- Training Experience (in years): I have been back into resistance training for about nine months now I use to be in the gym weight training everyday from ages 14-19 I was a top level rugby league player with nrl teams as a jr but gave it all up at age 19 and went full time into boxing and from there I didn’t weight train until 9 months ago

- Daily Caloric Intake: currently my calorie intake is 2770 Dailey
- Macronutrient Split: Carbs 214g 30% Fats 95g 30% Protein 285g 40%
- Meal Plan: changes day to day but will upload my meals and macros Daily also
- Supplements currently taking standard vitamins are Vitamin C 500mg, Men’s High potency multivitamin, zinc + , liver detox , vitamin b12 , vitamin d3, glucosamine 1500mg, triple strength fish oil
- Gym supplement faction labs pre work outs , bsc violet crumble protein, rule 1 protein , on cycle liver and kidney support , amino water threw the day at work , 10mg Cialis

- Recent Blood Work: base line bloods have been done . Will post in this thread and have just got bloods done at week 8 of my current cycle and will post them in the next few days
- Cycle Goals: gain lean mass cut down some fat
