15% body fat. 47 years old and in good shape for my age.
I’m looking to run a steroid stack. Have not done one in a while
I work out four times a week weight training. and then on the weekends I'll do a bicycle ride with some friends on Sunday morning
I'm looking for something that can help me with overall conditioning and muscle building but nothing to increase sides
