Lighter weights but more reps is what I tried today just something different my.usual.3.sets pf 10-15 reps...lol switch up that's all...
its perfect rep it up we need to get volume in you for 2 weeks at least @rayray01
 
I feel like I am not able.to.get.i. enough cardio/walking for clenbuterol to be 100 effectively pushed and utilized any suggestions

I do about 15-20k steps in a day and like today almost 9 miles of walking... not sure when will I start to see results from clen but it has only been 2 days

Like from the moment I wake up till I go to bed, atleast 10-13k steps at gym. The rest waking around the home doing chores.... I work from home so makes it easy for me to get my steps in...

No not I dont like the extended release adderalls I have the regular ones I tale three of them day for last 20 yrs so my body is already so used to them

Man I have two tears in my chest tendons and a complete tear on my shoulder rotater cuff tendon, that shit hurts when I try to lift anything heavier than that off my chest @Mobster
@rayray01 That is definitely very smart. I tore my shoulder about 10 or 12 years ago. So I don't even attempt to go heavy anymore. I don't want to tear my other shoulder and I don't want to tear my right shoulder enough where I need surgery.

Thought of adding Slupp332 as well, I am determined to get rid of this belly fat... cant u guys feel my effort.... lol... but thought I would ask before I go.ordering 50 vials of.it.
 
Today dinner clean and lean protein amd washed it down with 3 scoops of whey protein shake.
Bro. Is that a clean meal right there. I love me a nice clean meal. My wife packs good food for me when I go to work and she insists if I have a late shift that I take a meal with me as well. @rayray01

IMO i would run the course your on now, which is a lot of peptides plus the other stuff clen, test, eq all ready no? and stop throwing more things into the mix. Marathon, not a race..........

I want sure but I had watched a you tube video about slupp332, which sounded amazing like even when I am sitting down and working out will mimic and make my body think I am working out which will allow me to burn more calories, amd I turn use up what ever remaining belly fat, was my thought, hence asked before buying it...

Give us a list of everything you are taking currently, because you have just added and are asking to add more. Most of the peptides take a while for and benefits to present themselves. I know you are eager but steady wins the race

You should increase the clen by about 10 or 20 mcg and wait a few days and see. @rayray01 Don't be jacking up the dose too much. If you start noticing side effects it probably means you raise the amount too much and should lower it back down.

I took 0.02 mg, on day 1, was fine, bumped it to 0.04mg on day 2 was fine, took 2 days off, took 0.06mg after the break was fine, today i bumped it up to 0.08mg and was fine, will take next 2 days off again and I think continue it at 0.08mg for at least first month to see the effects of it.

You know what there is no end to adding things, all i am going to end up doing is buying more crap, like you said, lets just keep up with what I got going on for the next month and see where I am at. I just started week 5 of a 16 week cycle, so there is plenty of time ahead of me. I can share my progress update after week 8 on the change in terms of physical aspect and then evaluate and get input on additions or changes at that time. Thanks for calming my hyper excited ass and saving me bunch of money in the process.

I still have 2x Anadrol, 1x Anavar, 2x Primobull and 4x Decabull that i need to utilize at a later date if possible not counting 6x Test Cyp and 2x Eq 300, and my test is on autofill so I get 2 vials every 6 weeks from my pharmacy shipped automatically.
 
I live by myself so when I see myself in the mirror I do not notice much progress but its hard to.see changes when one sees oneself everyday. On scale I am pretty steady too around 154-156lbs depending how much water weight I am holding. And my body fat% is very stable as well anywhere between 17.8% to 18.4% depending on time of the day I take it as an whether it is post lunch or wake up first thing in the morning. Hence I get bored and watch bunch of videos or read stuff and get excited about trying new things that's all.

That’s what we are here for bro. Post pics and we’ll see it but you won’t. We’re all like that. I hate the mirror and yet can’t stop looking in it for something new happening. I never see the good but I posted some progress shots recently and got amazing feedback that I didn’t expect.

Totally understand. When i'm training i usually have a long sleeve shirt or a hoodie on and i just hammer it out. If i feel i have a good pump i will pull off my hoodie and look every once in a while but aside from that i just focus on the grind most days. it feels better getting compliments from someone you haven't seen in a few weeks or someone to notice a change at work. Don't dwell and don't rush, maintain diet and your health while training.

Consistency over time is better than any drug, plenty of videos and podcasts to be had with diet and training timing, cardio, fasting etc...

We can all obsess from time to time, but slow gains add up really fast with patience!

Yea man I am glad I didn't take all 3 either. For me I wanted light bulk and abs, happy with gains so far but these and are so elusive, that's what I seem to be constantly focusing on, I just need to trust the process and keep on coping away at it every day.... as far as paying pics I don't mind when my wife comes to drop off my kids this weekend will ask her if she will take some pics for me to share .. I am sure I have made decent progress or atleast i hope I am....lol
 
@rayray01 I like your diet and I like your lifting strong all around. I'm very proud of you. You've definitely improved on this Log as you've gone on.
Man I have tried to keep it as simple as possible so it is something I can sustain in an ongoing basis. I have made progress with the lifts as well, ofcourse injured shoulder, chest and right bicep has is limitations but even worth lighter weights I have seen steady increase in my ability to got number of reps increase. Appreciate your kind words and encouragement, thank you very much

Amen to that... man I try to est as light as I possibly can, basically my cat up on macros gap meal is my dinner, plus that late I just eat watch a lil TV and crash so dont want heavy meal sitting in my belly...

Yeah for sure. Heavy meals are the worst.

Man I wear a compression shirt when working out and the outline of the chest and arms looks amazing with that on, but I take off the shirt it does not look as impressive at all... lol. I think I bought the hype compression shirts... or it is the gym mirrors. They always make me look leaner and more cut.... lol Damn magic glass mirrors.

what scale is this?
This is so.ething i use at home ge smart scale and have been using since may of this year and the results are very close to an actual dexa scan like off by less than 1% margin. Which i got done at my gym. And this is a whole lot cheaper than dexa machine and I can check anytime plus each of those categories has subsets which drill deeper.

That's interesting. I started getting really bad side effects on it at 40 or 60 mcg.

It's probably nothing to be honest. It's just for 150lbs your muscle mass weight seems super high but it does coincide with what your BF% is. You're a walking muscle so that's a good thing! No worries.

Man not gonna lie.woke up hurting like none other but in a good way, the feeling of i put in work and my muscles are tired and being rebuilt feeling.of pain. 5am and right back at it.
That means the training is working @rayray01
 
Man I usually keep.gping to the gym if not lifting atleast go walk on the treadmill... until I hit exuastion which is every 20-25 days and then I tale.a day off... so I need to absolutely tske off a day in a week??

I fear despite all this walking and excersizing.the belly is taking its sweet time to go away if I reduce my.activoty level, this suckered will start to.grow back... lol plus harder to maintain a calorie decifit i burn less is my thought, am I wrong??

Your body needs to rest... take 2 days off, go for a couple walks, nap, read a book, go on a road trip, whatever. Trust @LevButlerov.

You won't lose anything, as a matter of fact you will feel rejuvenated and be able to hit it hard again

I think some guys even take a week off every month or 2. Your body creates waste when you are going hard, let it filter it out from time to time

Good updates in your log bro you're really sticking to this. I'm at 15% bodyfat and I went from 270lbs down to 190 and built back up to 212 (avatar pic) and now sitting at 205. If you look closely at my lower abs in this pic I have "ex fat guy" skin down there that just wrinkles up and sits there. In fact the leaner I get the more obvious it is. I've gotten an assessment for surgery but it's $10,000+ to have it all removed and rendered flat to show the lower abs. That's where your skin will stay stubborn at 15% or less. There's possible ways to mitigate it with fasting etc but for me it's there forever because I lost 80lbs in only 8 months. Best to just let it be something your proud of that isn't a beer gut anymore and just some skin that you can pull on like an uncircumsized dick :ROFLMAO:

He's man i hear ya, I trust @LevButlerov 1000%. Gym to me is my peaceful place man, am going thru custody battle, and divorce. I fought my demons of alcohol amd cigarettes and haven't drank or smoked a cig in almost 4 months. Gym helped me through that to keep myself discussed, anytime I felt like having a drink I would go to the gym... all the frustration of not being able to see my kids as much as I would like, I have channeled it all in a positive manner through my excersize/gym. It helps me stay positive and occupies my time in a positive way. Not trying to be difficult, but I worry free time in my hand I do not to lapse back into haven a beer or two and going down the rabbit hole. But I will try to figure something out and start to cut things down to the best I can.
 
That's the problem. The more side effects you get, the more effective it gets.
I guess I will up the dosage, the only thing I have observed is my heart rate running high and my BP running high. Started clen from the yellow line ononwards as you can see prior to that heart rate has been declining

Yes sir trying my best man, I have such an amazing support from @LevButlerov and everyone else on here that, I can atleast do my part of executing on the advice and follow direction on diet and excersizing to the best of my ability. I owe it to you guys for investing your time and energy into me.

I have lost 35-38 lbs in 11 months so far and have about 7 lbs more to go, but this last 5-7lbs is making me really push myself, it's fighting hard to stick around.... lol

Thank you @HarleyGuy, I appreciate you sharing this man, it takes a lot to open up painful chapters of life, I apologize didn't mean to remind anyone of their pains a d battles. Thank you man, @LevButlerov yea man gym has been my saving grace. It calms all the thoughts and noise in my mind when I go to the gym. I will heed your advice and cut down my routine to 4 days and will just go to the gym the remaining days just to walk on the treadmill as well as try to find another productive hobby or activity to ensure proper rest to the body.
 
Thank you man, @LevButlerov yea man gym has been my saving grace. It calms all the thoughts and noise in my mind when I go to the gym. Energy wise feeling good. Since i didn't workout out today so tightened up the diet a little bit today... on days I will lift will be increasing them for sure. Also.wanted to ask if there are any supplement for tendons to ensure they are also staying healthy while muscle growth is there... any advice on that??

For sure man notngonna give up for sure. I enjoy it too much now... it has given me peace and solace through a very challenging time in my life. Quitting on this is not an option, I gotta stay healthy and strong for my kiddo so have no choice but to keep pushing.
 
I guess I will up the dosage, the only thing I have observed is my heart rate running high and my BP running high. Started clen from the yellow line ononwards as you can see prior to that heart rate has been declining
my question is why would you put your body through this? there are safer options like gw and glp1s?

glucosamine chondroitin msm and fish oil try those :D

man that's how bad I want to have a flat belly, I am taking Mounjaro (prescribed) and Reta in combination with Clen. Leaving no stone unturned, lol, so just gonna push the body for a bit, once I get there, it will be easier for me to maintain.

you're fine just dont go high dose on clen.
