oil, good thing APOB is optimal and everything else is good. I knew creatine would be high intake 20-25 grams a day. And vitamin D has always been an issue for me. I taken a supplement but the doctors tell me I need a liquid oral because my body has a hard time absorbing it. I am gonna drop my creatine down to 15g/ add extra fish oil, avocados, olive oil and fish to my diet, and I guess after years of ignoring the doctors go ahead and get the liquid vitamin D. Gonna retest in six weeks or so.

Sorry guys I forgot to mention I use GLOW peptides. And just bought some Cardarine and P5P. Started running both yesterday a couple weeks out from running the Tren.

Maybe I cut them off when I dropped them. E2 was 53 which is high but my test was 1500+ and free test 593. So the ratio is good. No sides at all at that level so not gonna chase numbers and use an AI. Sorry about that guys.

No since I started reading for a show I have never been doing cardio four days a week. I usually do it six days a week but I am trying to add some mass to my legs. This week though I did five days of cardio. I just wanted to get some good cardio in yesterday and get the heart rate up.

yeah i'm casting a 4oz sputnik with 11-13' rods, about 80-100 yards into a strong wind about 100X+ times per session. kills my shoulder. this bpc has been a lifesaver for me

You are fishing saltwater than I take it using a 4oz Sputnik. For me I am torn because turkey season and spring largemouth spawn are the same time. I try to tag out on turkey early so I can start hitting the water

Yeah I don't eat bass, but once the summer hits I like to crappie and pan fish. I do a lot of river fishing for big flathead and channel cats also. Don't eat the catfish but it's fun hoping into a 60 pound cat fighting River current also I use surf rod and reels for the card with 130 pound test
