Hey gang -- soliciting some opinions from those that have been there.
I'm starting my first cycle ever -- 500 TestC /wk @ 12 weeks. Goal is increased strength, less concerned with "improving my looks."
For a first cycle would it be wise to switch to a linear progression program? A linear progression program works best when you are new-to-lifting, so would adding test for the first time make my body react like I was new-to-lifting again ?
