I am 18 and have been lifting for about 4.5 years and properly dieting and what not for 4 years, before all of that I also played football from 5th-9th grade. My dream is to be a professional bodybuilder and my major goal is to eventually atleast make it to the Mr Olympia stage. I am very serious about it and want to do it in as safe of a manor as possible.
I am 5'10" 200lbs and on the latter end of a cut. I plan to start my first cycle in a month or so when I finish my cut and begin bulking again. I plan to make my first cycle fairly simple. I do not plan on adding any other compounds to the cycle until my 2nd or 3rd cycle. I am going to do a 12-16 week cycle starting at 200mg/week of test enanthate or cypionate, injecting twice a week, and possibly increasing the dose mid-cycle if all is well. I plan to also take an ai such as aromacin to keep estrogen in check and some hgh to keep my natural test from taking as much of a hit. I am not exactly sure on how much the the ai and hgh to take, as well as how often, and would love advice.
I am currently eating 1800-2000cals and 200g protein a day. When I begin to bulk again, with the PEDs, I will be eating 2300-2500cals and 230ish grams protein a day. As far as supplements, all I take is 10g/day of creatine monohydrate.
I will be getting blood work done before I start the cycle and would like to know what all I should specifically look for. I plan to begin a pre-cycle log in a day or 2 to have plenty of data to go on and begin another log, or continue that log, once I begin my cycle.
