Goals for this year will be leaning out for summer and then a build later in the year.
I don't think i'm where I need to be to step on stage this year so the focus will be for next year.
Will continue following the RPHypertrophy training plans
Arms will be a priority this year.
Cardio will start at 20min post WO 5-6 days per week

30g fiber daily on top of food fiber
5mg Cialis daily
Amlodipine/Benazepril 10/20mg daily
4 caps N2Guard daily
1000mg Citrus Bergamot daily
1200mg NAC
1000mg TUDCA
15g glutamine post WO
Starting weight 207.6
Starting Macros- 2500cals/280p/210c/50f to start
