140s on deads its really good :D pushing hard and love those TD pics
 
Really improved the technique on them too. Narrower stance, sitting lower and driving through the heels 👌
Keen to see where its at over the next 6 months.

Played around on a few different machines it went like this.....

Hammer Strength Plate loaded Leg Extension
2 warm up sets
2 sets to failure 12ish reps
-Very smooth prefer it over their pin loaded

Pannata Pendulum Squat
1 warm up set 40kg 10 reps
2 sets 10 @ 80kg
Best pendulum I've used doesn't bounce and heaps of adjustment really need to push hard into the backrest.

Power Lift Full body Squat machine
1 set 5 @ 60kg
1 set 12 @ 80kg
1 set 10 @ 120kg
Good piece weird resistance to start feels more like resistance bands and not worth going super deep resistance only really in 1/3 of movement

Adjustable Hack Squat
1 set 10 @ 60kg
1 set 10 @ 80kg
1 set 10 @ 100kg
1 set 8 @ 120kg 2 assisted reps

Low Bar Back Squat
1 warm up set 80kg
1 set 15 @ 110kg
1 set 8 @ 115kg

then a few stiff leg deads and calf raises massive session and can use a nap now.

And don't forget......

📈Didnt log weights in the notebook but did hit a couple PBs getting called a skinny bitch will drive you out the hole on a heavy hack squat😂

Played around on a few different machines it went like this.....

Hammer Strength Plate loaded Leg Extension
2 warm up sets
2 sets to failure 12ish reps
-Very smooth prefer it over their pin loaded

Pannata Pendulum Squat
1 warm up set 40kg 10 reps
2 sets 10 @ 80kg
Best pendulum I've used doesn't bounce and heaps of adjustment really need to push hard into the backrest.

Power Lift Full body Squat machine
1 set 5 @ 60kg
1 set 12 @ 80kg
1 set 10 @ 120kg
Good piece weird resistance to start feels more like resistance bands and not worth going super deep resistance only really in 1/3 of movement

Adjustable Hack Squat
1 set 10 @ 60kg
1 set 10 @ 80kg
1 set 10 @ 100kg
1 set 8 @ 120kg 2 assisted reps

Low Bar Back Squat
1 warm up set 80kg
1 set 15 @ 110kg
1 set 8 @ 115kg

then a few stiff leg deads and calf raises massive session and can use a nap now.

I always keep it simple mate. I throw 6kg of Breast in a slow cooker with some taco seasoning and come back in 6 hours to Mexican pulled chicken. Portioned with rice and frozen veg can't get much simpler chicken than that. No cutting, cooking etc

I never really understood when my coach told me he'd intentionally train legs on a Saturday because it would stop him going out because he'd be too fatigued..... Man, I get it now. I don't train legs on a work day anymore because a nap is usually not long after 😴😂

This was Thursday's session which was a few more movements than we programmed but because I've got another gym membership with some pieces that are better for certain days we played around abit more.

I never really understood when my coach told me he'd intentionally train legs on a Saturday because it would stop him going out because he'd be too fatigued..... Man, I get it now. I don't train legs on a work day anymore because a nap is usually not long after 😴😂

This was Thursday's session which was a few more movements than we programmed but because I've got another gym membership with some pieces that are better for certain days we played around abit more.

-Very smooth prefer it over their pin loaded

2 sets 10 @ 80kg
Best pendulum I've used doesn't bounce and heaps of adjustment really need to push hard into the backrest.

New split lethal, big lifts and serious volume bro 🔥💪

😑Typed out a massive Check in and then deleted it accidentally. Ah well another 30mins to go on this Stair Master. That's right Cardio,
💉Physio spent a good hour lastnight on my Shoulders and Back. Today was Arms so best to leave the Close Grip Bench and Skull Crushers for tomorrow💪
👌So I'll use today as my Rest day and just do 60mins Cardio.


🍔Nutrition last week had a few off plan meals encouraged by the coach. More as a life and social thing not a diet or training fatigue. We still have 9 months to push growth. So Wifey and I were away for 5 days and had a few nice Thai and Vietnamese Dinners. A Grilld Burger and Yochi a couple times. Didn't blow out and glad to be back to my normal nutrition it just fuels my workouts better🏋

🏋Training wise new program has heaps of volume and really enjoy being cooked at the end of a workout especially Quads and Calves or Back & Hammys.

💉Bloods will be done this week to get baseline before starting oral DHB. See test levels since switching to Pharma amps through a new Vendor. Also GH and IGF-1 thanks to @CladHQ
I know GH will be bang on but my IGF may be lower since using Raloxifene to nuke this little lump once and for all. 8-9 weeks left.

💥💥Tech Boomer Problems💥💥

😑Typed out a massive Check in and then deleted it accidentally. Ah well another 30mins to go on this Stair Master. That's right Cardio,
💉Physio spent a good hour lastnight on my Shoulders and Back. Today was Arms so best to leave the Close Grip Bench and Skull Crushers for tomorrow💪
👌So I'll use today as my Rest day and just do 60mins Cardio.


🍔Nutrition last week had a few off plan meals encouraged by the coach. More as a life and social thing not a diet or training fatigue. We still have 9 months to push growth. So Wifey and I were away for 5 days and had a few nice Thai and Vietnamese Dinners. A Grilld Burger and Yochi a couple times. Didn't blow out and glad to be back to my normal nutrition it just fuels my workouts better🏋

🏋Training wise new program has heaps of volume and really enjoy being cooked at the end of a workout especially Quads and Calves or Back & Hammys.

😬Physio Monday on my Shoulders, Trained Chest Wednesday and couldn't barely Bench 90kg. Rotator cuffs and lats just all jacked up.
Got in with my Osteo last night and much better outcome and another appointment for next week. My E2 is pretty low also can feel.my joints are pretty dry. I'll add in some BPC and TB-500 tonight 💉

😴Finished Nightshift this morning fasted and went for bloods. So I could get baseline before I start DHB oral 20mg ED. Will also give me a good reference to my new test vendors purity.

📈Got some new measurements, some variables in that today I was quite flat, been on night shifts and untrained so definitely not as full as when I last took them but still up📈

😬Physio Monday on my Shoulders, Trained Chest Wednesday and couldn't barely Bench 90kg. Rotator cuffs and lats just all jacked up.
Got in with my Osteo last night and much better outcome and another appointment for next week. My E2 is pretty low also can feel.my joints are pretty dry. I'll add in some BPC and TB-500 tonight 💉

😴Finished Nightshift this morning fasted and went for bloods. So I could get baseline before I start DHB oral 20mg ED. Will also give me a good reference to my new test vendors purity.

📈Got some new measurements, some variables in that today I was quite flat, been on night shifts and untrained so definitely not as full as when I last took them but still up📈

💉I'll update bloods as soon as they come back. Did the GH test also. Not that anyone needs a reminder how good @CladHQ GH is.
