Anyone have any pro tips on dealing with back acne? I'm noticing some starting up on my lower back. Already using hyaluronic acid soap and a back scrubber. My bacne isn't bad, more like little red dots then actual pimples. Just wondering if there's something to nip it in the bud before it gets outta hand.

Another strong day training with solid progression. Even though my weight isn't moving much, and I don't see myself as getting much bigger, the reps and weights don't lie. When I'm pumped I definitely look bigger but walking around it's hard to say.

20-30,000 IU of vitamin A per day is considered a high dose bro but dont go too long on that
Checked my supps and looks like I'm only getting 1333iu a day from one of my multis. I was reading people talking about taking 250,000iu. Good thing I asked you @Npcclassicphysique champ
I read it can be liver toxic so maybe I should add some milk thistle with my Tudca? I'm already on 20mg of Anavar sublingually pre-workout.

Ya I remember reading about how much fake primo there was back in the day before the Chinese labs started pumping it out. Bayer had to rename the product to Rimobolan and it was insanely expensive right? I'd say the primo I have is working because I'm eating like an endurance athlete and barely gaining a pound lol. @stevesmi

Thank you modern science, and Chinese labs of course lol. The primo I got from @Nordic Fusion is definitely working. A few days ago, mid week 5 on cycle, I hit a very noticeable performance boost. The last few days it's increased even more. Nothing changed with my cycle or supps. Today on ez bar curls I put an extra 10lbs on the bar and hit 1 more rep than last week, which is big for me. Added weight to all my lifts and hit the same or higher reps that last week as well. @stevesmi

Log Day 40

Solid training session yesterday. I had to reps to all my first sets but my insurance was a little bit lacking. Felt a little bit tired yesterday when I got home from work. All protocols have remained the same except adding 7 g of psyllium husk everyday, bringing the total up to 15 g a day. Didn't get as much sleep as needed because my other favorite bedtime activity took priority lol.

I've tried a few different fitness wearables over the years and settled on the whoop band. It's the most comfortable and weight lifter friendly of all the trackers. The watches are hard to sleep in, can't use lifting straps with them on. The rings get in the way all the time. The whoop band sleeps well and you can get a bicep strap for lifting.

I just upgraded to the new one and I'm loving it. It's a great way to see real time results for changes you make in your life @Ulter

250 test, 200 primo, 20 anavar

Yesterday was technically day 1 of week 6 on cycle and my progression in the gym last night for biceps was pretty nuts. I don't really feel any different, and my doses have been the same for 2 weeks straight now, but man what a difference in the numbers. I'll post a couple week to week progression screenshots. Sleep could've been really good but my libido is so high right now I have to sacrifice sleep more than I'd like lol

Back acne. Years ago, I was taking NPP and hcg. Not a lot of npp, like 200mg/wk. this was the first injectable androgens I had ever done. I was going on a weekend hiking trip with a fwb chick I’d messed around with on and off for years. She was a lot of fun, but she didn’t need to know about what I was experimenting with, and hcg doesn’t last, and it was a whole logistical nightmare as I was already traveling and then traveling with her. So I shot the whole vial of hcg. That night after a romp, she says, “ what happened to your back?!”

Aw man. Let me tell you. It was ugly. I told her everything and that was totally cool. Weekend was one to remember. But I fought back and chest acne for the longest time. My whole family is very oily. I didn’t get terrible acne as a teen, but I just have very very shiny skin. I tried every type of otc acne stuff, watched all of vigorous Steve’s acne videos and so many more. I could never run more than 300mg total androgens for very long without having bleeding cystic acne on my chest and back. Prescription topical antibiotics, prescription tretinoin cream, all that. That I got from a doctor. Cutting out all dairy including whey will help, a lot, but man I really like cheese and it likes me just fine besides that. I could eat huge bricks of cheese and be fine, digestion wise. Bison cheese is drugs btw. Idk how they get that stuff, but all other cheese is garbage in comparison.

Anyway if anyone is still reading I did eventually get some accutane and it wasn’t a horrible experience, my skin never looked so good. Shiny, younger, nice tone. Clear as can be. It wasn’t permanent for me. If I crank up my MGs closer to what you are doing I’ll have to have it ready, but I think I can microdose it.
I guess the stuff is not the safest and some people have had bad experiences with it, but if it gets worse for you and becomes unmanageable, maybe my experience will help. 💪

Still making gains in the gym. Yesterday was shoulders so nothing crazy, but still noticeable progression. Sleep didn't feel great last night but it was. My recovery is peak today and my other metrics look great too. Going to need it cuz I have a crazy week of work ahead of me.

How you think I got my protein king badge lol. 400g+ a day for almost 2 weeks now I think. Generally 75g from whey, scoop in my breakfast you're and 2 scoops after training. The rest is au natural @ballin2504

No real sleep issues to report. My sleep efficiency/quality is always very high. My problem is not getting enough sleep. I'm always so busy the little bit of time I get to hang out with my wife is always towards the end of the night. I'd rather forgo a bit of sleep to spend some more quality time with her. Then of course there's the REAL quality time with the wife lol. Getting the heart rate and body temp down to fall asleep after is an issue. Think I need a cold plunge next to the bed lol.

I wish I had 15mins to spare...I'd go to be earlier lol. I have my own company and it's 24/7. I make time for training and my wife and what little time I have left goes to work around the house and maybe my hobbies...it's sad I know lol @LevButlerov

Very long very exhausting work day followed by a ton of office work when I got home. Barely time to pin last night. Yesterday was a rest day with no rest basically.

Weight was up a lot yesterday morning. Same with today. I'm just over 184lb when lately I've been around 181 most mornings. Holding water maybe? Nothing has really changed in my diet or supps tho.

Over-the-Counter (OTC) Treatments:

Maybe it was just a random flare up. Never really got bad or anything, but I'm not proned to acne so it was a little alarming. I pinned last night so I'm gonna see if that causes another flare up.

When I was 15, the time when you need to get real serious, I pulled back cuz I got into partying and fucking around. My dad is a great dad who never pushed me in sports, let me take the lead. If he did push me who knows what coulda been.

I have no regrets, but at the same time I can't help but wonder what if. Give your boy a push so he never wonders what if later on in life.

I was a pretty hardcore athlete growing up. Hockey in the winter, lacrosse in the summer. Played rep baseball and soccer when I was younger before lacrosse got serious and I had to commit to 1 sport. Went to a gifted athletes high school, my whole life was sports. Then partying and girls came into the equation and I guess you know what I chose lol. Ah well. Atleast the muscle memory is real and helps in my healthy lifestyle today.

Even though I was incredibly tired last before training last night I still made gains. I needed some pre-workout to get me going but in the end it was a good day. Yesterday was my first week of 1RIR sets which I love, especially now with my performance enhancement.

Feeling kinda brain foggy these past two days and I have a little bit of a cough this morning. My eyelids looked kind of swollen too. Hope I'm not starting to develop allergies. Everyone I know with allergies is suffering right now so it's that time of year.

Weighed in just over 184lbs the last 3 days in a row which is a new high for me. Looks like my weight is finally starting to go up.

Lol you sound like my doctor when my creatine kinase is sky high. He doesn't tell me to take time off, but overtraining is a common theme on my checkups. I wish I worked a desk job so I could just focus all my physical output into training....

I'll go to bed early tonight and play it by ear tomorrow. If I'm still wrecked I'll take 2 days off in a row... But I really really don't want to. I literally haven't missed a training day in over a year and I really wanna keep that going. I hate the idea of giving in and quitting just cuz my body says so. What if my body is just being soft and trying to get a day off. Isn't it up to my mind to overcome that stuff and push through @LevButlerov

Ahhh c'mon don't say that. Maybe tomorrow I wake up feeling great and fully recovered ready to go. Plus Friday will be a proper rest day, no cardio after work.

I don't really do cheat meals. Kinda been on a health food kick for some years now. For me a cheat meal is French fries sometimes, or a Philly. Cheesesteak where I eat the bread. It's probably all in my head but eating bad food just makes me feel like crap. It definitely effects my sleep because I have data to back that up. @LevButlerov

Thanks @stevesmi I did hit 185 one day a couple weeks back but I was holding water for sure cuz the next day I was like 181 again lol. I've been eating a ton, but a lot of my food is pretty low cal, veggies and fruits and stuff. Maybe my 400g protein a day is starting to pack on some muscle and I've burnt all the fat I can.

I know what you mean about back in the day. My little bro was into bodybuilding 20 years ago and it was all about mass. He blew up so fast he's covered in stretch marks. I guess it was cuz that was the mass monster era on the stage right?

No one is making money growing legally. I've followed what's happening in that states and it's the same as here in Canada. Testing standards are crazy high so a lot gets rejected and the taxes are so steep people are barely getting by. The only ones who make money are the massive corporations growing in giant greenhouses.

Yea I meant growing legally lol. You can turn a massive profit in a tiny basement growing illegally. If you got a field and it doesn't get clipped you can make a boatload in 1 summer. Actually you being in the south you guys have a much longer growing season then us up here. We get one outdoor yield a year per field.

Never dealt with allergies before but they just tend to show up outta no where on people from what here. I'm not 100% sure what's going on just yet. I have been pushing hard at work and in training so maybe exhaustion. Gonna get some extra sleep tonight and see how I feel tomorrow.

Not a great day yesterday. Had no motivation to train, and training was pretty tough. I hit my recommended reps but I've been blowing those targets out of the water lately. Had to skip forearms and tibias because I was just totally out of energy and didn't feel it necessary to push through for those two body parts.

I'm not exactly sure what's going on with me, if I may be sick and fighting something off, or just overtrained but @LevButlerov is right and I need to take 2 rest days to recover. I tried getting extra sleep last night but last night's sleep wasn't good, high stress apparently, woke up a couple times. My recovery has been sliding down past 2 days in a row with an all new low today.

You were right. I'm sure you here that a lot from guys like me. I followed your advice and took tonight off. Tomorrow is a must rest day because I have blood work Saturday morning.

On the bright side I do feel a bit better today than yesterday. Tired, but not totally wrecked.

My cheat was to eat some whole grain crackers and hummus. Lame right lol. Maybe I'll get some French fries tomorrow night and be really crazy haha.

Honestly if I didn't get that advice from someone who's opinion I respect I'd be hitting triceps right now lol. I am still considering doing 6 training days next week to make up for the missed day this week. I've done that before with no issues, but we'll see how I feel when the time comes

Still feeling a bit tired but much better than yesterday and the day before that. Feeling more recovered today. Just one rest day actually made a big difference. I'll take it easy tonight for my bloodwork tomorrow morning and be ready to get after it again tomorrow. Something is causing me stress in my sleep the last few nights. Not sure if I'm eating too much or what. Still no other symptoms other than just being a bit tired.

Actually just changed the filter a couple days ago, funny you mention that. My wife's allergies and one of my dogs allergies are acting up.
