depression on sarms?

Hey I suffer from mild depression, this has gone on for the past 5 years, my doctor wants to put me on medication but I refused, want to handle this on my own. I have never used hormones or steroids. But want to try sarms. Are sarms a good option for me or can they make me more depressed?

sarms are a good option but you really have to figure out why your depressed. just having a tough time is not an excuse to feel depression.

if you have problems with depression using sarms or steroids will not make you better for sure . if you want something like a fit body you need tounderstant you will have sides , even sarms have sides .
