what’s active release? I went to the chiropractor for a bit that helped it was addictive going to the chiropractor it got expensive. I’m going to make pictures this sunday.

Active release is (well they market it as) the gold standard of massage. I've never had a shoulder issue that it didn't fix other than my current one (that's because it's tendon and doesn't respond to manual therapy like muscle). If you look up the website it list practitioners all over the world.

Cruise going well. Definitely leaned out a bit but have upped cals a bit to closer to maintenance level now. Will stay here until next cycle in around 2 months.
 
yeah I bought a bunch of stuff in the beginning before i knew anything about it. I bought injectable versions of the oral’s thinking it was safer until i did more research and realized it was the same thing. lol I have 3 vials of injectable anadrol as well. i have a little bit of bitcoin i bought a while ago and went on a shopping spree. seems like anadrol would help break a plateau.

see what made sense in my head but i know literally nothing. is doing it early in a cycle lets say for four weeks get some of the size and strength keep going hard with your test and what ever else you are doing and seeing if you could keep some gains.what i liked about the super drol is its supposed to be lean mass gains more so than water only weight. But would that get the muscles bigger then let the eq and test build them out the 8 or 12 following weeks.so you keep them mostly on a cruise see i know nothing. that makes total sense trying it alone before mixing a cocktail. Kind of like your first cycle being test only. see how you react. I know everyone is different, I think drinking lots of water and no alcohol plays a big part on the liver and kidneys
 
here’s the test results that I do have right now. I have no detectable psa. hemoglobin and stuff looks good liver enzymes are on high end of normal shgb is low Idk. still waiting on test and e2

last time i did my blast that is what it was really low. Maybe because I inject every single day. I got me e2 results back my estrogen is at 12. My last blast I had really puffy nipples that felt like they were burning and itching for about 2 weeks with lower estrogen I took tamoxifen for a couple weeks then didn’t have a problem again until now. My body is weird

Ah man, ya you're one of those that needs to get doses really dialed in including compound choice. If it's in your budget I think the best way to do this is to become OCD with your bloodwork LOL.

I think that I will wait 6 more weeks and probably get another set done. No HCG this time. Afterwards I’m going to get liver and kidneys checked on. some guys don’t have a lot of the enzymes or what ever that converts to estrogen. It could also be a liver or kidney thing. No pains or anything down there but Better to be safe than sorry. My only real issue is constipation. That’s because of the buprenorphine. I only take 8-12 mg a day. when I get done I am going to the doctors and get a everything my insurance will cover looked at.

I have a decade of experience with buprenorphine (BUP). When you say 8-12mg a day are you saying you decide each day how much you need? It's never prescribed like this and should be taken at a steady state dose each day around the same time. 12mg is actually quite high and it is rarely, if ever anymore, prescribed over 16mg. Are you given "carries" to have on hand and take yourself or do you have to attend the pharmacy each day or every few days? The clinical studies went as high as 32mg however further studies showed that the Mu receptors are almost fully saturated at 8mg and will bind so hard at 8mg that no other opioid will break through except in a trauma setting via IV.

Have you heard of sublocade? It's a once a month injection that releases your dose daily over 30 days and therefore negating the need for a daily dose of Suboxone. If you're taking 8-12mg then you have the 8mg tabs and the 4mg's as well which is a pain ED to put under the tongue. Sublocade also makes jumping off BUP quite easy as it releases very slowly over time and does all the titrating work for you. I got off of BUP using sublocade in 2023 after first starting it in 2013 due to prior (and often seen) self medicating for PTSD/Operator Syndrome to stay in the fight and active (bad idea).

Regarding your dose of BUP I'd need to know why you indicated "8-12" ED. Your constipation is likely due to frequent dose changes day to day as well as too high a dose.
You can mitigate the constipation with psyllium husk at 10+g ED and probiotics with each meal. I'm also a big fan of Apple Cider Vinegar with mother.

So shbg low, free test is pretty low considering your dose, and e2 is kinda low also. Pretty odd
shbg is was low last time i did a cycle. Idk and I can’t gain anything far a weight goes. I weighed 212.4 this morning I mean I’m looking really good. My Psa was non existent as well. maybe I need to go back to trt and go to the doctor.here’s my last three weeks average for macros . I’m working on getting fat lower and carbs a little bit higher. I am borderline type 2 diabetic. When i started my health journey my a1c was 5.7 now it’s 5.3. Or could I be over working myself

I have been on bup for 11 years. prescribed 24 mg a day the whole time. Split in 3 doses. started out at the whole 24 at one time 10 hours later i was getting the runny nose yawning sweats the beginning of withdrawal from opiates. My doctor said I was crazy so he started bringing me to his house to do yard work and what not and witnessed it for him self checked blood pressure and heart rate everything said he’s only had a couple patients like this. . I know two people that had bad experiences with sublocade.one couldn’t sleep for almost a whole month only a hour or two a day and the other ran out three times before he was due again for his shot. I take 4 mg when i wake up 4 at lunchtime and if needed ill take another 4.

as far as the hcg i don’t care about the size of my nuts I just hate when they shrivel to nothing and start hurting. then i will run hcg for a month and will be good for 3-4

I take digestive supplements probiotics psyllium husk . the thing that has helped most with constipation is the extra creatine

I am going to get off buprenorphine as soon as i have 6 -8 weeks to detox last time i tried getting off i got down to 2mg a day for 3 months then quit cold turkey i was shitting myself 3 weeks later. I’m going to do a medical detox and use tramadol maybe. I’m not too worried about the bup honestly. i take generic subutex . If you have that much experience with it you know that you don’t get high off of it. The only thing i don’t like about it is that im dependent on it not truly free. with my line of work I can’t be dope sick for weeks if not months. I know people that got down to 1/2 mg a day cut a 4 mg suboxone strip into 8 pieces and still was sick for over a month. Buprenorphine is worse than heroine to come off

Nah your bloods are pretty good really, your HDL could use a bit of a bump, maybe some more poly fats in the diet, fish oil?

E2 is a bit low too - how do you feel?

My shgb is 8, its just the androgen load man, all it means is you will feel highs and lows alot more
 
so here’s my pics when i woke up this morning and haven’t been to the gym in 40 hours no trying to flex just standing relaxed . My weight was 212.4. and then there’s some pictures at the gym today. Today was leg day so no real pump in chest and stuff but i am flexing in a couple obviously. Im building muscle lots of it i think just not gaining weight

so here’s my pics when i woke up this morning and haven’t been to the gym in 40 hours no trying to flex just standing relaxed . My weight was 212.4. and then there’s some pictures at the gym today. Today was leg day so no real pump in chest and stuff but i am flexing in a couple obviously. Im building muscle lots of it i think just not gaining weight
Dont be scared to up the calories mate, if there is no movement on the scale over a couple of weeks.
You are certainly putting muscle on your frame, but put some carbs around your training - like add a nice big carb heavy meal after your lift 500 calories or so and track that for a couple weeks visually and on the scale.

I started my bulk at 3800 calories and was still losing weight, I am at about 5500-5800 now and its still slow increases.

When your juiced this heavy your body uses the fuel very well

I assume from the lower estrogen but when i get out the gym im in primal beast mode wanting some coochie like I have to have it and not just for 15-20 minutes good thing my other half started hrt and wants it almost as much as me again. I thought about doing 1mg of her estrogen once a wee to start with see if that got my numbers up my e2 stays right around 15 no matter what so far. i’m assuming it went to 12 because of the eq. I’m really not going to pin her estrogen but the thought has crossed my mind.

You could drop protein a bit to like 220-230 and do just fine, ramp the carbs, fast digesting easy to stomach carbs around training and bed, thatll make it less digestive stress

i have test prop but the hcg did some funny stuff. i was going to wait another week for my test but my nips got puffy spicy and kinda felt like i had some soft gyno or something starting. I also gained 7 pounds of water in a week. the day i took my test i weighed 220 I ate a aromisin and haven’t taken hcg since and im back to my weight before hand. Looking at the test i think the hcg did something with my progesterone and prolactin. i have a little bit of test prop and som test suspension no ester on its way.

The problem with less protein is i’m so hungry like crazy hungry. i will try to lower it again. i’ve already brought it down at least 100-125 grams. I’ve never been hungry like this in my life. this test and eq mix is crazy on the hunger I will up my carbs to at least 600 grams most days. some days i push 700. my after training carbs are usually rice or sweet potatoes well over a 100 grams of carbs. then two hours later another 60 70 grams from my oat bites or fig bars dinner i always take my digestive supplement. I might have to add some rice flour to a shake before bed

got it i have rally good multi vitamins from my trt clinic i just forgot to put them in there with all the other liver and kidney stuff

I was asking about height and weight for calorie purposes. I know i definitely need to get a little more calories in. It gets hard I literally feel like i am stuffed to the max pretty much all day except when i wake up and after my workout. Im a very busy active person I definitely need to get to 5000 a day consistently.

I have never had e2 higher than 15. I hear when you are on a blast little bit higher is good for joints, bones, energy and other things.

I don't think your macros have anything to do with it.

How trustworthy is the testosterone you're running right now?

At your dose your free test should be higher, especially with SHBG being so low

Yes i need to get back to planks and variations of them. I do walking planks as a warm up. I’ve been doing a lot more weighted ab exercises. and less body weight ones

i was using 180mg. yeah I have bottles of test I bought 10 bottles about 8 months ago i tested one of them it was supposed to be 250mg/ml and it was 275 super smooth as well no pip. I added 20 mg of test p daily see if i can get my e2 up a bit. Isn’t there some benefit of having higher e2 on the normal end when running a cycle like better joint and bone health connective tissues and all that good stuff. I have been a little bit more tired with it lower than usual. but it might be because i’m busting ass in the gym and at work. So far i haven’t aromatized at all my e2 stays really close to 15 no matter what. whether it’s 180mg or 700 mg. I’m pretty sure it’s the eq that brought it to 12

Yea the EQ will definitely crash your e2 if you're not careful.

Maybe EQ isn't good for you considering the way you don't aromatize.

A lot of people do report feeling a lot better with their e2 at the higher end of the range. Too high can cause damage to your body tho and you might turn into an emotional wreck lol

the high carbs make me bloated a little bit tired at times. i think on my off days I need to fast until lunchtime. Give my body a little break on eating non stop it feels like . i’m filling out big time. I am gaining a little extra fat i think. Im going to post pics on sunday. I know when I work out and eat all them carbs my recovery is immediate for my muscles it feels like. i’ll be sore and exhausted when i go to bed by noon the next day I feel like i could train again on arms and chest especially. legs still take two days to feel good. I hurt myself at work. nothing major but i hit my calf hard so no leg workout this week. It happened monday and im still limping around. It would help if i wasn’t on my feet 10 hours a day minimum probably closer to 12-14 still worked chest out twice and back will be twice tomorrow. hlight back day or maybe i’ll just do a whole upper body two sets for everything tomorrow.

so last sunday i did a good leg workout then first thing Monday morning when all my leg muscles were still tight and pumped pretty good I hit my calf really hard on a trailer hitch. It knotted my calf up immediately and it still hurts

Give my body a little break on eating non stop it feels like . i’m filling out big time. I am gaining a little extra fat i think. Im going to post pics on sunday. I know when I work out and eat all them carbs my recovery is immediate for my muscles it feels like. i’ll be sore and exhausted when i go to bed by noon the next day I feel like i could train again on arms and chest especially. legs still take two days to feel good. I hurt myself at work. nothing major but i hit my calf hard so no leg workout this week. It happened monday and im still limping around. It would help if i wasn’t on my feet 10 hours a day minimum probably closer to 12-14 still worked chest out twice and back will be twice tomorrow. hlight back day or maybe i’ll just do a whole upper body two sets for everything tomorrow.

so last sunday i did a good leg workout then first thing Monday morning when all my leg muscles were still tight and pumped pretty good I hit my calf really hard on a trailer hitch. It knotted my calf up immediately and it still hurts

Nice man. I like how you're committed into the weekend. @milbous1 you treat Sunday as an important day. I think it is a week-by-week important day. I agree with you.
Sunday is the day I take pictures and it’s always my day off so i can get up early workout really good and then relax. Sometimes i take a nap afterwards. Sunday is always my best workout which ever body part that falls on. I always workout after work so Im never fresh on a workout. Except sunday. My family always goes to the gym with me on Sundays as well
 
I’ll take the digestive aid with lunch and with dinner. With dinner I also use the apple cider vinegar with mother

fats were high yesterday. kinda sucks right now. i’m going every other day to the gym trying to stay off my leg it’s hurt pretty bad still. It felt good yesterday and this morning until i was on it all day today at work. now it’s killing me again. was gonna go work out back tonight. Gonna go tomorrow no matter what. Been going every other day except i missed two days in a row last week only went three days. If it doesn’t get better i’m going to take two days off of work. I hit it on a trailer hitch walking by it. I guess i hit it just right it about crippled me

don’t know if you can see the bruises but they start just above my knee and go all the way down my ankle it’s crazy walking into trailer hitch can do that to you

Your carb level is good but you need to push up the carbs a bit and cut protein to 250 here @milbous1

@milbous1 nice layout on the warm-ups. You'd be surprised how many people just walk into the gym and start throwing around heavy weights. At least you're doing some cardio to get your blood flowing.

yes i walked into a trailer hitch at work and it messed me up pretty good happened two weeks ago tomorrow and i still have a knot in my leg it’s getting better day by day.
 
i only went to the gym 3 days last week and one day of pushups and tricep dips at home. My leg was pretty messed up. I went to the gym today. My leg is probably at 85 percent today small knot left in it so i’m doing a lot better. It might have been good for my body to have a couple extra days off and a little rest. I’ve been tired a lot lately I felt great this morning and still after a 1.5 hour workout. here’s the workout for today. i still have a couple hours before macros will be done

I actually just finished up with a 8 weeks was going to give myself a little break from it.
If you have an injury I would stay on it :D
