Hey guys,


Starting up a log here as I’ve been lucky enough to jump on board with @Buck Pharmaceuticals . Keen to get this underway and document the process properly.


A bit of background on me – I’m 28 years old, 182cm, currently sitting around 93kg fasted. I’ve been in and out of the gym for the past 10 years, but over the last 2+ years I’ve been consistently training under a coach, which is where I’ve seen the majority of my progress.


I went enhanced last year, and since then things have really started to move in the right direction in terms of physique and overall development.


I also coach clients online and am super passionate about health, physique development, and getting the most out of the process.


I’m currently 3 weeks out from starting prep, which will be a 16-week run into my first show, followed by a second show 4 weeks later. The goal is to come in properly dialled for the first and then refine and improve for the second.


Right now I’m running:


  • 200mg Test E per week
  • 4iu HGH daily

Keeping things simple and controlled.


For prep, the plan (subject to adjustments based on look and feedback) will include:


  • Test E
  • Primo
  • NPP
  • HGH
  • MOTS-C
  • Potentially orals toward the back end depending on condition

Very much a less is more approach with dosages — focus is on execution, consistency, and getting the most out of what’s being used rather than just adding more.


Currently being coached by @PopRox19, and honestly couldn’t ask to be in a better position heading into this.


On top of that, I’ll be running a full health support stack throughout prep:

  • Vitamin B complex

800g drop off this week in weight and definitely a lot better composition. Keen to push hard in these early stages and get the majority of fat off me hopefully leading to an easier back end.

Calories dropped again this week to keep the weigh loss going, will more then likely be fortnightly changes now subject to the look and progress.

Training if anything has improved, added motivation perhaps and I suspect will only get better as the anabolics start to take affect over the next week or so.

Training has been progressing really well through the early stages of prep. Strength and performance are still moving up across most movements and I’m happy with how things are tracking so far. Looking forward to continuing to push these numbers over the coming weeks and holding onto performance for as long as possible before fatigue eventually starts to creep in.

Cals dropped again this week so hopefully get a nice drop in weight this week, that being said condition and fullness definitely improved.
