Just watched Botched, on E Channel, season 2 episode 3. Dr Paul Nassif and Dr Terry Dubrow, Plastic Suregeons, who specialize in fixing "botched" work done by other doctors.

This episode features Heavy Weight Female Bodybuilder Lauren Powers. She is look'n for a more feminine look, she has had 10 previous breast jobs, and she wants her face to also look for feminine. Now at 52 she wants a man in her life and a less masculine look.

She told the docs she is only on HGH, using for a decade and a half, and no steroid use in a long time. Which of course her bloodwork tells a different tale.

The years of abusing HGH has made her bones grow, her face has bone on bone growth. Plus the decades of steroids use has started to damage internal organs.

Very interesting show to watch. The docs did a pretty good job. Two of the best in the business who try to fix it if they can.

Hmm, that's in the eye of the beholder. They did fix her breasts and gave her a much better look'n neck line.

But she's a massive muscular gal. Decades of HGH and steroids has made her very masculine. When they show her face real close you can see that she probably has to shave her facial hair daily. Or wax it.

Ya, u definitely see folks who march to their own beat. That same episode also features a girl, now a girl after gender reassignment, and her goal is to look like a Blow-up Doll.

Paul thought it was a joke/stunt Terry was pulling on him. That's how crazy some folks are, and of course they turned her down. They fix thing other docs screwed up. They don't do anything they believe could result in harming the person.

She also wanted to extend out her lips even if it meant she would have to eat thru a straw for the rest of her life. Doctor Nassif was speechless and still couldn't believe it was for real.

an example of taking shit to the extreme. hey to each their own.

I'm personally not into that masculine and muscular look in a women. but i know some guys like that. when i go to a show i do not find those females on stage attractive, but that doesn't mean i don't respect them tremendously for their dedication and results.

I notice that all the female regulars at my gym are incredibly gifted and dedicated, i would love to befriend a couple of them because i respect their game so much; while most of the male regulars spend the bulk of the time socializing and fucking around, it is kind of annoying running into them and wasting 10 minutes of my workout hearing them blab about their shit job/wife or whatever. I'm like dude let me work out, i'm not your psychologist.

Some of the stuff people do to save money is crazy. Like in everything, there are plenty of UGLs in the plastic surgery business. It's not all from someone going to Mexico or Brazil, lots of people have "private parties" and a non-licensed tech or worse will inject fillers, Botox, and god knows what's really in the injection. Yet people are willing to let someone do this to them regardless.

So you will see some extreme cases. Mostly it's a bad job done by a real doctor, but they always show a glimpse into the dark side of the business.

Dark side example, people who let someone inject them, then months later they start to feel sick and their face or boobs start to look deformed. Why, because they were injected with Industrial silicone. That's right, crap from Home Depot. And now that stuff is breaking down spreading everywhere.

Hmm, kinda scary for sure.

Lauren is an example of the extreme side of bodybuilding. I'd bet her HGH daily dose is 10IU or more of Pharma grade. Plus mega dose of test, pretty much changing her female body into a male body.

My chick always watches this and i've seen a few episodes with her. These people are fn crazy and all have issues. lol interesting show though!
