Hey guys looking to start cycle soon after cutting down for fair while. Currently on 150 test e a week and 4iu high and 150mast and 5mg reta a week.


I pin daily.


My cycle im thinking about is 20-24 weeks of Test e 350mg pw (week 1 til end) with starting at 150eq and get bloods 6 weeks in to see how my e2 is sitting at and adjust from there. HGH will move up possibly 5 or 6iu.


Supps stack is


1200mg nac


1000mg vitamin C


500mg Astragulus root


8000FU nattokinase


500mg citrus berg


200mg Coq10 uniqobol


500mg Meformin


Multivitamin


Weight is currently 77kg, am I lean enough to start reversing out of the cut and going into my offseason? What would your guesses be of BF % How would u go about reversing out at this lean without packing about of fat and falling back into the trap again and preventing the fat gain all again?

You look great brother, cycle looks sensible enough - just long, that said the dosages are rather low - this is doable but you would want to monitor bloods every 4-6 weeks.

Supplement list is solid.

When I came out of my cut I just went straight to the new calories I would be gaining on, and I havent had any issue remaining lean as you can see in my log.

Ill throw my 2c, you are lean enough to push. Would being leaner also be helpful of course. But it would depend on the pathways you use to get there.

Your obviously blasting and cruising, or staying on trt yeah coz 20+ weeks gonna be difficult for recovery. But you on now as you cut and pushing up for your growth phase so ill just say yes.

Im currently running test/eq right now and its a bit of a commitment fine tuning but can be done. My personal advice here, it is much easier to control high e2 with an added ai while you bring test levels down or increase eq then it is to bounce back from nuked estrogen. I guarantee you this!

I would opt for a higher test/eq ratio closer to 3:1. But your call bro.

Whats your test vs e2 normally look like? Can give a slightly better idead for what direction you should be shooting at.

Next is setting up for your push.
Whats insulin sensitivity look like? Should be good coming off the cut and 5mg reta in the mix but do you track your fasted bg levels? Have you had recent bloodwork done with hba1c too?

Get this in check before you push.

Then your push phase is simple. Add foods slowly, if you get to soft and to fluffly pull back quick clean up/mini cut and go again.

Look to adding some dihydroberberine later as food gets higher if bg starts to creep

You still keeping low dose reta in for you push yeah?

Was going to start at 2:1 ratio but didn't want to go that way so more like 2:5/1 to 3:1 yeah correct. in the past. I have gone directly from deficit to new maintenance and have packed on bunch on weight really fkn fast which wrecked my offseasons, so really want to nail in the reverse and stay as lean as possible whilst doing it

Yeah nice bro, could bump protein up a touch but as you increase carbs you will find protein will come up anyway.

Awesome bro keen to see this log and follow along. Setup and position is great you should be able to rip it up through your push. 🔥👊

I wouldn't much around with eq unless your a seasoned ped user

Better off using test, some mast (its available if you look around) and use aromasin for e2 management in my opinion
Its really not that bad, start low and titrate, what would make it something for “advanced” users only?

More complex, unnecessary when you havent gotten the most out of Test and understand how your body reacts at different dosages before adding in other compounds

Consistent e2 management is more difficult with boldenone. I do agree start low and titrate up, but with how long it takes to reach peak serum levels are most people really waiting that long before titrating up?

The only reason anyones even talking about eq is because if the mast primo shortage

Test is perfect.
Gh spot on.
Metformin spot on.
I'd use test and gh nice and low. Then keep the ai on hand only for if you get the sides.
You can also run mast if you want.
I haven't run eq myself but it being a long ester and sometimes aggressive on e2 can lead to some issues. Also means you need to be ontop of blood work etc.

Welcome to the EVO family :D @jamesbacckete you look really good! lean and hard, tight physque.
Before anything else you need to post a detailed TRT log first because right now we do not know your actual training loads, calories, macros, steps, sleep, or how you are responding day to day on test e with mast and retatrutide.
Run a proper TRT log for at least 2 weeks with daily bodyweight, food intake, training weights, cardio, sleep, and notes so the EVO family can see how to guide you further. 15min of your time to start.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us
