this is the first time I've ever done a book before and I wanted to see what your thoughts were on if I was doing it right.
I plan on eating more and doing less cardio
in terms of steroid use I'm going to be using 1000mg a week of equipoise
Along with 400mg a week of testosterone enanthate.
Do you think if I was to add in DNP and aromasin that would prevent fat gain and just convert the gains into muscle?
wow. these YouTube guys really fuck people up didn't they.
First of all there's no such thing as a "bulk" you know what a bulk means or why the term is used? it's used as an excuse to become a fat pig in the offseason because they are too lazy to eat well. A bulk is the wrong word to use because that infers you're going to just try to put on as much weight as possible which is pure stupidity. You our goal is to put on lean muscle tissue not water and fat and you do not have to put on water and fat to add lean muscle tissue if you know what you're doing. DPN, are you joking me? You're planning on doing this bulking cycle where you're going to eat twice as much as you ever have before, CUT CARDIO and you're going to take DNP as a guard against you getting like a fat pig? Think about what you're saying. To do the same thing to accomplish the same thing you're trying to do by using this dangerous substance all you have to do is eat less food and maybe do cardio did you ever think of that?
All you have to do is take the shit, train heavy eat well but eat enough and you'll gain muscle weight and no you don't need DNP
why anybody would skip from T3 to dnp is beyond me.
Your cycle I totally don't like come on man really. 400 mg of test and 1,000 mg EQ and you're going to throw some dnp just for the hell of it? I don't mean to rip you man I know everybody has their level of experience but come on. I keep telling guys this is not rocket science deciding what you're going to use on a cycle is simple you need a testosterone testosterone C, p it doesn't matter, throw in anabolic like equipoise or deca or dhb or Winstrol or whatever but I wouldn't take equipoise at a thousand milligrams. First off if you're on a cycle to gain muscle your testosterone should be at least 600 mg your Equipoise could probably be the same.
Last thing is every cycle you should include an oral and for the entire time not the first 4 weeks.
To gain muscle the best orals are Anadrol 50 mg to 75 mg Dbol 40 mgs(gets such a bad rap man because people don't know what the hell they are doing and they take it and they turn into a water balloon because they don't know how to eat. You can take dbal and look awesome if you know what you're doing if you don't know what you're doing and you're going to eat Big Macs after you train do not use this drug) those are my main two drugs to gain muscle. drugs like superdrol are also good actually superdrawal is very good drug at 20 mg a day. but whatever you do include an oral. if you're scared to take one of these because you've read that it's going to make your liver fall out your ass then use some anavar or whatever you think is safer but put an oral in.
and yes you need something to control gyno. is a Aromesin going to reduce your water weight if you eat like shit like you're not supposed to or eat just too much food? No. it might minimize it a little but but you're still going to look like a fat pig. My suggestion and I might get flack from this everybody here loves ais I don't like them. I would take 10 mg of tamoxifen and 25 of proviron.
I've been argued with so many times but I've been in this whole thing for over 30 years competing, I was an NPC judge, I've trained countless men countless women I've trained people that have turned professional and I've also come to the conclusion that there's no drug that's going to bloat you and no drug going to make you fat there's no drug that's going to make you look like a piece of shit. ( on the other side there is also no drug at all that's going to make you look ripped and awesome on a shitty diet that's why I say there is no such thing as a bulking drug and a cutting drug go take winstrol, masteron, tren, and eat fast food a couple times a day and see what you look like) there are drugs that are more likely to do this if you don't know what you're doing and you eat like total garbage.
so, more important than putting your whole drug schedule together is learning your body what type of diet do you need personally not me, not you're training partner, not Arnold Schwarzenegger you because everybody is totally different than another person no generic diet plan is going to work. there's two ways of going about this and it's probably one of the most important things to get on the righl right track. you could do what most people do which is trial and error just learn as you go you're going to make a lot of mistakes that way of course but you'll learn from the mistakes and eventually you'll know your body you know what to eat. Or, the internet is awesome now find yourself a really good bodybuilding trainer, who trains competitors preferably who competed himself look at his references look at the guys he's trained get a good bodybuilding trainer not the guy walking around your gym getting paid $10 an hour.
These BB trainers will probably charge around 600 for 6 months. Unless you want to compete after six months you shouldn't need him anymore.
During those 6 months they will teach you, if they're good, they will teach you how to use the drugs what to use at what dosages, more important it'll be up to them to figure your body out and believe me good trainers really good trainers, not guys at the gym that proclaim themselves gurus they're a bunch of idiots, then you hire him over 6 months in 6 months if he's a good trainer, good bodybuilding trainer you'll know how to eat, exactly what to eat what your body takes and what your body can't handle. You'll know around the amount of protein around the amount of carbs and around the amount of good fats along with the calories that you need to stay around to build muscle and not gain fat.
also a trainer like this is going to set up your whole training program based on what you look like and what you respond to it's not like taking a workout out of a flex magazine. I don't even know are there magazines anymore? I'm talking about a personalized training program this is everything you would get from a real bodybuilding trainer.
6 months which like I said it might be 600 you might be able to talk him down to less, it shouldn't be much more than that maybe a little but not much. Totally worth it I mean you're spending all this money on drugs on food and gym memberships on whatever else at GNC you buy.
Having an experienced guy walk you through all the mistakes you will make on your own is invaluable and will save you years.
Last two contests I did, Jr Nationals and USA, Chad Nichols was my trainer and he was also Ronnie Coleman's trainer. I learned more about everything those two years than I have my whole life.having a trainer like that that I knew trained the current Mr Olympia I didn't have to question anything he told me at all I had to do was train eat what he said and take the drugs he said and just concentrate on the contest that's it. in your case a guy that good in 6 months could have you on a perfect course that would probably take you 6 years of trial and error to get to. I'm not advertising for anybody if that's what it sounds like I'm saying there's a bunch of these guys online you just got to do your research. I mean I could help you I could do the same thing and I have but I'm not going to come up here soliciting people and I don't need the money anyway I was an attorney for 27 years I still help people but I rarely charge them.
Just do some research on the internet and think about it think about all the money that you throw into the drugs and the gym memberships and all the food you buy and you're still not where you want to be and then think about investing whatever 5 to $700 and being in a better spot in 6 months than you would be in 6 years I have been telling guys this for the last five seven eight years and they would rather go waste their money at GNC on worthless products.
anyway man I didn't mean to come down and you too hard I mean I was at the same spot you are too I had no idea what to take I started competing at 18 I had no idea what I was doing I just happened to have a guy who was in the Nationals year before training with me and telling me what to do. we all have to learn either by trial and error or by hooking up with somebody that could teach us. so just think about all this and think about the cycle you're going to do cuz for your goals and makes no sense and take if you have dnp whatever the hell it calls throw it the fuck out.
