Beginner looking for advice

Hello Everyone, So I am relatively new to this whole thing. I am 31 years old. 6"6' about 225 lbs. I have been working out for a few months now. I have always considered trying a cycle. I am still in the trial and error phase. When it comes to working out, my routine, my diet, and what to consider when it comes to test or any other performance enhancers. If anyone has any advice on what is good to look in to for beginners. I would be happy to hear it. Thank you
 
Best advice is keep it simple and use compounds that have minimal side effects.

Test and eq is an excellent lean bulk or body recomposition stack

Test and Masteron is a great stack for dense hard muscles

Test and hgh is an outstanding stack for body recomposition and fat loss.

Test and anavar is another fantastic stack
 
I appreciate the advice thank you. Now I understand this is all new to me. And I am open to any feedback. But I will ask some questions simply to gain more knowledge and understanding. So the question I have is. Would it be wise to start as you said. Simple. Like with just one ester of testosterone and not stacking anything. That way I can understand how my body reacts to these compounds. And if there are any side effects, understand how to reverse or treat them effectively. If I say, stack enanthate and anavar. Then start to experience some adverse side effects. I won't know exactly which compound is causing what. Am I understanding this correctly?
 
Can you clarify what you mean when you say you've just started working out for a few months now? Like just started going back to gym after a layoff or like a newbie?

I think if you are just starting to workout, and you are only 31, you should be able to see some significant gains from just diet and exercise without PED.

I really think you should dial in your workout program and diet first. If you aren't already, I'd be on these kind of forums really asking questions about your program and diet and finding quality material on youtube to follow and making sure you have good journal down and all that.

Then when you've shown some good consistency for I'd suggest maybe a year and you're on a plateau maybe throw in some PEDs to motivate you or something.

I personally did not dabble with testosterone or anything until my body started really breaking down in my later thirties ~37. So at that point it was like trying to keep what I had and feel like I was your age again. I definitely peaked naturally right around 30-33 years old.

but if you must do something then just do like 300-400mg/week of test cyp/E for 10 weeks. You honestly probably wouldn't even need an AI or much of a PCT protocol. I mean have some AI in case and have the standard PCT stack just to take for insurance, but I doubt you even need it at your age.

If your diet and training are not optimal you should not even consider using drugs.
How about starting a training and diet log so we can help you get those items in check prior to using anything.
Training for a few months and taking gear is not a good recipe. Your joints and tendons are not going to be ready for the fast strength gains and you could easily be injured. Get a few more years of hard training in and build a good base. I didn’t start using gear until I was in my 40’s.
 
Thank you for your advice guys. I think that sounds like a solid plan actually. Get my workout routine down. Get my diet dialed. I was actually thinking the same thing. After like a year of steady, hard training and consistent diet. Then come back and rethink all this. I will start a training log in the next days like you suggested and go from there. I have worked out here and there for a few months at a time. But I've never really stuck with it. I guess my whole idea PE was to give me some sort of cheat that would keep me in the gym. But the more I think about it and discuss it with other people. I'm not sure it actually works that way. Or is a good idea

Welcome bro.

Best advice is dial everything in BEFORE you start a cycle. On cycle is not the time to be inconsistent. Best case you're losing gains and wasting gear, worst case you're getting tons of side effects and it will be hard to determine why when you're not consistent with diet and training.

You're still young and have plenty of time to cycle ahead. Focus on nailing your training and diet down then hop on.

Best thing for you now is to START A LOG. All the EVO fam can jump in and help you figure things out and get you ready. Then when you do cycle we'll have all the info from your training log and be able to give you better advice based on your goals.

To start off, before you do any steroids or consider steroids, you need to get a pre-cycle training log going in a new thread. It's a must to dial in training diet and more before even thinking about cycles. You need to start a NEW thread, post your diet training cardio sleep supp use and more and the EVO family will guide you into a cycle from there. It's easy about 15min of your time and 5 min/week to update!

Start a log.

If you've only been training for a bit you'll be making better gains that guys who've been on gear for years. With proper diet and training at your age you're gonna blow up in the first year. Just search newbie gains on YouTube and watch a couple videos. Maximise your first year by running a training log here and you'll be so glad you did.
 
Been a few weeks, but managed to get bloods done.
I started cutting back on the red meat a bit to try and keep the cholesterol down, which looks to have worked, so I am not at cardiovascular risk now.

LH: 5.0 (1.5-9.0) U/L
FSH: 4.1 (1.4-8.4) IU/L
Oestradiol: 111 (< 146)pmol/L
Testosterone: 20.1 (8.3-31.8) nmol/L
SHBG: 56 (14-95)nmol/L
Prolactin: 123 (45-375)mIU/L
Bioav. Testo.: 7.1 (2.5-12.0) nmol/L
FAI 35.9 (14.5-80.3)

I have been dieting well, and keeping up the workouts, logging has not been optimal( will try to get some numbers together and post them) but i know I have been consistent and have not dropped the ball. I was refused for TRT, but was told that "should I submit an abnormal test' I might be able to get it. So I figure it should be possible to do a cycle of test only, then when coming off get tested when levels go low again.

Your bloodwork looks like a healthy young man. Why would you need TRT bro?

You are still in your infancy when it comes to progression in the gym brother and could ride this out for a long time before needing to look at enhancements.

You'll get just as much, if not more out of dialing in your nutrition and training properly than you will gear. Without them, the foundations, the gear means nothing.

Learn how to eat and train properly with guidance (have a look at a coach - money will be well better spent than on gear), and when you're ready, simple is better. Low dose test to begin with, tapering only as progression stalls and monitoring for tolerable dose.
