  • Training Experience (in years): I have been back into resistance training for about nine months now I use to be in the gym weight training everyday from ages 14-19 I was a top level rugby league player with nrl teams as a jr but gave it all up at age 19 and went full time into boxing and from there I didn’t weight train until 9 months ago
Training:



  • This is my current training routine and will upload my individual work outs with weight and reps each day for you guys




Day 1 - Chest & Biceps



Day 2 - Shoulder & Arms



Day 3 - Legs & Abs



Day 4 - Back & Tris



Day 5 - Chest & Biceps



Day 6 - Legs & Shoulders



Day 7 - Rest & Recovery

Diet:



  • Daily Caloric Intake: currently my calorie intake is 2770 Dailey
  • Macronutrient Split: Carbs 214g 30% Fats 95g 30% Protein 285g 40%
  • Meal Plan: changes day to day but will upload my meals and macros Daily also
Supplements:



  • Supplements currently taking standard vitamins are Vitamin C 500mg, Men’s High potency multivitamin, zinc + , liver detox , vitamin b12 , vitamin d3, glucosamine 1500mg, triple strength fish oil
  • Gym supplement faction labs pre work outs , bsc violet crumble protein, rule 1 protein , on cycle liver and kidney support , amino water threw the day at work , 10mg Cialis


Blood Work:



  • Recent Blood Work: base line bloods have been done . Will post in this thread and have just got bloods done at week 8 of my current cycle and will post them in the next few days
Cycle Plan:



  • Cycle Goals: gain lean mass cut down some fat
  • Compounds Planned for Use: Test E250 Tren E200 .
  • Dosage and Frequency: 500 test max 200 Tren max
  • Cycle Length: undecided
  • Post Cycle Therapy (if applicable): clomid & HCG
Additional Notes/Goals: DG



This is only my second cycle first cycle was 250 test for 4 months



Currently my cycle has looked like this and am switching to R&D Pharma Products for this new log

Tuesday 27th August . No work today crane wasn’t working so all our work went out the window for the day so went to the dentist with the misso and she wanted to stop in maccas but stayed under Cals for the day just Trained at a new world gym in area was solid finished up by going to the movies to watch the new deadpool & Wolverine not bad . Result come in for my blood work but the doctor didn’t not get everything I wanted test so going to have to go back next week and get new test . But test levels have gone from 12.1 to 60.9 and this was just on my 375mg of test and currently just bumped up to 500mg PW
