Beginner anabolics

400-500 mg test/week will give you big results. dont need to add any other anabolics to that as a first cycle. throw in some aromasin 12.5mg everday throughout cycle and get a good pct going and youll be G2G
 
I think that we lost out of sight the most important question, which has not been mentioned so far. @Mut8 - what is your objective? What are you expecting from your first cycle (get ripped, or mass)? What are your stats (height, weight, BF%? The answers to these questions make a huge difference.
 
@LevButlerov. I have reached a point that I can no longer push myself naturally. I have been bodybuilding for just under 10 years and understand all the ins and outs of the game. I have 1 overall NPC title which I won naturally and other top 3 placings. I am 230 pounds and 8% BF. I can't seem to hold on to that weight as get under 8% so I am mainly just wanting something that will boost strength and help me through my next prep during a calorie defeciet. Strength, hardness, vascularity. Thanks...
 
I'm 230. @ 8% and just can't seem to break out of this plateau. Been BB competively for almost 10 years naturally. Just ready to step up my game

I love hearing this. ...I hope you have great results. Good for you! I suggest you read the comparison article on evo about test e and c. Google it. ..research as much as you can. Also, make sure you have a perfect pct....your gains will be awesome. Make sure you log it.

Test Cyp or Test E @ 400-500mg will give you dramatic results. You could throw Var/Winny if you're trying to cut or Dbol if you're trying to bulk.

There is a sticky on the top of this board..."the perfect pct explained"...read it, tweet it to fit your needs. Once u have your cycle planned post it up to get feedback. Make sure you take your time. ...and find a quality source. Good luck
 
For a first cycle, Test E and Dbol seem to be what most people recommend. An oral isn't even needed too, but kick starts the cycle with a longer lasting ester like Test E.

If it's your first time go with Test E so you won't have to pin as often. And some Nolvadex or Clomid, no need for the other orals if that's you in your picture there, you can always add more stuff later. This way you will get practice & used to injecting your self for the first few times.

Have someone help you as well if you have never pinned by your self before or atleast do thorough research for best pinning spots.

first runs only need tes.

if you cant put on a good amount of weight with just that your not eating right. I can tell you that for sure, dbol is not needed as a jumpstart. Its nice for your 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. But 1st timer's dont need it.

your body should respond well to the 500mg of tes E/C. Keep your Ai dosed right and you ll be good to go.
 
My first cycle was 500mg test cypionate every week and 12.5mg aromasin ed. It went well and had no negative sides. Had to play around with my aromasin dosage though for awhile.

Easy math... 250mg per ml (cc). 2500 MG per vial. 5000mg total. Divide by number of ml's per week you want to run... (500) and you get a ten (10) week cycle.

BUT... most vials are a little off... so you might run a short by a pin or long by one... you can't get every drop.
 
okay I see now I get it it is pretty easy never done it before but now that you put it that way it is easy math I guess I should get an extra vial Justin case then

First cycle should almost always just be test at a fairly low-moderate dose like 500mgs/week. You want to know how your body reacts to test in isolation before you start stacking. Test E or Cyp is popular because they only require 2 pins a week. Always run an AI and use the PCT guidelines.
 
Yeah that's what I'm going to do I'm still trying to figure out PCT and AI I'm going to take and how much of that I'm supposed to take but I guess I'll figure that out by reading a lot if it matters I'm 24 about to be 25 6 foot 205 pounds between 10 and 12% body fat and I've been working out about 5 or 6 years and thank you guys for your help

This is one impressive bodybuilding CV. Well, in such case at least we can all be sure that you are perfectly fit for AAS use.

There is no need to tapper your dosages - it has been proven a long time ago that it doesn't make a difference, so just go with 500mgs right away. Since you are doing a test enan solo, it will be easy for you to handle this cycle. Other than that, it looks like a very good first-time cycle.

bro nolvadex only for pct? you'll 110% NOT recover...you should run the perfect pct to recovery properly: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-perfect-post-cycle-therapy-pct/

Don't try to save money on PCT, and do a more complete one. Remember - a good PCT is just as important, if not more, as the cycle itself. If the PCT is not good enough, you may end up losing the gains made on cycle and have a lot of long term side effects, which will keep you far from a next cycle. The perfect PCT is the best protocol to get you ready for the next cycle fast, keep as much of the gains as possible, and keep you healthy.

Yeah, if you don't do the perfect PCT, at least add these agents to your PCT. Remember, cycles are like money - it is not only about earning it, because you also have to know how to keep it.
 
Ok did some research and this is what I have come up with in response to my last idea

14 week test e cycle

Week 1-14
500mg per week
Week15-16
Nothing
Week 17-20
Nolva-40/40/20/20
Clomid-50/50/25/25
Aromasin-12.5/12.5/7.5/7.5 EOD
N2guard-7 caps ED

Also..... Do I need anything DURING my cycle of test e. Some say yes some say no?? Most are saying to take 250iu hcg twice a week and to take arimidex .25-.5 EOD???
What do you think?

Test e @ 500 mg per week for 10-12 weeks is a pretty common first cycle. You can throw some low dosage d-bol in there too for some strength gains like you want but be careful cause d-bol can bloat you up a bit and lose definition. Mad respect if you're actually 230 lbs 8% bf without juicing. I got to 210 12% bf without juicing before I took the jump (for athletic reasons). Keep it up.
 
Also, I'm not a huge fan of running HCG throughout the whole cycle, I would recommend starting it week 8 or later. Some people react differently though, just find out what works for you :D
 
A man could make some slow steady gains at 250-350 per week . Low enough dose to respond to any sides being your first run. Then a second run later at 500 with good gains to be had. I found it more easy to keep those smaller incremental gains than those 20 lb jumps. Whatever a bro wants to do.

Fuck HCG that shit had me in the ER my balls felt like we're exploding so much pain so sensitive reoccurring and lasted 1.5 hours easy man never again I'm young my balls will bounce back and if not whatever I blast and cruise any fuxkin way.., lol sorry I can hear the animosity in my own voice but the shit hurt lol enjoy but remember who told you first when your wife wondering why you a bag of frozen peas on your nut sack with your feet up man 🙀

That's hard I couldn't get below 8 till I was at 225 or so regular or off season 237 and yea I loose a lot of am strength to went from 400 max to only hitting 315 x 3 crazy but I'm looking dam good. This year I'm going to keep this physique for a year and enjoy the shred. But I will say that last 3 percent happens in the kitchen I switched to all lean meat diet no to low carbs under 100 a day with mid to low fats it's very serious and hard but holy shit its melting and I do zero cardio and drink beer whenever I want. I was Able to plan Around my lifestyle not visa-versa

This was week 5 I believe after winter bulk and the changes don't stop.

Well that's my adventures for the year to come duces
