New member
Does anyome use ddigestive enzymes? Do you notice a difference?

I domt just meam with your digedtive tract, less bloating etc...

I have been reading that they can help your body to process proteins fats and carbs more efficiently and help eih nutrient partitioning

At least once a week i try to gt some pineapple juice into me but im wondering if supplentation is worthwhile and if so what are your enzymes of choice?

Ps

Im hoping JP chimes in about yhis topic i always look forward to his opinions

Yes, I've been taking them for quite a Few Years.
The Best I could find for the Money is made by Prosource, and the Price is great.
Only Problem is that since I posted on here and 2 other spots about them Last Summer.
The Damn Things have been a Bitch to get, when they're In-stock, I buy 3 or 4 Bottles.................................. JP
P.S.
You Really need to Read the Labels with Digestive Enzymes, the Ingredients will Vary Greatly.
This is Prosource's Super Enzymes, 180 Tabs for $13.50
I'm Waiting for a New Batch to come in now.
And so will the Price.

Do some research on Kefir, you can make it yourself from milk. Its fermented with 'grains' you can buy and reuse. Supposed to colonize in digestive tract for prolonged benefit. I make if for the wife, she says it helps her out...

What's up guys. I take digestive enzymes from Dr. William Wong you can google him. I'm not trying to break any forum rules, so delete if this post if it does. I swear by the digestive enzymes. It has helped with digestion issues, blood sugar regulation, and host of over things. He is a naturopah, great guy.

Jp, Yes I know it can be expensive. The quality is superior with the German brand (Wolfinzine) sp. Wolfinzine is the gold standard. It would be nice to learn to make some they can be very beneficial for your health, but who has time for that.

I have also been taking them for a long time. They work great

i like digestive enzymes, but too many shitty ones bro...really hard to find the quality with digestive enzymes with probiotics....

this is what ive heard, and they seem to be VERY expensive for the most part,
I look into the ProSource ones JP suggested today, I'm in Canada so they may be difficult to find locally, and just as expensive by the time theyre shipped, have to see

ill also look into Kefir thanks snakeman, homemade is always better, the "grains" part throws me off a bit though, im not a big fan of the inflamation and bloating i get from grains nowadays but ill look into it all the same

i use these everyday with every meal... http://www.sourcenaturals.com/products/GP1111/ source naturals essential enzymes...

i also use garden of life primal defense...

i read an article about how they can help your body absorb more nutrients, help with breakdown of proteins, carbs, fats for better uptake and protein synthesis and that they have some nutrition partitioning capabilities, so im interested to check our your link thanks Dylan

I usually get mine from a health food store and I'm in Canada too. You just have to make sure you buy ones that cover fats/ carbs/ proteins as they aren't all created equal. :)

Yes they help digest which is obviously required to absorb nutrients. Most people don't know that a lot of what we eat is really tough for our bodies to digest like cooked meat. So normally, depending on your diet, you aren't digesting a lot of your food without help.

That's right bro.. That's when I surely take it.. High protein Steak and such. I had a 8oz steak for breakfast and took it then

I'm ROFLMFAO.
I just read an Article with a Direct Correlation to this Thread.

It was called, "Train Track Farts", by Dr. Kareem Samhouri.
He was talking about why you have Excess Gas.
It's a Sign that your Body isn't Digesting your Food Properly.
So this is where Digestive Enzymes come into play.

The more Gas that you are Producing, the more it's likely that you're not Absorbing the Nutrients from the Food that you're Eating.
So keep this in mind if you're not using Digestive Enzymes, the next time you Blow Up the House............................. JP

which brand are you getting usually? i was in a heath food store on the weekend and was shown some digestive enzymes but i didnt see anything about pro/cho/fats so i wasnt just going to buy them for the hell of it, and the lady had no clue what i was talking about when i asked about nutrition partitioning lol

Yes bro... They really work and i have had so many every day improvements since implementing them

I also have used NOW Super Enzymes. I noticed a bit of a difference but nothing major.

Start doing your own Fermented Vegetables. Almost all my digestive probs have gone away over the past 4 months I've been doing it. They contain more live probiotics than any supp you can buy. Even huge amounts of new hair has been sprouting on my head. I suspect due to the surge in B vitamins that my gut is now able to produce. Also, I'll never worry about getting plugged up again.

Get a few gallon glass jars, use a cabbage base & any other veg you like.. Go on youtube & see how its done. I've been able to throw out all the other crippycrap I was spending my money on since doing this stuff
