Hi this is my first log and to be honest my first time working out i started in march 15th 2025 because a friend told me i was going to be 400lbs. I was 280lbs and i am now 201lbs. And to be quiet honest i did it all natty i only recently started taking reta and bpc 157 and tb 500 on febuary 27th 2026. But i have had a injury in my left wrist called de quairveins tenosynovitis ive been doing physio ice actupuncture everything to try and get it to go away. Braced it for 7 weeks and stopped working out from december 16th to February just did cardio and legs. Thinking of adding 2iu of HGH for 6 months to help with recovery.

Reta 4mgx once every Monday
Bpc 500mcgx morning and night
Kpv 500mcg 1 time a day
Tb 500 2.5mg x monday and friday
I am now stopping bpc and tb 500 this friday as its been 8 weeks so going to take a break

I think you can add hgh but your test levels are moderate at best, why not self TRT? lets say TRT+ test and hgh

@fyffe the supplement list is very impressive. You definitely have a lot of things in there that are very good. I don't see too many people using taurine but it's a great option, especially to help with electrolytes in those pumps.

I think you have a good base to work with. @fyffe you can definitely tell that you can hold muscle very easily. Now it's all about cutting further. Great job so far losing 80 lb. Let's keep pushing it.

@fyffe this is a fantastic start to this log. It seems like through your weight loss journey you have learned a lot about yourself. One of the things I'd recommend on the Reta is that you're probably going to want to stay on it going forward.

Ok so for diet ive been pretty consistent on tracking i usually eat the same thing.
Every morning
630 or 8am 2 eggs 1 cup egg whites 50 grams berrys and 1 or 2 peices of sourdough bread.

12pm 200 grams chicken or beef 150 grams rice.

Before gym i have a banana or a quest protien bar.

After gym i have 1 scoop protein shake or 2 if low

After gym i have chicken or beef and rice 200 gram 150 gram carb

And depending what i got left greek yogurt and protein or if low on carbs cream of rice by eleve8

Training
Push
Dumbell bench press 70lbs atm 3x10 or till failure usually 12 11 8 atm tbh
Dumbell incline 55lbs 3x10 (10, 8 8) atm
Dumbell shoulder press 40 lbs 3x10 ( 10,10,8)
Lateral raises cable or dumbells 3x12-15 ( 15lbs)
Peck deck 3x10 120lbs
Body weight dips i skip these alot😬
Single arm tricep 3x15 40lbs

PULL
Conventional deadlifts 4x6-8 225lbs ( only cuz my de quairveins its hard to go higher)
Wide grip lat pulldown 3xfailure 140lbs (11,10,8)

i cant do any more incline had broken ankle in past and it affects it next day any higher like 11 incline etc

Plank 3x10
leg raises 3x10
mountain climbers 3x10
almost everyday after cardio and weights
Rest days usually thursday after leg day
30 min cardio/foamrolling and abs
Sunday
full day rest usually go for a walk or sometimes end up at gym

i also cant lie to you guys i go out alot on saturdays and drink double vodka waters with friends and stuff and will usually sneak in 1 cheat day meal for supper i know this is hurting me but a guy has to have fun sometimes!

And align probiotics
Also to add my de quariveins tenosynovitis after using bpc157 and tb 500 i was at around a 4.5 to 5 for pain now after stopping in back at like a 7 to 8 but im working through it cuz i dont want to stop lifting i use wrist straps to help.

Ok ill drop yo 1mg reta this monday any reason why to do that boys?? Also did i mention i was smoking 30+ cigarettes a day for 4 years and i decided to quit and im offically 60 days not 1 cig stopped cold turkey i heard reta helps reduce cravings but i still feel like i did that shit myself cuz i really did want to quit

Hey man, titration is definitely the way to go, starting low (like 1-2mg) and stepping up every 4 weeks based on tolerance is standard for Retatrutide to minimize sides and let your body adjust.

I have been doing some research and i have seen alot of people saying to do ur hgh in the morning fasted and dont eat for 4 hours because glp1 slows digestion. And with my job i usually eat late cuz i hit gym right after work so i think morning would work best. Or do u guys think i should honestly just do it at night

So morning is just a bad idea? Even if u cant give urself 3 hours after eating for bed time?
you can do morning but might make you very tired whole day
 
Ok i could be tripping out but i have injected 2iu each night before bed around 11pm and after first night i have now become sick stuffy nose and kinda feel weakish today. Maybe its just a cold? And bad timing lol my sleep has also been horrible first night i took a melatonin went to bed 11pm and woke up at 830 and was just groggy and stayed in bed till 11 am. Then last night tossed and turned till 3 am and woke back up at 730am

Just elctrolytes and rest tbh wasnt sure when i used ai it said hgh can cause sickness in first couple days 🤣 thought id ask u boys
you should increase vitamin C, D, Zinc, elderberry :D

Ive been doing everything i said in previous blog but pushing more weight. My wrist is a litteral 8 out of 10 pain i honestly dont think its ever going to get better i dont know how to fix it:( i think id have to take 2 months or more off weight lifting and i dont want to do that.

Ok so we have seen my trt levels and i was thinking and reading and i wouldnt mind doing daily injections sub q of trt. But i dont want to do a fuck ton but i also want to have kids eventually if i ever do meet a lady... im looking for one thats why im getting in shape. But im honestly scared of trt and not being able to make a baby🤣 or fucking something up lol so could yall let me know if im crazy here lol. I kinda want it just to feel energized not to get like the rock johnson but just get stronger and feel better tbh

Since i started HGH last week i decided to get my bloods done just to double check and my HDL and stuff are really low am i about tk have a heart attack lol

Yeah it was missing 414 level bot sure if thats bad for 2iu at bed everynight or not

Well guys everything seems to be going great so far still doing exact same protocol.
But im curious im thinking i might do 2iu at night and 2iu in morning and i was wondering what do you guys think about starting test e?? I do want to try and have kids eventually so i dont know im kind of scared to touch test e but you guys know best so what would be my best option?

Also what about enclomiphene and hgh is it true enclo will do nothing but just make ur blood test look higher?
