Fresh Start on this log. Your last couple have been excellent.
 
Amazing supplement list for sure. People have to do it if they want to keep their organs healthy.
 
rest days are important. i hate training on fridays as well i'm usually beat.
 
The alternative is to forgetting the lean out and ONLY spend 12 months on stage prep. You're only leaning out to look good at the beach. Which is more important?
I've weighed this decision. I've been growing the last 3 summers. Would like to look good this year for a couple months. I'm not gonna diet way down. Just 12lbs or so just to tighten up. Last time I dropped down for vaca I looked great at 195lbs and I deg put on some tissue last year so I would like to see where i'm at when I get to 200lbs. It will let me gauge where I am and where I need to be.
Gonne be more of a recomp thena diet. Just cleaning up after the growth phase.

this way you can always bulk up later on

I see u did 9 sets of curls. I was just thinking about this during weekend. I'm convinced you and I both need super high volume on biceps for them to grow. Since I'm trying to break a deadlift world record it makes zero sense for me to spend 30 min on biceps at the moment but that will change when I decide to do a hypertrophy block. I'm afraid of tearing my bicep again.

Arms are growing, saw your last picture, you're putting on size and recomping. And your protein is going up which is perfect. :D
 
I love the stuff. A little bit in a cut goes a long ways. I got amazing results on:
500mg Test
250mg Tren
225mg NPP

My strength went way up the entire 7 weeks and lost a fair amount of fat. Of course I was on Semaglutide as well.
Yeah I’m doing 200 Tren, 200 mast and 300 test.
Time to tighten up a bit for summer

Dude you’re so consistent!! I gotta ask you take a lot of fishoil. What brand do you get? Taking this much daily gets spendy. My good cholesterol is too low. I eat walnuts too. Do u get a good price or pay for the higher quality? Curious. Good job as usual on your wo! 💪🌸

Nice. Is that your kitchen counter? Our counter is all cluttered up with freaking supplement bottles gear all kinds of shit!! Can hardly make meals cuz counter space is monopolized by supps n PEDs!!! Lol 🤣💪🌸🤷‍♀️
That's my bathroom cabinet where the gear is living. I have an entire cabinet in the kitchen as well with supps, pre workouts, protien and all the other shit I need/take!!!
