@Formulate_Infinity when you say "deload" what do you mean? you're doing fairly light weights, you mean food deload? clarifyBack and biceps today:
Dumbbell Curl: 50lbs - 8/8; 40lbs 9/9/6
Cable Curl: 85lbs 4; 80lbs 7/7/6
Incline Dumbbell Row: 55lbs 9/9; 45lbs 12/12
Assisted Pullup: -40lbs - 7/4; -55lbs 6/5
Pull Downs: 160lbs - 8/8/7/5
Felt good overall. Deload week starts tomorrow.
I like that second mealMeal 2:
~ 6oz Turkey, fried egg, 2 tbs guacamole, small banana, and a large coffee (no sugar) with some soy milk.
Meal Macro Breakdown: 59g protein, 52g carbs, 21g fat.
Running total: 101p, 40c, 24f (800 kcal).
@Formulate_Infinity meals looks amazing dude......“Well it didn't go down quite the way we planned it.
We made mistakes, took some things for granted.
We've come this far we've got to see it through.
And if we're gonna make it baby.
If we're gonna make it baby.
We've still got some work to do.” Work to Do by America.
Final meal:
Ceaser salad w/o dressing and beef tenderloin. I ended up eating the beef and tried to remove the 40 pounds of Parmesan they put on this thing. I eventually just gave up and stoped eating. Oh, I was able to avoid the croutons.
Meal stats: 39p, 4c, 17f (I purposely overestimated the cheese… in reality, probably wasn’t half why I calculated).
Also, not pictured another fair life protein shake. I really can’t wait to get home.
Today final: 2000 kcal, 236p, 120c, 67f.
On the whole, not bad as far as raw macro value and caloric deficit. Obviously, I have some work to do on both some big picture items and some fine tuning as well. Really, I think I just need to get comfortable with the idea of not eating when there aren’t any good options available.
Thanks for the feedback everyone. Onward.
@Formulate_Infinity good day I see it you confident but we need to see you update some training hows that going?“Do, or do not, there is no try.” - Yoda.
Sorry I went MIA for a bit. 100% on me, work and various other excuses that don’t matter and are Training has been on point, diet has been mediocre. That changes today!
So, let’s talk Tren for a minute. I was on it and dear god is it hard to get off. Of any of the stuff I’ve tried, Tren is the closest thing to a “real drug” in that there is almost a”high” to it that is difficult to explain (the “high” being some of the “good” side or expected effects - increased libido, looking better in the mirror every single day, a focused useful confidence and aggression. I found it hard to quit the stuff. Finally the lack of sleep, the endless desire for more carbs (screwing diet compliance), crap cardio capacity making that a huge chore, and the knowledge that I’m certainly f-ing up my long term health got me to throw in the towel. I’m three days post my last Tren Ace shot and I feel a ton better already. But what a ride….
With that, I am moving to what I said I was going to do when this started with some slight modifications, which is as follows:
- 525 Test E week;
- 400 Primo;
- 40 Var (20 pre workout AM, 10 at lunch, 10 after dinner);
- 2IU HGH before bed;
- 20 carderine.
The goal is a recomp leaning cut. Test is higher than what some recommend in order to get Primo to 400mg a week. Primo is a strong AI for me and running it 1:1 carries the significant risk (almost near certainty) of crashing my e2.
Training is five days a week PPL and I will be focusing on increasing my cardio for the next seven weeks. Goal is still to add one or two 36 hour fasts once the Tren is more out of my system and to run a 300-500 calorie deficit on eating days.
Macros - 280 protein, 150 carbs (vast majority lunch and before), and 65 fat.
I will post updates daily on diet with pictures.
As always, constructive feedback is welcome.
Until later today!
