I get a lot of pain after I workout.
I feel soreness, I also feel sharp pain going down my arms and legs sometimes.
I’m worried that it might be cause I am not recovering well enough. Any supplements out there that work good for dulling the pain

It probably it a lot related to your joints and overall health. n2joint rx and ostarine mk2866 is a good combo for this.

I wouldn't dull the pain live with it and make sure you know where it's from.

Sharp pain and soreness are completely different things. I recommend taking 1-2 weeks off of training all together. Let the body start to recover and then evaluate once you are back to training. I promise you will not lose all your muscle, lol. Just eat a proper diet and you are fine.

Consider ice cold bath after work out or at least just long, cold shower. Perhaps you need to reduce your work load

Sounds to me like you've a spinal injury - pain down the leg could be sciatic
