Ok now to todays progress, or rather lack of it. Today the mind was willing but the body struggled. I did manage to get a good 4-5 hrs sleep which was great feel a bit chirpier.
Made sure I did my 10000 steps at least and maintained my Macros within limits and even with the blow out the other day the weekly macros are looking on point maintaining my reduction in carbs. My weight is still up there. Was thinking the increase in weight could be attributed to the change in scales as even though the scales are the same model from the same manufacturer, I did not do comparison before I left for work. This definitely goes into the notebook for next time.
The HGH is going well as there is no increasing of the ankle swelling which is great as was worried about this level but seems that proper titration is helping alot, go figure. Sometimes I am in just such a rush to get to the end point that I neglect to do the simple things. Have 4 more days and if all remains as is will be increasing to 4.5IU.
Have decided to stop taking Aromasin as I have no indications or symptoms that give me reason to continue with the AI.

So the day started as per normal. Dosing and supplements the off to work.

Am so impressed with my shoulder stack but probably more so with BPC as since I increased it to2mg but adding 1mg to the GLOW the pain has subsided to a point where am not walking around in pain constantly. Not sure if it took all of the compounds this long to kick off and the increase in BPC just assisted in the repair but what ever it will be running this hopefully until the end of my bulk as am keen to see what the cartalax does with continuous high dosage use does. Current path will be in good physical form for the last 4 weeks where I want to really hit it to see if I can get my bf down to a good level before the bulk. Am only planning 4 weeks of recomp but don't know what I am doing there yet as I haven't researched this enough yet. Hope some EVO family could help me here with this as I feel a little out of my depth with what to do in relation to all facets of the recomp phase of cycles.

Hey All, been a busy couple of days at work, hard to find the time but managed to squeeze something in.
Have Increased oils to slowly titrate to get ready for my Lean bulk in 7 weeks.
Increased Test as wanted a little more to help push harder and heavier. The increase in Deca was to provide the extra lub for my shoulder and the increases in Primo and Mast were to dry out a little more and harden a bit more. Also to see how my body handles it as want to be running higher test during Bulk.
Ankles holding out well so will be increasing HGH to 4.5IU tomorrow for better recovery and fat reduction slowly titrating to 6iu.
Today started with the treadmill making sure I got the 10000 steps in. Was meant to be a warmup in zone2 for a legs and shoulders workout but turned in to a zone 4 cardio session. Sometimes just can not help myself, have to push.
Any way still went and did a legs and shoulders workout not as intense as I had hoped but still managed something as legs were a little burnt out after 50 min on tread mill.
Macros was good high protein and a little over on the fats but carbs kept low. Will not post all the food as there are other things which I need to add to this Log. As I missed the week 4 measurements and pics made sure I did these today. The measurement in the attached app also shows the macros and the consumed and burnt cal. Am consistently running 800-900 deficit which is really helping to get the fat of and the high pritien and workouts help keep it on and am sure that the Mast P from @shadow labs is helping preserve some muscle along with the Primo and Test and the high HGH helping recover and repair.

Thanks @LevButlerov maintaining MACROS rather than CAL has been what has pushed me into recomp rather than calorie deficient where I would have lost muscle and fat basically 2 forward 1 back. The Macros has allowed me to power forward not taking any steps back yet. You are a LEGEND.

If I end up at 11% at end I think that will be a huge sucessful Cut especially this being my real 1st atempt at real cycles and AAS. I am so stoke and have the EVO family to thank a million times over. My success will be due to the fact that @shadow labs have picked me up and are helping me and the whole community I feel is there providing not only assistance but support and love.
Love goes out to the EVO family from this simple soul.
Weve already seen the Lean mass graphs and the Body fat percentage graphs which I think @ROIDDERS was quick to point out that I was in a good recomp, not that I knew anything about that then, but I do now and it makes a difference in the way I think towards attaining my goals.
From that simple post I learned a lot.
But what has blown me away the most is not the facts and figures but the results that I can see. Its one thing to look into a mirror but I took a few pics as I normally do and I was so happy with the progress.

Hey Good People,

Here we are the beginning of Week 6.
Am feeling optimistic about where this cut is heading.
The picture taken yesterday showed me where I am lacking. Time to focus on Calves, Chest and Bi's. Will be doing just that over the next 2.5weeks while at work. Still at a loss as to how to build chest without putting to much strain on my shoulders. Will try longer under tension to see if I can feel it more with say a 3sec down and 2 sec up rep.
The weekly amounts are listed in my current stack list above and have increased my HGH to 4.5IU.
Will be doing bloods when I get home to see where I am at as all this is new and am learning how my body reacts to what I give it.

There is not enough hours in the day to fit everything in lately. I got a good 6 hrs sleep with minimal interuptions lastnight but I had to dose up with 40mg Melintonin, , an over the counter sleepaid table, lemsip powder 1000mg paracetomol, and my regular before bed supplements.

Worked a treat and maybe a little too well as feeling a little sluggish this morning. Didn't manage to get to the gym. Did 45min or so on the treadmill and got close to my 10000 steps for the day. Made sure that most of this one was in Zone 2 and a little in zone 3.

Macros was good for the day but am constantly eating 100-200 cal over my allocated cal intake.
Am consuming approx 3.4g/kg protein and maintaing fats at around 85g.

If I end up at 11% at end I think that will be a huge sucessful Cut especially this being my real 1st atempt at real cycles and AAS. I am so stoke and have the EVO family to thank a million times over. My success will be due to the fact that @shadow labs have picked me up and are helping me and the whole community I feel is there providing not only assistance but support and love.
Love goes out to the EVO family from this simple soul.
Weve already seen the Lean mass graphs and the Body fat percentage graphs which I think @ROIDDERS was quick to point out that I was in a good recomp, not that I knew anything about that then, but I do now and it makes a difference in the way I think towards attaining my goals.
From that simple post I learned a lot.
But what has blown me away the most is not the facts and figures but the results that I can see. Its one thing to look into a mirror but I took a few pics as I normally do and I was so happy with the progress.

Hey Good People,

Here we are the beginning of Week 6.
Am feeling optimistic about where this cut is heading.
The picture taken yesterday showed me where I am lacking. Time to focus on Calves, Chest and Bi's. Will be doing just that over the next 2.5weeks while at work. Still at a loss as to how to build chest without putting to much strain on my shoulders. Will try longer under tension to see if I can feel it more with say a 3sec down and 2 sec up rep.
The weekly amounts are listed in my current stack list above and have increased my HGH to 4.5IU.
Will be doing bloods when I get home to see where I am at as all this is new and am learning how my body reacts to what I give it.

There is not enough hours in the day to fit everything in lately. I got a good 6 hrs sleep with minimal interuptions lastnight but I had to dose up with 40mg Melintonin, , an over the counter sleepaid table, lemsip powder 1000mg paracetomol, and my regular before bed supplements.

Worked a treat and maybe a little too well as feeling a little sluggish this morning. Didn't manage to get to the gym. Did 45min or so on the treadmill and got close to my 10000 steps for the day. Made sure that most of this one was in Zone 2 and a little in zone 3.

Macros was good for the day but am constantly eating 100-200 cal over my allocated cal intake.
Am consuming approx 3.4g/kg protein and maintaing fats at around 85g.

Thanks @Ohdamn, its nice to know am on the right track. I have this wonderful EVO community to thank for that. Its been the posative feedback and advice which has helped me immensely. Am only half way thru cut and have a 16wk bulk after this. Am so excited to see where this ends up.

Hey there @LevButlerov yeah thanks mate, have surprised myself to be honest. I have my ankles tell me when to slow down or back down or to even keep going. Want to be running around 6iu for the last 4 weeks of this cut. Bumping by -.5iu weekly will get me there one week early and give me time to see if body will like it or not. Want to push a little harder while I have access to real gym and a floor which does not move. There are areas I need to focus on like my calves chest bis and read delts, so am looking to use the next 2 weeks to do that while maintaining the rest if that's possible. Thanks for checking in mate, always appreciate your comments and advice!

Workouts definitely feel better when some sleep has been had and a bit of rest thrown in as well.
The increase in HGH to 4.5IU is going well as is the increase in Test, Deca and Mast.
Macros are on point although over again by 100cal but hopefully the is accounted for as according to my Cronometer app I am around 900 Cal deficit for the weekly average. It also takes into account things which aren't being logged for example, some sauces, bread crumbs, batter etc. so that 900 Cal deficit comes down pretty quick I would say. I feel like am still in deficit by maybe 400-500 Cal on the weekly average, which I believe is a good place to be as not stripping muscle with huge deficit and seems like am actually building muscle according to my scales. Skeletal muscle weight is up and fat % is down.

Have started to only take Tadalafil before training as it seems to help with the reflux.
Have also been backfilling Cartalax, Glow, BPC, and HGH into on pin and dosing SQ into shoulder area, mainly the RHS and it feels as though the combination is really helping. Today managed to get a decent pump in the chest but still going med weight for me and slow. Shoulder aches but the constant pain has al l but gone. Yay!
The workout has been changed slightly, so now its Chest and Bi's as these are two groups which I need to build up as were lagging going by my latest pics. Also lagging are my Calves and Rear Delts so will be focusing on those as well in other workouts over the next 2 weeks.

Did 10 sets on the Chest Incline Smith machine the heavier sets were to shoulder slight pain but the later sets especially the last two were to chest failure, the last 2 I failed on the last rep of both sets without too much shoulder pain so finally got my chest working. Will keep looking for ways around my shoulder to build my chest but this is the best success I have had so far.
The other thing I tried was the 4x super sets chest orientated all with very light weights but still managed to feel it in the chest before the shoulder gave out. So will keep these up and slowly build on the weight. Even at a light weight it was taking it out of me as was only doing 30sec between supersets and 3 min after the 4 were done and 3 sets of these.
Doing my Bis with chest felt unatural as have always done tris with chest. But must say I got a really good pump especially with the seated curls as since I ruptured my Longhead Bicep tendon this is the first time I could extend the arm while seated. Will be doing those more as my bi were the biggest Ive seen them in a long while.
I can say I really enjoyed my workout today.
We are in alongside tomorrow so will do Legs, Rear Delts and Calves.

Am so thankful to you @LevButlerov as there is no way in hell I would know what to do re the macros. Getting my intake right I feel has been the defining part in this CUT so far. Also I feel my body is loving what its getting from @shadow labs oils that I can almost feel myself growing, being forged so to say.😂🤣😂😎. I really can not thankyou enough!

Am so thankful to you @LevButlerov as there is no way in hell I would know what to do re the macros. Getting my intake right I feel has been the defining part in this CUT so far. Also I feel my body is loving what its getting from @shadow labs oils that I can almost feel myself growing, being forged so to say.😂🤣😂😎. I really can not thankyou enough!

Yeah the increase in carbs possible, low GI not so. As at work I get what I am given but when home I'll have to sweet talk the missus, but I think that will be a possibility. I love making my breakfast oats so that will be easy. Just baffled as to how I will get my body fat down but am not worried about it too much as I am lucky to have your expertise guiding me along here and know that my body will be the benefactor of your knowledge. The increase in HGH to 4.5IU has seen my ankles swell slightly, will monitor and adjust accordingly. @LevButlerov has recommended that I increase my carb intake to 250-300g due to the fact that I am increasing my HGH dosing and plan to go to 6IU. So now macros looks like 250P-300C-80F.
The majority of these carbs are to be one with a low GI. This will be a little difficult while at work but doable when I get home. Was a little concerned that I would not be able to get to my 10% bf for my cut but on second thoughts If I raise my lean mass during the last 6 weeks of this cut then it will be easier to attain my true goal of 100kg at 12% bf after my lean bulk. I will always listen to experience and seeing the transformation thus far I know I am in good hands.
I have already been planning my schedule for my bulk and have decided that Primo through the bulk cycle is too expensive for me so will go with and increase in EQ dosing and currently looks as per below. Any suggestions and/or critique welcome as all of this is new to me. Am thinking EQ:Test 1:1 possibly just see how body handles increased loads.

Only 4 excersises but still took a bit of time as was taking full 3min plus between set on the 2 compound excersises.

Shoulder is feeling amazing compared to when I came to work and will keep dosing as I am.
Also trying to rejuvenate my little bald spots and have made my little hair serum with AHKCu and HA mix and also using 5% minioxidil and Dutasteride 0.5mg daily and weekly derma rolling with 1mm roller and that puppy hurts, always have tears in my eyes after rolling.:cry::cry::LOL:.
Oh well got to give it a go. Also have some snap8 coming and will be making up a formulae for wrinkle on the facial skin. My wife is a fair bit younger than me so I want her to be with a man that looks closer to her age rather than her looking like she is with her grandpa👴🤣.
Its not ALL about forging the Beast but forging a good looking Beast.

dont worry about the calories only look at the macros :D your macros are good keep them up for now and keep going

dont worry I can explain :D cycle ends, you get on a bridge 125mgs test hcg and hcgenerate with tamoxifen

Hello Good People,

Today was really a non-eventful day. Was ready to train Back and Bi but ended up getting a nose bleed that just would not stop so decided to can any exertion until it stopped. Nothing to worry about just blew too hard clearing it and started bleeding and the reason it wouldn't stop is cause am on aspirin for blood thinning for my heart. So took a little extra work to stem the flow. As a consequence, no training and only 4500 steps for the day. Oh well there is always tomorrow.

Also had a bad day on the macros.
As mentioned in previous post, have increased Carbs to 300g. I had porridge yesterday but the entry that I had in there originally was for 400 g of porridge but at dry weight which gave a huge amount of carbs for 400g of porridge. I had the macros balanced until I changed the dry to wet weight and as a consequence the low carb intake. Lesson learned. Will not be doing that today.

I had porridge yesterday but the entry that I had in there originally was for 400 g of porridge but at dry weight which gave a huge amount of carbs for 400g of porridge. I had the macros balanced until I changed the dry to wet weight and as a consequence the low carb intake. Lesson learned. Will not be doing that today.

Bp normal 127/77 and just blew the shit out of it thats what caused it and its delucate after 2 ops on it. So nothing to worry about am ferling top notch as had 1kg of oat this morning loved the carb up and feel like i can do two workputs today.

Hello Good People,

Today was really a non-eventful day. Was ready to train Back and Bi but ended up getting a nose bleed that just would not stop so decided to can any exertion until it stopped. Nothing to worry about just blew too hard clearing it and started bleeding and the reason it wouldn't stop is cause am on aspirin for blood thinning for my heart. So took a little extra work to stem the flow. As a consequence, no training and only 4500 steps for the day. Oh well there is always tomorrow.

Also had a bad day on the macros.
As mentioned in previous post, have increased Carbs to 300g. A much better day had by yours truely. Got my steps in, got my training in with a focus towards the weaker sections of the body which I previously mentioned. Todays focus mainly on Bi, Rear Delt and Traps and touching on forearms and Lats.
Got my macros down pat today so pretty happy about that. Had 1kg of porridge and it was sooooooo good. Haven't had a carb fix like that for a while. Been thinking as I have increased my cal intake I will be dropping Sema and Cargi as both of those were there to assist in killing the food noise on lower cal intake, so don't see any reason to continue with them although will monitor and if food noise becomes a problem at these cal then will revert to just Cargi to assist. So will not be dosing of those two tomorrow.

The slight increase in Test and Deca has seen my skin become oilier so have started taking Aromasin 12.5mg and will do that 2x weekly for 2 weeks and see where we are at, or soon as I notice the oily skin subside, then will drop it.
HGH is being monitored and although my ankles swell slightly at the 0.5IU increase then have been generally getting back to normal after 4-5 days. I will increase to 5IU come Sat 06th Jun and see how we go.
My shoulder stack is working a treat and especially since I have started adding my morning dose of HGH in the same pin. Been doing that for a while now with the ROM in my shoulder increasing by 40-50% and general pain reduction by approx. 70-80% have been using this in conjunction with BSc Collagen Repair and Recover which has Tendoforte, Fortigel and Verisol which are three different types of bioactive collagen peptides and it also includes probiotics and vitamin C for even more health benefits for tendons and ligaments. 20gED to assist in ligament and Cartlidge support.
Never did I think to see if mixing HGH with Klow and extra BPC was a good thing until I read @HarleyGuy Case Study, "Evidence based bloodwork for mixing HGH with 4 different peptides all in same syringe" https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...n-a-bloodwork-peptide-blending-result.108153/
Well worth the read and if youre reading this @HarleyGuy please put me on your list of "Tags for those interested in peptides or peptide blending" cheers mate. So as it turns out it is ok to do this, lucky for me and has been improving my shoulder day by day.

I managed a 30min session on the treadmill all at Zone2 before my workout as a warm up and getting my steps in. Made sure I kept it at Z2 this time and found that wasnt exhausted when I got to doing my workout.

Focus was on lagging muscle groups with a couple of compounds thrown in to keep everything rolling along. Felt good Minimal shoulder pain and good pumps. Both my treadmill and Workout were mostly in Z2 which is great.
Almost 14000 steps for the day and have averaged over the last 7 days just over 10000 steps which is really good for this old fart.

Hopefully will be able to keep shedding fat and maintaining muscle if I keep working hard and for this reason am trying to keep all in Z2.
A good day with a rested body and a heap of carbs in the furnace made for a great day for cal burning and hopefully fat conversion.

Got my macros down pat today so pretty happy about that. Had 1kg of porridge and it was sooooooo good. Haven't had a carb fix like that for a while. Been thinking as I have increased my cal intake I will be dropping Sema and Cargi as both of those were there to assist in killing the food noise on lower cal intake, so don't see any reason to continue with them although will monitor and if food noise becomes a problem at these cal then will revert to just Cargi to assist. The slight increase in Test and Deca has seen my skin become oilier so have started taking Aromasin 12.5mg and will do that 2x weekly for 2 weeks and see where we are at, or soon as I notice the oily skin subside, then will drop it.
HGH is being monitored and although my ankles swell slightly at the 0.5IU increase then have been generally getting back to normal after 4-5 days. I will increase to 5IU come Sat 06th Jun and see how we go.
My shoulder stack is working a treat and especially since I have started adding my morning dose of HGH in the same pin. Been doing that for a while now with the ROM in my shoulder increasing by 40-50% and general pain reduction by approx. 70-80% have been using this in conjunction with BSc Collagen Repair and Recover which has Tendoforte, Fortigel and Verisol which are three different types of bioactive collagen peptides and it also includes probiotics and vitamin C for even more health benefits for tendons and ligaments. 20gED to assist in ligament and Cartlidge support.
Never did I think to see if mixing HGH with Klow and extra BPC was a good thing until I read @HarleyGuy Case Study, "Evidence based bloodwork for mixing HGH with 4 different peptides all in same syringe" https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...n-a-bloodwork-peptide-blending-result.108153/
Well worth the read and if youre reading this @HarleyGuy please put me on your list of "Tags for those interested in peptides or peptide blending" cheers mate. So as it turns out it is ok to do this, lucky for me and has been improving my shoulder day by day.

I managed a 30min session on the treadmill all at Zone2 before my workout as a warm up and getting my steps in. Made sure I kept it at Z2 this time and found that wasnt exhausted when I got to doing my workout.

Focus was on lagging muscle groups with a couple of compounds thrown in to keep everything rolling along. Felt good Minimal shoulder pain and good pumps. Both my treadmill and Workout were mostly in Z2 which is great.
Almost 14000 steps for the day and have averaged over the last 7 days just over 10000 steps which is really good for this old fart.

A much better day had by yours truely. Got my steps in, got my training in with a focus towards the weaker sections of the body which I previously mentioned. Todays focus mainly on Bi, Rear Delt and Traps and touching on forearms and Lats.

Hey Good people,
Almost half the way thru my CUT and you know what? There is no way in the world I would have seen myself doing a 12 week cut and consuming 3000 cal a day, but thanks to @LevButlerov that's exactly what I am doing and with results that are almost like frigging witchcraft.
Almost 6 weeks ago my starting weight was 88.4kg and 2 days ago my weight was 87.3kg and today my weight is 89.3kg.
This last spurt of 2kg gain over a few days has been caused by my increase in carb intake, I virtually doubled my carb consumption over night causing a sudden increase in water retention. Eating more carbohydrates, the body converts excess glucose into glycogen and stores it in the liver and muscles. Each gram of glycogen is stored with about 3–4 grams of water. This is how the body keeps the glycogen hydrated and ready for energy use. This will subside and I should return to basically my starting weight of 6 weeks ago or slightly higher.
In that time my Fat% has dropped rather dramatically, Fat Mass has dropped by around 0.7kg and my muscle mass has increased by around 1.2kg. which makes it almost 0.5kg gain in weight. Am so much leaner than when I started, the love handles have gone and only some visceral fat remains around my abdomen,( the hardest to get rid of).

Macros were sort of on point but difficult to wrestle into place as I started the day with 0.5kg of beef mince 10% and then had 250g Greek yogurt with my collagen and protien powder whch just about used all my fat requirenmt for the day. So from there it was hard to balance out.

Still running a deficit of around 500-600 Cal a day which should still see me dropping fat as long as I keep my intensity up and my daily steps at around 10000. I have found it easier to manage protein than trying to balance out carbs and I am still learning that Low GI carbs make the diet more sustainable by controlling hunger, stabilizing energy, and support training. This ultimately helps in sticking to the deficit for longer and preserves muscle better so will be going Low GI carbs when I get home for the last 4 weeks of the cut where I want to push hard and shred a little more.

Todays training for Chest and Tri as well as Bis cause I am targeting these as laggers, was more of the same from last time. Lower weight more sets and reps as well as slowing the rep down in an effort to control shoulder pain and still induce target muscle hypertrophy. Seems to work well and will continue this until shoulder has more improvements.

The reason behind my splurge on super sets is that it seems to produce more time under tension and with the limited time between sets in the super set and a full 3 min rest on completion the target muscle seems to get a good pump.
Am loving the seated dumbbell curls as long as I do not move the elbow in an upward direction to complete the curl I get max pump and feel it wont be long before I have to restart Tri workouts to keep those two muscle groups balanced. Actually enjoyed the workout today.

I seem to have flipped everything about today, apologies if it is a bit confusing but just writing as I think of things.
My morning dosing was pretty much the same as usula but have stopped my dosing of Cargi and Sema as they were there ofr hunger control and I dont think I really ned that at the moment. Maintaining Reta as it has far more synergistic benefits than just hunger control and may look at increasing that in the last 4 weeks. But that is a story for another day.
Have also taken 12.5mg of Aromasin as my oily skin persists although I can feel it getting less, so will keep this going until the skin is back to normal oily levels.
My body seems to have accepted the 4.5IU levels of HGH rather well and it seems it has a routine now. Increase by 0.5IU will produce slight swelling of ankles for 3-4 days then they will go back to normal, which is a great outcome. Will be going to 5IU on Sat.
With my increase of Test E to 500mg I have noticed that ball shrinkage is occurring so will look at upping the HGC to 1500IU or 750IU2x week. Will just need to watch my E2 as both the Test and HCG will play towards increasing it although the increase in Mast and Primo may control it.
May look at getting bloods for when I get home and workout from there how to play the last 4 weeks.

I probably have forgotten something but oh well will covwer it next time.

Hey Good people,
Almost half the way thru my CUT and you know what? There is no way in the world I would have seen myself doing a 12 week cut and consuming 3000 cal a day, but thanks to @LevButlerov that's exactly what I am doing and with results that are almost like frigging witchcraft.
Almost 6 weeks ago my starting weight was 88.4kg and 2 days ago my weight was 87.3kg and today my weight is 89.3kg.
This last spurt of 2kg gain over a few days has been caused by my increase in carb intake, I virtually doubled my carb consumption over night causing a sudden increase in water retention. Eating more carbohydrates, the body converts excess glucose into glycogen and stores it in the liver and muscles. Each gram of glycogen is stored with about 3–4 grams of water. This is how the body keeps the glycogen hydrated and ready for energy use. This will subside and I should return to basically my starting weight of 6 weeks ago or slightly higher.
In that time my Fat% has dropped rather dramatically, Fat Mass has dropped by around 0.7kg and my muscle mass has increased by around 1.2kg. which makes it almost 0.5kg gain in weight. carbs are up which is good I wouldnt worry about cals, carbs are the main factor here :D i want to see how you feel on the hgh as you go

Now I can see why the LOW GI. I left my berberine at home, did not expect to be chomping the carbs🤣
