This log will detail my diet/training through 2025
Goals for this year will be leaning out for summer and then a build later in the year.
I don't think i'm where I need to be to step on stage this year so the focus will be for next year.
Will continue following the RPHypertrophy training plans
Arms will be a priority this year.
Cardio will start at 20min post WO 5-6 days per week

Supps/Meds
12g fish oil daily
30g fiber daily on top of food fiber
5mg Cialis daily
Amlodipine/Benazepril 10/20mg daily
4 caps N2Guard daily
1000mg Citrus Bergamot daily
1200mg NAC
1000mg TUDCA
15g glutamine post WO

Starting weight 207.6
Starting Macros- 2500cals/280p/210c/50f to start
This does not include supps and intra WO carbs

Chicken breast with broccoli and green beans. Sounds really good.
 
Fresh Start on this log. Your last couple have been excellent.
 
Amazing supplement list for sure. People have to do it if they want to keep their organs healthy.
 
rest days are important. i hate training on fridays as well i'm usually beat.
 
TUDCA and the rest of the supps like n2guard work great.
Really excited to see your next log.
 
The alternative is to forgetting the lean out and ONLY spend 12 months on stage prep. You're only leaning out to look good at the beach. Which is more important?
 
low dose deca/test is great for HRT.

i like that setup
