Approved Log 63 y/o AAS Cut and TRT Cycle Log

Well today was much better in the energy stakes but I did add 30g of malto dextrin to my intra which help and didnt go thru me so was a good workout.
Day started as usual, dosing pre workout and get ready for the gym.

Am considering adding some Mast P in the mix. Am holding up pretty well at 400mg test, 375mg Primo and 75mg Deca and will be increasing GH to 3iu tomorrow. Have ordered some Mast P from @shadow labs and really looking forward to bringing that online thru week 5-12, well first well see how it goes initially.
We am halfway thru the 3rd week and feeling good.
BP is good, HR is a little high but that the RETA and the main thing is my ankles are still normal although have seen increased water retention mainly on what the scales say but they are way out most of the time. One of them says am below 10%BF, got a long way to go before I am there.

@zedtwitter63 I'm not a fan of this intra-workout sugar stuff. Your body has ways to tap into excessive glycogen to give you energy so I would not get into the habit of depending on taking sugar exogenously like that for it.

Def an Aussie thing. In America we get so much sugar that adding more is way excessive
The truth is, it’s not like you’re running a marathon here. Weight training does not burn off enough glycogen to require sugar during your workout. That’s just the science. And unless you’re like 2% body fat, you don’t need it.

Oh, right. My sugar intake is SFA sweet f#@% all, but I still get what you ate sayinf as it made me think that if my body uses the instant energy that i drink, its not being gorced to convert fat to energy and I really wanna get to 10%. So much appreciated @stevesmi for your help and great advice.

When you see bodybuilders loading up on sugar and dex during workouts. those are guys on tons of shit @zedtwitter63 they're on tons of gear, HGH, and insulin, so for them it makes sense. For you unless you're planning on competing at a high level, you're better off without the interference.

@zedtwitter63 Masteron is definitely a good idea. It goes well just about with anything but it's purely a cosmetic hardener. It's not going to do much else.

Preserve muscle a bit better during cut?? I read that somewhere but since Ive never ever been really cut I think I would like the cosmetic side of things at my age, I know my missus would love it also so there that part of things as well. ☺️

Well, today was supposed to be day off but woke up and thought I'll just go to the gym for a bit and do my core and cardio there.
Got there did a little floor work and couldnt resist doing chest and tris. Not heavy but trying control more slow things down move seats in different position all in an effort to get a chest pump a\without too much shoulder pain.
For the majority it worked and am thinking that the Cartalax and GLOW 1mg/1mg/5mg daily is starting to pay off. Fingers crossed brothers.

Only have 9 weeks left to get to my goal of 10% BF. At the moment am shedding 1kg a week and am surprised to the max as I am on around 2600cal day. Thank God I listened to @LevButlerov as I was planning on running with less than 2000cal daily. Even with my macros as they are, am still concerned that am losing to quickly but as I move along, I think this will reduce along with itself and my losses should slow as my BMR reduces as I lose the fat but hope fully to maintain the muscle. The 4 weeks at work will be telling as will not be in control of macros as am while am at home and the gym is small and only has dumbbells and a smith machine and as I am working on a ship it is not always stable which makes it difficult. Sleep is always a challenge as well.
Any way enough of me whining, at the end of it it was a good day.

Below are my macros for the day.
BP and HR in great ranges, ankles not swelling but it is only the 1st day on 3iu GH but I feel more in control now as I know what is causing my ankles to swell I feel confidant I can control it.
Will be doing blood at the end of week 4 before I go to work, will be interesting to see where everything lays, but generally am feeling great.

According to my samsung health app am running around a 1000 cal deficit which am not too sure of but am loosing 1 kg weekly so it got to be up there.

A few other interesting things from my Hume scales. Not sure if I will be able to post all as there is a limit to the amount of attachments one can do on a post. I'll start with the weight and Lean mass percentage and they seem to be moving in the right direction. My Skeletal muscle mass seems to be steady which is great and my trunk fat mass is dropping dramatically. So am very happy with the way thigs are progressing.

Another day down and close to being 3 weeks on the CUT.
Am really happy with the way things are progressing.
Fat is dropping and skeletal and lean mass are increasing albeit ever so slightly. Venation dn striation is getting more pronounced but body don't look small.
At the end of my last cut I had a lot of skin flubbing around but now it seems that is not as pronounced, but I do have another 9 weeks to go. I hope my weight loss slows the further I go.
Am already starting to think about the next phase. Was thinking to jump straigt into lean bulk but am thinking now need a 4 -8 week cruise or mini recomp to clean the body up a bit get clean bloods to start the lean bulk. Any one with a bit of knowledge with this please advise as I have no real clue.

Feels like the GLOW is really doing some work as my pain is much less or could the Deca be kicking in. What ever it is it is great feeling not being in constant pain.

Morning was as normal and was a rest day so went to the gym and did a bit of core and only 10min on the rower. Plan on working that upto 30min on the rower but bit by bit.
Meals were pretty well normal and supplements and pre-workout were the same as usual. Snap shot of weekly macros seems to point in the right direction.

Added normal floor Core exercises but only 1 set each and added Cable crunch and Machine Ab Crunch and 3 set and 2 sets respectively. Then 10 minutes of rowing with a mad minute at the end.
Steps were short so showing weekly steps still above the 8000 mark, could be higher.
Heart rate for the whole session was not too bad and shows the steady climb to max HR of 163.

Lean mass percentage is increasing nicely with the small increase in skeletal muscle mass and the drop in body fat mass.

One more week left at home then away for 4 weeks which will be a challenge as well as being a little unnerving as will be taking all the things I am not supposed to have.
Oh well, cannot stop now and start again in 4 weeks especially when its going so well. Wish me luck folks.

I don't know that it would work great to preserve muscle during a cut. More of a hardener when you get really lean.

Feels like the GLOW is really doing some work as my pain is much less or could the Deca be kicking in. What ever it is it is great feeling not being in constant pain.

Morning was as normal and was a rest day so went to the gym and did a bit of core and only 10min on the rower. Plan on working that upto 30min on the rower but bit by bit.
Meals were pretty well normal and supplements and pre-workout were the same as usual. Snap shot of weekly macros seems to point in the right direction.

Added normal floor Core exercises but only 1 set each and added Cable crunch and Machine Ab Crunch and 3 set and 2 sets respectively. Then 10 minutes of rowing with a mad minute at the end.

Another day down and close to being 3 weeks on the CUT.
Am really happy with the way things are progressing.
Fat is dropping and skeletal and lean mass are increasing albeit ever so slightly. Venation dn striation is getting more pronounced but body don't look small.
At the end of my last cut I had a lot of skin flubbing around but now it seems that is not as pronounced, but I do have another 9 weeks to go. I hope my weight loss slows the further I go.
Am already starting to think about the next phase. Was thinking to jump straigt into lean bulk but am thinking now need a 4 -8 week cruise or mini recomp to clean the body up a bit get clean bloods to start the lean bulk. Any one with a bit of knowledge with this please advise as I have no real clue.

Thsnks @ceo would ultimately love to be 100kg at 12%, shoulder pain free and growing hair in all the bald places, as am running 3 programs at the same time. That is my goal but I know its very ambitious. But hey shoot for the stars and if you land on the moon you ate still a winner!

Today was a total nothing day. Had to take the car to get repaired and instead of finding a gym in the area decided needed to study as have upcoming exam for renewal of my tickets. Ate crap in the morning and so blew out my carbs but not hugely the rest I managed to keep on point.

But so stoked had my order from @shadow labs delivered. Great comms, no nonsense straight to the point provided what was asked for without hesitation. They had it in the post as fast as was humanly possible. after 2 days I expressed some concern about receiving my oils before I go to work and, boom without being asked there was the tracking number and before I knew it it was delivered today in the afternoon.
I couldn't hold out and had to try it and they provided test reports before I purchased. It was clear as clear could be nice crystal shade (not that I know what shade it should be) and not heavy to draw and inject, felt gooood. Am looking forward to running it until finish of cut. I want the body I dreamed of when I was a young buck, I know its a far fetched dream but it all starts with a dream. Thankyou @shadow labs for your fast efficient and friendly service and high quality product.

That rest day with a bit of core and cardio and a nothing day today am feeling really good and it will be a full-on leg and shoulder day tomorrow. As you all know I want to grow my pins as all my life they have been chicken legs and its now or never to make tree trunks. Also am cheating to reach my goal of 10% BF by building legs which is a huge muscle and easy to build just need to run to 0RIR every time and they will grow and by growing muscle there it will give my over all BF % a nudge in the right direction, anyway thats the way i am thinking. Also want to get rid of my wrinkles and the best way to get rid of them in view is to grow muscle to fill in the gaps. :cool: Hahah enough of my BS and on to my shit food day.

A bit of junk fooditis there but by goodness the Tim Tams were delicious. I haven't had one for over 7mths. Any way no regrets and no punishments just carry on and back on the horse.

Been asked to join @stevesmi and @Mobster in their podcast on Monday 9:00pm Australian time and 0700AM New york time. Feel very honoured that after such a short time with the EVO family here to actually be considered. I did try to tell them that I have only been doing gym for the last 18mths and trt for 6mth and this is my first foreay in to AAS cycles, but they wouldnt listen:p anyway I did try.

Just one thing does anyone out there have bad reflux? Am trying to workout why I have just started getting it. I have never had it before but have never taken sooooo many large supplement tablets 2x daily and thats a reason I havent taken much today to see if there is any relief.
Any Ladies and Gents thanks for putting up with my waffle today.

Not sure if anyone addressed your issue with indigestion? Being of a similar vintage I went back through your log and see you take tadalafil 10mg.
I too took Cialis at 5mg and at one point upped the dose to 10mg and started getting terrible heartburn. I no longer tolerate any dosage so maybe try cutting back or stopping for a bit and see if it helps.

No real changes apart from the introduction of Mast P at 450mg weekly over the next 4 weeks and which it rise to 600mg for the last 4 weeks.
That rest day with a bit of core and cardio and a nothing day today am feeling really good and it will be a full-on leg and shoulder day tomorrow. As you all know I want to grow my pins as all my life they have been chicken legs and its now or never to make tree trunks. Also am cheating to reach my goal of 10% BF by building legs which is a huge muscle and easy to build just need to run to 0RIR every time and they will grow and by growing muscle there it will give my over all BF % a nudge in the right direction, anyway thats the way i am thinking. Also want to get rid of my wrinkles and the best way to get rid of them in view is to grow muscle to fill in the gaps. :cool: Hahah enough of my BS and on to my shit food day.

A bit of junk fooditis there but by goodness the Tim Tams were delicious. I haven't had one for over 7mths. Any way no regrets and no punishments just carry on and back on the horse.

Been asked to join @stevesmi and @Mobster in their podcast on Monday 9:00pm Australian time and 0700AM New york time. Feel very honoured that after such a short time with the EVO family here to actually be considered. I did try to tell them that I have only been doing gym for the last 18mths and trt for 6mth and this is my first foreay in to AAS cycles, but they wouldnt listen:p anyway I did try.

Just one thing does anyone out there have bad reflux? Am trying to workout why I have just started getting it. I have never had it before but have never taken sooooo many large supplement tablets 2x daily and thats a reason I havent taken much today to see if there is any relief.

A great day, no PB's no huge weights but the pumps were absolutely awesome. Started on my Pins and thought I was breaking world records or should I say my records great Hacks arse all the way to the bottom pin position as always, thought I was pushing 20kg more than my previous PB. :cool: Pushed until I could push no more😖 then when I went to strip the machine of my plates I notice 1x20kg plate missing🤪 so no PB's😅 but still got a pump. Ended doing more shoulders today than normal even though my intention was to focus on legs. Las excersice was a triple super all light weight but holly dooly shoulders felt it. So walked out of the gym on a high.

Telmisartan doing a great job as my BP is the best it's ever been, not there was too much wrong with it but am feeling absolutely awesome, probably something to do with the quality of GH from
@Gold Standard Labs or maybe even the smooth silky Mast P from @shadow labs, whatever it is this is the way I want to stay. So now I see why all the experienced peeps always say monitor monitor monitor your markers your BP, Pulse, O2 everything. Folks stay on top of these you will stay on top of the world. I say this from my recent personal experience of crashing my E2 which raised my BP to 197/96. I was not in a position to get my bloods done anytime soon so just dropped everything including AI but kept test and GH going and constantly monitored my BP which almost immediately started to lower and was back to normal within a few days. I stayed of all until I got home which was 12 days later and did my bloods which all came back good. Any way Peeps, I digress but the moral to this story is MONITOR MONITOR MONITOR all your signs and markers.
MACROs still pretty well on point, let them creep up a bit today but not concerned as am still loosing about 1kg week. Large but constant. Constant is good, I expect that to slow as I get rid of more fat and my BMR reduces towards the end of week 8 which will be the right time for the final 4 week push to end my CUT.

The workout wasn't huge in excersie numbers with around 26 working sets with the Vol amount about average. With a triple super to finish on shoulders. I'll be doing that again as the low weight helped not agrivating my shoulder and still gave my shoulders a good pump.
This was the end of week3 weight drop seems to have slowed some, only 2.8kg drop for the 3 weeks. My Lean Mass has been increasing steadily which is nice and my Skeletal muscle mass is holding steady if not increasing ever so slightly which is what I want.

Thsnks @ceo would ultimately love to be 100kg at 12%, shoulder pain free and growing hair in all the bald places, as am running 3 programs at the same time. That is my goal but I know its very ambitious. But hey shoot for the stars and if you land on the moon you ate still a winner!

Another day down and close to being 3 weeks on the CUT.
Am really happy with the way things are progressing.
Fat is dropping and skeletal and lean mass are increasing albeit ever so slightly. Venation dn striation is getting more pronounced but body don't look small.
At the end of my last cut I had a lot of skin flubbing around but now it seems that is not as pronounced, but I do have another 9 weeks to go. I hope my weight loss slows the further I go.
Am already starting to think about the next phase. Was thinking to jump straigt into lean bulk but am thinking now need a 4 -8 week cruise or mini recomp to clean the body up a bit get clean bloods to start the lean bulk. Any one with a bit of knowledge with this please advise as I have no real clue.

Feels like the GLOW is really doing some work as my pain is much less or could the Deca be kicking in. What ever it is it is great feeling not being in constant pain.

Morning was as normal and was a rest day so went to the gym and did a bit of core and only 10min on the rower. Plan on working that upto 30min on the rower but bit by bit.
Meals were pretty well normal and supplements and pre-workout were the same as usual. Snap shot of weekly macros seems to point in the right direction.

Added normal floor Core exercises but only 1 set each and added Cable crunch and Machine Ab Crunch and 3 set and 2 sets respectively. Then 10 minutes of rowing with a mad minute at the end.
Steps were short so showing weekly steps still above the 8000 mark, could be higher.
Heart rate for the whole session was not too bad and shows the steady climb to max HR of 163.

Lean mass percentage is increasing nicely with the small increase in skeletal muscle mass and the drop in body fat mass.

I was keen to get to the gym today as really need to build my chest as I can see its lagging.
Shoulder were feeling good so I gave it a little more than I should have today and shoulders are feeling it now.
But worth it none the less.



Week 4 (15–21 May) Test from 400mg/ml vial

Normal daily routine, fasted workout with the normal pre workout and intra workout drinks.

I hope I don't waste away to nothing:oops:, just kidding, I am absolutely over the moon that @LevButlerov is taking the time to assist me in my diet as last time I did a cut and bulk I ballsed it up really good.
The workout was good with a few PB so that's the reason my shoulders suffering at the mo, but it felt good to actually feel the chest muscles working and get a bit of a pump.

Probably 1 or 2 too many exercises for me. Also not a fan of doing triceps exercises before chest. I'd worry that I'm pre-fatiguing the tri's and making them the weak link for the press.

I don't have to worry about pre fatiguing the tris as I struggle with chest due to my shoulders as is. So I alternate between the two muscle groups as I feel it gives each group rest before jumping to next exercise, am probably wrong there and will look into this as I might get better chest workout by just doing just chest first then going to Tri's.
Basically, like Cable Lower Chest Raise using dumbbells and alternating arm raise instead of both arms simultaneously, works my upper and inner chest and has put serious muscle into my upper pec.
 
Yeah no probs can manage at the moment but there is a full 8 weeks to go. Will deal with it as we go along. This will drop me to below 80kg eady

I was keen to get to the gym today as really need to build my chest as I can see its lagging.
Shoulder were feeling good so I gave it a little more than I should have today and shoulders are feeling it now.
But worth it none the less.

Have been feeling a little oily of late but the titties are still unaffected so will stay off the Aromasin for now. and looks like 3iu GH is holding well with no ankle swelling so great for now and will be bumping that up to 3.5iu on Mon.

Normal daily routine, fasted workout with the normal pre workout and intra workout drinks.

One major change is that @LevButlerov recommended I drop my carbs a bit so down from 200g to 170g now and effective 200cal drop.
I hope I don't waste away to nothing:oops:, just kidding, I am absolutely over the moon that @LevButlerov is taking the time to assist me in my diet as last time I did a cut and bulk I ballsed it up really good.
The workout was good with a few PB so that's the reason my shoulders suffering at the mo, but it felt good to actually feel the chest muscles working and get a bit of a pump.

Full Day today. Good session, close to 14000 steps and 2hrs of solid mowing with push mower at a decent pace. Was knackered!
Dosing was the normal. Am finding it hard to SQ Cartalax and Glow combined into shoulder. No fat to pinch.
Is it true that BPC is better when pinned close to problem area? Anyway might need to start to pin in the glutes but they are copping a hammering and hate pinning in the quads as always pain after wards and always bleeds, maybe am doing it wrong need to find some decent vids.

Working Bi's was great as finally have very little pain from the ruptured Longhead Bicep tendon so can finally start to build my Bi's. RHS looks like shit but at least it works.
The striations in my shoulders and chest are really starting to show thru, whoohooo!

After mowing was absolutely famished and had a huge lunch.

Just what I needed, thanks @LevButlerov for the advice and confirmation for my bloods. Have intention to remove the PSA and add a few other bits but that is going to be when I come back from work or at the end of my Cut. Not a good day today but tomorrow is a new one. Thanks again brother.

Hey ALL

Not the best of days today but still managed a few steps and a bit of core. Was exhausted yesterday, went to sleep early and slept for 10hr got up had a huge feed and went back to bed for another couple hrs. Went for a walk and had a barnny with the missus went back early and only managed one set of each on the core workout. Oh well tomorrows another day.

Hope to Reta works but I feel the quality of the peptide is far from optimum as it hardly quells my hunger and same as the Sema. I feel that should be more than enough to make me find it hard to eat but no where near it.

Food and Macros was all over the shop but managed to balance it all out and was on point.

Was a big week for me as not a young sprout but felt inspired by the like minded people on here and love the encouragement and support you all provide. Today was my first day that I didnt take Tadalafil and my reflux was muted so will on look to use it on workout days as love the pump it provides so thanks @TestE64 for your advice it has helped.

The only thing am worried about is loosing so much weight as weighed myself this morning as usual and was down to 84.6kg
But will trust the process and learn from experience!

@zedtwitter63 don't worry about losing bad weight. Bad weight can definitely go away. We don't need that. Worry about being in great shape and the gains will come on their own organically.

Good job, nice mix on the training. I wouldn't worry so much about the macro stuff. Just stick to good quality food and you'll have good improvements. @zedtwitter63

Hope to Reta works but I feel the quality of the peptide is far from optimum as it hardly quells my hunger and same as the Sema. I feel that should be more than enough to make me find it hard to eat but no where near it.

Was a big week for me as not a young sprout but felt inspired by the like minded people on here and love the encouragement and support you all provide. Today was my first day that I didnt take Tadalafil and my reflux was muted so will on look to use it on workout days as love the pump it provides so thanks @TestE64 for your advice it has helped.

Hey ALL

Not the best of days today but still managed a few steps and a bit of core. Was exhausted yesterday, went to sleep early and slept for 10hr got up had a huge feed and went back to bed for another couple hrs. Went for a walk and had a barnny with the missus went back early and only managed one set of each on the core workout. Oh well tomorrows another day.

G'Day good people

Another day down.
Another difficult one, am feeling rather deflated, low on energy. Done bloods today in the hope that I would get them back quickly and before I go to work so that I know what I need to take as in supplement wise and other meds. But that probably wont happrend. Was Leg and Shoulders today and gave them a good working over especially legs. Hard to get going but once I got there did a few abs and warm ups the did the isolations on my legs before the Hack Squats and Single Leg press, what a killer.
Just got of the pod cast with @stevesmi and @Mobster, thankyou gents that was awesome. Loved chatting with you guys and thanks for making me feel at home.

Struggled to get to the gym, struggled to start but once going had a good workout.

Hit a PB on the Hacks and still going to the lowest safety pin but have noticed am bouncing off there. Will have to address that when I come back from work.

Did the Supersets on shoulder again and it felty great. Lighter weight no rest between the 3 sets then 3min and start again. Couldnt lift the 5kg weight back onto the hanging rack and no shoulder pain. Love it!

G'Day All
Full Day today. Good session, close to 14000 steps and 2hrs of solid mowing with push mower at a decent pace. Was knackered!
Dosing was the normal. Am finding it hard to SQ Cartalax and Glow combined into shoulder. No fat to pinch.
Is it true that BPC is better when pinned close to problem area? Anyway might need to start to pin in the glutes but they are copping a hammering and hate pinning in the quads as always pain after wards and always bleeds, maybe am doing it wrong need to find some decent vids.

Still not using MaltoDextrin or Dextrose but gee could have used it today especially when I came home.

Gym was good and Back and Bi's were pumped and no real PB's but lighter weights and more control seems to be better all round for me at the moment.

Lat pulldown and Seated cable row seems to be my staples.
Working Bi's was great as finally have very little pain from the ruptured Longhead Bicep tendon so can finally start to build my Bi's. RHS looks like shit but at least it works.
The striations in my shoulders and chest are really starting to show thru, whoohooo!

After mowing was absolutely famished and had a huge lunch.

The missus is just awesome, she measure and weighs without fuss and lunch/dinner is always waiting. So lucky!

Stayed within the borders of my new macros. Even though pinned 1.2mg of Sema in the morning was and am still feeling very hungry. Have a 5mg Reta tomorrow hopefully that will quell the hunger. If not might need to look at replacing Sema with Cargrilintide or include it with the other 2. What do you guys think?

Hey All
Great day, didnt push too hard today, not huge amount of exercises but great pain free pumps.
I noticed a huge error in my spread sheet today, with Sema I have been taking 5mg week instead of 2.5mg, just goes to show the Sema I have not really helping with the food noise. Have adjusted so that will be 2mg week plus 1mg Gargi and 5mg Reta see how that goes.
Have also decided not to stop Cartalax 4mg daily and will continue for the 4 weeks while at work and add 1mg of BPC on top of my daily Glow.
This came about from further reading stating that Cartalax best to keep running it 3mths as it gives optimal aid to degenerated Cartlidge. Yes, I do realise this was mainly on mice but am keen on finding something to reduce the pain and increase my degree of motion.
Have found just after one dose of Cargi that food noise reduced already, can still eat but its not pressing nor is my gut going crazy.
Weight is maintaining and fat is reducing which only means one thing and am very happy about that.
Relaxing pump friendly session very enjoyable. This is the first one I have enjoyed in a long time rather than driving myself to 1 or 0 RIR while trying to maximise vol. Got home had lunch which was the staple, chicken, rice avo, olive oil. then started to pack. Took me 4-5hrs as had to make sure I had enough of everything to continue dosing while away for the 4 weeks. Made a huge error and reconstituted a good portion of my peptides then realised that I have no access to fridge to put it all in and had to reorganise again with new gear that wasnt reconstituted. Hopefully what I have left will be good when I come back home. I'll need to get some more test and primo for the last 4 weeks when am at home as plan on bumping a few things up for the final push on my cut.

Wasnt going to post today or yesterdays as basically only have macros for info, but here I am on a bus going to my ship and posting my log. Anyone out there that has experience in travelling and keeping diet and training going, send me your experience and hacks that makes things easier.
Over shot my carbs yesterday but was close to macros. No steps and no training although got a good sleep and sometimes that is a good thing for the old body to recover, feeling rested this morning.

Am looking at changing to ED pinning for GH. Surprisingly no ankle issues so far and will be increasing to 4IU in a few days and will be closely watching as this is where I had issues before. Will also be adding 1mg daily of BPC157 to the Glow and Cartalax in an effort to get as close as possible to pain free for the last 4 weeks where I want to give it a good push to set me up for a 4-week recons and then start my Lean Bulk. Have an idea of running EQ, Test E, Mast E (1st 8weeks), Mast P (2nd 8Weeks), Primo, Deca all in an effort to really Lean bulk and finish the 16 weeks at 11 or 12 BF with 6-9kg of muscle which I will hope fully to be able to keep. This will have me a long way short of the 100kg I wanted but have to be realistic, am an old F@#$ and can't do what 40 YO's do. Any way that is a long ways off, I think possible but finances and the missus will dictate.
Just throwing this out here now so if there is any advice and suggestions, please let me know. I like to get my plan in order well before I need to start it.

This will have me a long way short of the 100kg I wanted but have to be realistic, am an old F@#$ and can't do what 40 YO's do. Any way that is a long ways off, I think possible but finances and the missus will dictate.
Just throwing this out here now so if there is any advice and suggestions, please let me know. I like to get my plan in order well before I need to start it.

Hi ALL

Wasnt going to post today or yesterdays as basically only have macros for info, but here I am on a bus going to my ship and posting my log. Anyone out there that has experience in travelling and keeping diet and training going, send me your experience and hacks that makes things easier.
Over shot my carbs yesterday but was close to macros. No steps and no training although got a good sleep and sometimes that is a good thing for the old body to recover, feeling rested this morning.


Week 4 (15–21 May) Test from 400mg/ml vial

Am looking at changing to ED pinning for GH. Surprisingly no ankle issues so far and will be increasing to 4IU in a few days and will be closely watching as this is where I had issues before. Will also be adding 1mg daily of BPC157 to the Glow and Cartalax in an effort to get as close as possible to pain free for the last 4 weeks where I want to give it a good push to set me up for a 4-week recons and then start my Lean Bulk. Hey @LevButlerov yeah feel great on morning hgh and have been split dosing for 2 weeks now and the ankles are not swelling. They did big time last time i got to 4iu but i think have it sorted now with slower titration and am/pm dosing. Will start on 4iu on sat to see how i go. Cheers for looking in on me and as always really appreciate it bro!

Hey @stevesmi cheers mate! Yeah can get a bit gnarly at times. Not seasick as pretty well used to it but pretty difficult lifting weights in a large sea makes workout challenging! Hope the pod cast was ok.
