Newbie Brother
Hey fellas, has anyone used bpc-157 in conjunction with tb-500?
Also with the mixing I know it says use bac water but is water for injection the same thing? I also read that it says it is a sub q shot but should be injected in the area of the injury or it doesn't matter where the injection goes? I have a slight tear in my sub scap and was hoping to use these products to help with the healing of the tear. Any info at all I would be hugely grateful, just want to do things the right way first time and heal my injury.

So are you saying do an intra muscular shot for my bpc-157 in my shoulder? Or just a sub q shot around the shoulder area?

as close to the injury, if that means you need IM then do it. as long as you aren't injecting through a vein or something else

BAC water aka bacteriostatic water is what you need for peptides, correct.

You should inject around the injury, that's the best, or as closest reasonable. Example into the lower tricep NOT into the elbow if you have elbow injury.

BPC is strong for injuries so is TB but needs to cycle with ostarine and n2joint rx
 
TB with BPC is the rock solid injury stack
but its nothing without ostarine and n2joint rx

Yes use bac water do not use regular tap water.
I've used both before. TB500 and bpc157 to help with my torn rotator and bicep tenodesis right shoulder. Did wonders. I used an insulin needle. Can't remember if it was 29g or 31g 1cc, and pinned as close to the region as I could without causing myself any pain. It Sped up the healing process drastically. Weeks ahead of time.

you need tiny slin pin needles. 31 or 30G i can't remember which is typically sold but that is besides the point

i have injected even in places like my hands! it can be done just don't inject into a vein .. might want to check an acupuncture chart cause wrists are common places to get those needles
 
Thank you Steve! Yea I have major ulnar wrist pain and looking into where I inject in the wrist seems like you have a limited pretty precise spot you can inject there.

nerve issues in the wrists, elbows, etc are common for us weightlifters and are red flags to not ignore that you have overtrained and haven't given your body adequate rest. i wouldn't just depend on bpc. as much as nobody wants to hear it you need to take time off. limit wrist movements which unfortunately means dropping a lot of lifts. it sucks but that muscle memory is gonna be there once you come back in the future to tap into. you can still go to the gym but maybe just focus on cardio and increasing mobility over the next couple months because nerve issues are tied into a lack of mobility and weight training decreases mobility so your balance needs to improve. i rarely see people stretching after their workouts and that is a mistake and if you have fallen behind then you need to catch up or expect more nerve issues down the line. get into yoga asap, that will help. check out the eagle pose which will open up your shoulders, elbows, wrists, ankles and knees

Holy Cow Steve! I looked up and tried to do the eagle pose and can't even come close to doing it. I can't even get my elbows to cross each other. I think you're right brother its just hard to accept it.

lol now you see why this is happening

the weight training journey is all about balancing the body, you cannot just weight train and think everything will fall into place, that might work in your teens and 20's but it won't as you get older. at this point view your body as a car who hasn't had its engine oil changed in a long time. a lack of flexibility and mobility in your joints will dry them out and cause inflammation, adding steroids to the mix makes the situation even worse. hence why your nerves are pinching. now just imagine what is going on with your discs along your spine.

i would find a good yoga studio man, sign up there for a couple months. a good yoga studio won't have a bunch of old people there, it will have younger people and it will be challenging. if you are up for the challenge try bikram style hot yoga. if you don't want to jump in too deep then look for a vinyasa style yoga.. your first class you will notice your joints opening up and being lubricated. then once you build up your mobility and flexibility after a couple months back you can gradually return to weights but this time do your maintenance alongside. i do yoga twice a week and i stretch after EVERY weight training session, along with PROPER warm up before... i used to be one of those guys who showed up and threw 2 plates on each side, now i don't care if people laugh that I am benching with just 25 pounds on each side to warm up, warm up are important and i leave the ego at home and if someone is mad that i am taking up the bench to warm up they are welcome to jump in but i won't be rushed. i also use an inversion table which helps stretch out my spine

remember the top bodybuilders are extremely flexible, look at flex wheeler for example guy can do splits. guys in the NFL who weigh 300 pounds can even do splits and have been stretching their entire lives. they been stretching since they were kids, its very important and can prevent injuries
