lab test are in got a few things outside the normal E2 is pretty low it stays low. 15 is what it’s at on my trt dose of 180mg a week here’s the pics of blood work though

yes i have a cycle support just started taking it about a week ago wondering if it has to do with the amount of protein i take in as well. i trained pretty hard the two days before the blood tests as well after this is over and my hormone levels are normal going to the doctor to get a full work up about a year ago i had all these done and kidney function was all in range

could that be the amount of protein i am ingesting im eating well over 300 grams a day and i work out pretty hard . Next time i get my labs drawn i will make it happen on a day the morning after my off day. and maybe get a urine screen as well

Unlikely if you're drinking enough water, it's likely you need proper cycle support. @milbous1

I will post some more nutritional content for the day along with my workout today when i get done and eat dinner i will post two week weight and pics sunday evening i am noticing some change. muscles definitely filling out a little bit more getting harder losing fat weight has stayed steady between 210-214 depending on hydration and how much i eat go to the bathroom etc i fluctuate 4 pounds in a day. wish i could sleep more than 4.5 hours a night by the time i get home from gym eat shower and come down from working out only sleep 4-5 hours

went to gym today cataloged all my food worked 10.5 hours no cardio today did a lot of walking kinda burnt out a little from the cardio i did yesterday will do 20 minutes of cardio tomorrow no matter what

i guess the same reason i pull 200$ a week out my check and spend cash instead of my card just to do some things the old way. I guess's that’s how i used to do it 25 years ago.I like it. i know my penmanship sucks. i’m trying to pull a few more calories from carbs instead of protein and fat its hard when i don’t really like a lot of good carb sources lol

no i used 50 grams of oats 2 tbs pb2 and 1 cup of milk i have a food scale. the steak was meal prep food i cooked a bunch of chicken tenders and steak it was sirloin tenders fairly lean. My favorite cut is a prime grade fillet
 
tonight was leg night. I am going to have to switch up this leg day to be the first exercise after a rest day. Also i have been doing hack squats. I want to do real squats after the switch. i have been burnt out on this day multiple times. picture of dinner and my macros. i eat clean. i don’t post all the pictures it would be a lot every lunch during work week is 8 ounces smoked salmon and mixed berries. every breakfast is my protein mix shake. snacks have been chicken tenders steak boiled eggs peaches bananas fresh fruit. had 2 cookies last sunday. I know after this cycle comes to an end i am going to go to a low dose trt dose probably 120-140 a week im prescribed 180 so if i need to go up i will. I will Let my body heal and my next one will be a bulk to throw as much muscle on as possible. I will learn to eat carbs by then.

i am good on digesting milk. i do buy lactose free milk so if i decide to drink a quart in one setting my farts don’t stink do it for the wife
as you age that might change. also lactose free milk they add another sugar to it. i will use raw coconut water instead

so today was a off day for the gym. I didn’t do cardio today or anything. First complete day off in a while. I got over 10000 steps in today so i wasn’t completely lazy. Last few leg days i did cardio the day after it took a lot out of me. still ate healthy got plenty protein. Tomorrow i will wake up and make up for slacking today. I knew i needed a day off when i got home from work took a shower and ate a snack to go do some cardio and woke up 5 hours later. Just ate dinner going back to bed. been a while since i’ve just rested I will be up in the morning and i will be rested and bust ass

i feel you on the day after legs i feel completly drained. Listen to your body at our age bro we too old to playing games lol keep pushing brother! and rest is everything

had a good day of rest yesterday loved it. Got up this morning ate breakfast and went to the gym. hit cardio decently. I worked out pretty hard. when i woke up this morning took weight 210.6 pounds looks like got a little bit of gyno going on in right side it’s from when i was fat hopefully it will go away. I have some tamoxifen on its way hopefully that will get rid of it somewhat. I have anastrozole i really don’t know if it’s fat or gyno or both my e2 has been low on all 3 blood tests I don’t think it is estrogen related. i have had it since i started losing weight. Any thoughts about that would be helpful it’s firm and squishy at the same time feels like fat with jello mixed together

i have them they are from maximus tribe so they aren’t very detailed really just my test, free test, E 2 and hemcrat have one from almost a year ago that’s pretty detailed that’s what got me started on the road to trt
 
went to the gym light cardio 20 minutes avg heart beat was 136 but first 7 minutes i just walked really fast then i got it kinda good for 13 minutes. every 4 minutes i take heart rate. decent little workout tonight could of been better right knee was aching a little bit tonight on the dead lifts. anyway attached is pic of workout and macros going to do some lamb chop marinade. bombed my e2 with an anastrozole drop most of the puffiness is gone kinda tired a little bit. I might drop my calories a bit take out some fat from them widest point on belly was 39.75 2 weeks ago last night it was just under 38.5

Definitely part of my low T was probably diet and lifestyle. I tried working out for almost 6 months while trying to diet some what. and i couldn’t get the energy or anything. And i always hurt. about a month after i started the 140 a week trt everything got way easier i started to stop hurting and feeling tired all the time. Itwas really night and day. thank you for answering and looking today did 20 minutes on bowflex max trainer at home nothing crazy leg day was yesterday. had a good dinner with the family lamb chops broccoli and sweet potato for me white potatoes for them. the other picture is what i take to work for lunch and snacks the heat is horrible down here

getting ready for the gym i haven’t posted any leg pics they aren’t chicken legs but they definitely need some work had a easy day at work today so going to hit cardio up pretty good. spend 10 minutes warming up then hopefully go hard for 25 minutes on treadmill. today is a push day so chest and triceps I am going to take a picture of my base workout. I always add a few things to it. I’m hoping that i can switch my legs around so i always start fresh with legs as i am on my feet all day long and do well over 10000 steps a day and im usually burnt out on leg day hoping to change that

a lot of times after i finish 3-4 sets i will do a lighter weight to failure. i did the 60 pounders right after the 70s then i waited 30 seconds and did the 60s again until my left side gives out.
As long as you burn out you're GTG :D

I’m not sure it started hurting last night it’s a little stiff tonight getting a brace after the gym tonight i have a bad elbow as well on the same side got som tb500 and bp157 started last night 250 mcg each twice a day they in the same bottle

be careful that is a tough place to get tendonitis
 
not much cardio last night short on time walked 18950 steps yesterday. So i spent 10 minutes at 5mph to warm up and get the blood flowing. I ate over my calories for the day i was hungry yesterday. it’s been a long time since i’ve been hungry like that i listened to my body. I even at 1.5 cups of rice

Hopefully i’ll have a little more energy for legs that way. I know this week will be a little rough.Sunday is first day of my 5 day routine. legs have been the last exercises until now. will post exercise pics and macros for the day in a bit when i get home and finish eating

Today was a off day was only going to do cardio but looking at my little home set up made me bored.did some triceps kick backs, skull crushers incline dumbbell and three sets of pushups until failure body was asking for a little something after i got off my max trainer. one good thing about being home. ripened peaches fresh out the fridge are the best after some intense cardio. I’m going to smash my legs tomorrow. I think i’m at the point where my muscles don’t really hurt anymore the next day. last night wasn’t super hard at the gym but it was decent i don’t feel anything in my legs today and they were kinda cramping for a bit last night. Going to see if i can make them feel it the next day tomorrow. will post my macros for the day after dinner

I was swinging a 5 pound hammer pretty hard repeatedly earlier in the day could be some of the impact shock from that i was beating a bull pin trying to align some bolt holes. I’m the guy that’s in charge of fixing everyone’s fuck ups at work. I am a millwright however i don’t do just mechanical. when something is wrong i usally am the on my boss calls to fix i.

400 protein! you keep this up at 400 and you get the protein king crown, only a few in the EVO family have achieved this @BeMe is one of them.
@milbous1 2 weeks over 400 and you get upgraded, but make sure to watch your digestion.
 
400 protein! you keep this up at 400 and you get the protein king crown, only a few in the EVO family have achieved this @BeMe is one of them.
@milbous1 2 weeks over 400 and you get upgraded, but make sure to watch your digestion.
it’s hard to eat 400 grams of protein I have to take stool softeners every other day. Im not going to hit that today im only at 225 grams and i only have dinner left i might get another 100 in today. I have to drink protein shakes to do that much protein. I will do the 400 grams a day and the carbs you recommended . For two weeks starting tomorrow. I will post pictures of the shakes and meat. I went to the gym earlier did light 20 minutes cardio. i might be able to get the protein in if i eat dinner and a protein shake at 11:55pm. i’ve got a couple pounds of water weight my lats are a little jiggly the last couple days blood pressure is up a little as well around 140/70 if i can’t get it under control i will need to figure something out.

If you can get a good amount of dietary fiber and add psyllium husk you will have no problem digesting that protein. Like mom said...eat your veggies lol.

psyllium husk fiber every morning lots of fresh fruit peaches, bananas, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries every day. veggies for dinner more often than not. I drink tons of water but i sweat a ton at work pictures of dinner getting cooked steak will be on the grill in ten minutes
