Starting up a log here as I’ve been lucky enough to jump on board with @Buck Pharmaceuticals . Keen to get this underway and document the process properly.
A bit of background on me – I’m 28 years old, 182cm, currently sitting around 93kg fasted. I’ve been in and out of the gym for the past 10 years, but over the last 2+ years I’ve been consistently training under a coach, which is where I’ve seen the majority of my progress.
I went enhanced last year, and since then things have really started to move in the right direction in terms of physique and overall development.
I also coach clients online and am super passionate about health, physique development, and getting the most out of the process.
I’m currently 3 weeks out from starting prep, which will be a 16-week run into my first show, followed by a second show 4 weeks later. The goal is to come in properly dialled for the first and then refine and improve for the second.
Right now I’m running:
Keeping things simple and controlled.
For prep, the plan (subject to adjustments based on look and feedback) will include:
Very much a less is more approach with dosages — focus is on execution, consistency, and getting the most out of what’s being used rather than just adding more.
Currently being coached by @PopRox19, and honestly couldn’t ask to be in a better position heading into this.
On top of that, I’ll be running a full health support stack throughout prep:
Health markers and longevity are a big priority for me, so this side of things is taken just as seriously as training and nutrition.
Also just want to say a massive thank you to @Buck Pharmaceuticals for the opportunity — they’ve been super responsive and easy to deal with so far. Looking forward to building something solid with them moving forward.
I’ll be logging updates, physique shots, and anything useful along the way.

- 200mg Test E per week
- 4iu HGH daily

- NPP
- HGH
- MOTS-C
- Potentially orals toward the back end depending on condition

- Pre workout (as needed)
- Magnesium glycinate
- Citrus bergamot
- Niacin (no flush)
- CoQ10
- P5P
