Does customs seize supplements?

I ordered some legal and natural supplements from an India supplement shop. I got a bulk deal on protein powder that was unsweetened and plain. I plan on mixing it with my own stevia and sweeteners, maybe some chocolate too. Anyway it has been stuck in customs for 3 weeks, did it get seized?
