hey guys.. i just asking this for a knowledge. how these chicks get big booty..? are there anything especially for making butt big..? without silicon transplant.
 
It's weird I was showing a picture of Jen Selter (a girl from Instagram that has a big booty) to a 2 50+ year old women and their judgment right away was "enhancement."

I guess straight women don't find big booties attractive at least 50 year olds haha

They said it genetics and tons of squats, deads probably help too since they will make the hamstrings grow.

My girl has an ass for days and she never did squats before we met. So I'd say genetics play a large role. Just like big titties.
 
It's not necessarily just squats. There a few other exercises that will isolate your ass more such as Bulgarian split squats and even good mornings.
 
Squats, lunges and Romanian straight leg deadlifts are the 3 best exercises for glute activation.

The two best isolation exercises are glute kick backs and hip thrusters.
 
The only thing that you can do are squats. The rest will depend on the genetics. Some people are just predisposed for a big booty, whilst others are meant not to have any.

I am with you on this one. I like good booties, but it appears that there can even be too much of a booty too.

I don't think a big booty from genetics (comprised of lean mass and fat) is the same as the muscular booty you get from squats and lower lumbar exercises. Those exercises can tighten things up, make the ass firm, nice and round but I'm not sure if it gets bigger in circumference and if it did it would be rock hard and ripped like Rich Gaspari's ass. Hahahaha!

Well, you see there are different types of big booties which has alot to do with genetics. Some girls got the big, round and wide booty that makes you do an ugly face when you see it like "GOT DAMN!" That kind of booty she has to be born with. Then you have the "muscle butt" thats has that bubble like roundness that they've maximized by doing a shit ton of different squats and kick backs. Can't really build up a big butt, the potential has to already be there. If she's flat, theres really nothing she can do in the gym to get that Brazilian look. Honestly, a lot of these girls are getting shots and implants ala Kadashians and Nicki Minaj.

I didn't realize that the Kardashians were implanted. I saw Minaj in some random movie while flipping channels and I thought that her butt might be real b/c she is kinda black (is she part white?) but it makes more sense that Minaj is implanted.

Oh yeah they are all enhanced! Some use the fat transfer method where fat is sucked from their stomach and then moved to their ass. And bro Nicki is full black and full fake! That ass was flat as a pancake before she got signed.

Do what figure skaters do: they have nice glutes. Use ankle straps and resistance bands and move leg back and up, like figure skater skating backwards. This isolates the glute. Some gyms have glute Machine but the principle is still the same, moving the leg back and up.

all genetics, you can tinker with the shape a little but the basic shape is genetics. just like biceps peak and V-taper and high calves
