I’m in my mid-to-late 20s and I recently started to hit the gym really hard and go heavy volume
noticing pain in my forearms between the bones.
Googling came up with something called forearm splints. Hate this so much and it hurts to work triceps or biceps.
Would bpc157 work well for me? And if so how much can I use?
