Diet bro all dietThese are my main problem areas, come a long way from 203lbs to 154lbs. But last bit of belly fat is determined sob. No matter how much walking I am doing or abs excersizes I do no luck. Not sure if my kidney removal surgery ruin the muscles underneath because they cut me right above my naval. Please share any advice on how to get ride of it, I moved from good amount ofdecifit to less decifit, but not making the desired progress. Would a cut cycle be helpful in such case?

Chicken, rice, eggs, potatoes, oats, broccoli, fish, shrimp. A lot of bodybuilders eat steak daily, some never do. The trick is eating the foods in the right ratios to get the macros you need. But it’s not that tricky if you make a plan. I don’t plan a perfect diet because I’m pretty happy with my body composition. I would be happy to gain a little fat in the process of gaining significant muscle. I know I can lose the fat.
We all do it! I ordered all kinds of stuff before i settled in on what I like. I like test, hgh or mk677, primo, proviron. The other things I’ve tried were more experimental. They have different effects and side effects. I don’t necessarily want to feel like I’m on things or that drugs are doing all the work for me. My cousin brother is an orthopedic surgeon , it is his practice that is handling me, he is confident they will have back as new, I am worried about how to not eff it up again... lol..that ca be helpful if you get the surgery right and recovering is fairly simple with peptides and rehab
@rayray01 When I got my MRI done on my shoulder, I went to several different doctors and they each interpreted these results differently. That's the problem with medicine is that it's not black and white. One doctor will feel like you should do this. One doctor will feel like you should do that. So it's really tough man. Even professional athletes at the highest level who play football will have doctors give them bad advice or have them do a surgery when they don't need it. From my experience, and from watching your thread, I think you REALLY need to learn patience. You need to let your body do the work and stop thinking that forcing it being what it can currently do is going to get you what you want. It won’t. You can get the results that you want, within realistic boundsam worried about how to not eff it up again... lol..
Bros. You need to have a very skilled doctor interpret all this. @rayray01 Don't be shy about it. Sit down with them and let them explain and answer any of your questions and let us know. I hear you guys, this injury is from 1999, when I was in College. Trust me I am absolutely not pushing my self or my luck when it comes to training or results. I had not worked out for 15yrs, so didn't care for this injury because it was not a daily nagging pain, now that I am back in the x weight room, even 5lbs deltoid workout hurts like a b****. I just need to get the tear fixed and move forward so I am not in pain for the lightest of activity. Trust me I am almost 50 yrs old and have complex health issues, just now became a dad, last thing I wish to do is put myself in eff around and find out situation. I just wish to be fit, in shape, as a little bit of muscle just so my daughter does not think my dad is lazy and sweet a good example for her... I know I am in for a long haul. And order bunch of supplies is just fun activity for me, it's something new, I have a mindset of always have backup of backup of backup of backup. Hence click happy with it. I have learnt so much from you all and will continue to learn and grow as my journey continues. Please do not take this the wrong way. This group helps me stay focused, motivated and hold my self accountable like never before when it comes to my diet... and the level of support and encouragement is amazing to hear.
