Veteran Log First Testosterone Cycle Log

yeah i don't know how the boat share program works in all situations. they are all different. one dude i know is part of one BUT the catch is he can only reserve the boat during the week. no weekends. then you gotta pay for fuel, bait, bring your own rods. use up tons of hooks and tackle which goes fast fishing wrecks. just easier to charter where they do it all unless you really make it a hobby and are willing to learn it all. there are apps now which tell you where the wrecks/reefs are, so it isn't like it used to be where only experienced captains knew where to go.

the big issue with owning a boat is you gotta get up super early to find a place to launch. and those launch places get super busy and people get super grouchy and drunk. there are YT vids out there of all the fights and arguments that happen.
Sounds like up here on the May 24th long weekend when everyone is launching their boats the same day.

My dad had one of those apps you were talking about. The boat share company had boats in all different harbours so you just needed to pay for fuel. The one he was part gave you access all across America and parts of Canada too. The deal was for every 10 new members that signed up in an area the company would buy another boat so the waits wouldn't be too bad.

I bet you'd like kayak fishing. Have you ever tried it? It's a great mix of fishing and fitness. Someone with an endurance background like you would probably be really good at it too

I’ve done kayak. But it’s back breaking and got sun burned big time. Having to paddle is annoying and fight currents.
I would get one of the ones that have pedals or a small motor. Or a jet ski one. One dude I saw online takes his all the way to Bahamas no problem and has tons of fishing equipment

Lol it was probably cool to kayak fish for a little bit and then reality kicked in. On paper it soundsime the percec blend of fishing and training.

I think I watched that guy too. He's a YouTuber who's sponsored by sea doo right. Rode from Florida to Bahamas and then fished around out there. Those fishing sea doo rigs are really pricey

i think for kayak if the fish are biting good and the water is clean its good for intracoastal. but you don't want to take it anywhere where there is boat traffic. you also better watch out for the storms. they can roll in quick. but its a helluva lot cheaper then maintaining a motor

Yea and rowing gets you jacked too!

Getting towed around by a fish seems pretty fun also. Although it would be a little scary in a kayak when the sharks show up to steal your fish. I watched this Hawaiian guy lose his yellowfin to a tiger and the shark hit his kayak a couple times and almost capsized him.

its a frustrating way to fish. you get your line tangled or you get tied up on structure. very time consuming and by the time you get to where you want the strong sunrise bite is over. and if you can't take advantage of the sunset bite either. a lot of people quit kayak fishing

I didn't know salt water fish were like lake fish and sunrise and sunset are the best times to target them. Good to know

absolutely .. low light hours are when most of the fish feed the most. if you don't have your hook in the water those first 2 hours then don't even bother cause that is going to be the time you get the most hits. i've fished so many times and had a cooler full and people show up late and don't catch a thing

if you are targetting certain species they bite better at night like snook or sharks. sight fish won't bite at night at all like mackerel. they will wait until sun comes out then go into feeding mode. most fish are sunrise and sunset.

Thanks. Ya seeing what happens after for the first time is going to be fun. I learned a lot in these 100 days. Next cycle will be a lot more dialed in.
yeah experiment with things. gonna be ups and downs just stick with it

That's the plan.

What was your favorite bulking stack? You're a house of a man so I'm sure you have some great insight. @Ulter
i've always bulked up well on test and deca

As long as the guy in the kitchen they have back there washed his hands. lol .. most don't i've worked in that industry
Ya I worked in a restaurant for 6 years so I know exactly what you mean lol. It's funny tho cuz some of the grimiest spots serve the best tasting food.

Log Day 102

Ate pretty high cal and high carb yesterday and my recovery finally bounced back this morning after a week straight of low numbers. I needed that because I'm pushing hard this week. 5 consecutive days in a row of training can be a grind with work. Thankfully I'm the boss at work, so I'm shortening my days a little bit today and tomorrow to try and have some extra gas in the tank for training haha.

My training session went pretty well yesterday. Hit my targets and made some decent progression. Nothing magical like the previous 3 sessions but still solid gains.

My weight is still climbing. 193lbs on the scale the last few mornings. Really happy with how everything is going.

Thanks @LevButlerov

I looked back and I was 177lbs when my cycle started 103 days ago. My original target was 15lbs while staying fairly lean so I'd say "great success". Especially considering I was on really low dosing for most of the cycle. Bloodwork in 3 days. Excited to see how my body is handling my current stack too see where we go next. Physically I feel the best I've felt all cycle so hopefully my bloodwork agrees

hi I'm up in canada and looking for a good vendor. Anyone have any links?
Go to approved sources part of the forum and you'll find we have a Canadian section. Theres Nordic fusion, Pur, and Syn.

If you send a message to @Fusion Canada I'm sure they can hook you up. I've been running their stuff for my entire log and had great results

well dbol is more short term gains and bloat
Really. Ok good to know.

The older generation guys all seem to love Dbol so I was curious what the hype was about.

I think Arnold's stack was just primo and dbol according to Frank Zane.

Log Day 104

I am living all gas no brakes right now. Fourth consecutive day of 0 RiR training but still making gains or hitting targets at a minimum. I'm amazed I'm still able to keep going this deep into a training cycle with the kind of numbers I've been hitting. Today will be day 5 in a row then I'll have 2 days off.

Recovery is a little tough but it's totally understandable given my situation. As long as I can keep working and training I'm happy. I can rest and recover in a week and half when I deload. For now we push.

Yeater my protein came from whey, Greek yogurt, beef jerky, over 600g of chicken breast, and some turkey breast. I know you will appreciate this.

Here's the protein breakdown for the day @LevButlerov

I only recognize a few of those words but I'm sure it means something to you lol

I love it @BeMe chicken breast, turkey breast and yogurt, top natty foods. :D
Same food everyday lol

Breakfast
Lactose free Greek yogurt, oats, whey and blueberries all together in a bowl.

Lunch
Ezekiel bread, all natty PB, fairlife core power drink, cliff bar, bag of beef jerky, bowl of blueberries raspberries with hemp hearts on top

After work meal
Lots of chicken breast 400-500g, 1 raw bell pepper, 1 raw head broccoli, handful of baby carrots, whole wheat crackers, hummus, then a bowl of blueberries and blackberries.

Dinner
Lots of some kinda meat, veggies, then rice or sweet potatoes or potatoes.

Eat, work, train, sleep, repeat lol

Log Day 100

300 test, 300 Primo, 300 NPP, 40 anavar, 25 Proviron

Another milestone. 100 days of logging, time if flying.

Yesterday was another very very strong gym session. The last 3 sessions I have been smashing PRs like nothing, sometimes adding as much as 4 reps to the previous week's numbers. I think I may have found a sweet spot for my dosing.

Sleep was pretty good last night following a semi cheat meal. Had one and half Philly cheesesteaks and a tiny bit of fries. Only woke up once to pee.

Recovery number is still pretty low, but I feel pretty good to go.

well they didn't have much options in those days. maybe 4 steroids to pick from lol

Lol very true. They did so much with so little.

One positive was the PEDs were pharma and coming from a doctor.
the top bodybuilders got nice physiques. but the vast majority of people in those days looked like crap. its not like today where you walk into any normal gym and you get guys benching 500+ and dudes who look huge all over the place
arnold or zane would get laughed off stage at the olympia today

Oh ya for sure. The variety of PEDs, the evolution of equipment and train methodology, totally different world.

It's true in all sports really

Log Day 105

Fifth day in a row of 0 RiR training and man was I tired. Shockingly I was still able to make some progress and where I didn't I still matched the week before. That prior week had a huge jump in performance so even matching the week before was a success in my mind. Previously I've never trained more that 4 days in a row, so going 5 is a PR, especially on a 0 RiR week.

My body feels pretty worn out and I'm ready for some rest days. I have a day off today so I can do bloodwork tomorrow morning and then I'll take tomorrow off too most likely. Surprisingly my recovery was really high this morning. It's the best it's been in a couple weeks actually. Not sure how I managed that.

I'm looking super flat these past two days. I'm guessing that has to do with the non stop heavy training depleting my muscles. Thinking I need some extra carbs today and tomorrow to refuel?

Log Day 106

Much needed rest day. Finished 5 days of consecutive training so yesterday was a well deserved break. After work I took it easy and just finished up some office work while working on my tan. Hit my 10k+ steps for the days and called it a day.

I hit my 400g protein exactly yesterday for the first time. Pretty funny cuz the day before I hit 399. I remember thinking man I was 1g short, that's funny, then the next day I'm bang on....weird.

My weight is staying up and holding around 193lbs all week so I looks like that's my new weight. Maybe I'll see 195lbs by the time this is over. One last week on cycle and then I'll start my taper.

Man, I see since seriously amazing food too, and sometimes…. Not the best results….

Food that looks really gourmet, really high effort, you know they aren’t making that 4-6 times a day. So the rest of the time they are eating… off plan. If they aren’t getting awesome results they probably aren’t logging everything. Cheating the log and cheating themselves. I’m positive I’m seeing this. They really really enjoy really good food and eating really clean, really good food is hard to sustain. But eating really basic food is easy. Gorge yourself on protein, no room in your stomach for jelly doughnuts private pile!

If you post it, private pile will see it. And see your results. And he’ll know that jelly doughnut in his footlocker is going to be found

@BeMe that asian food is so good. just something about how they make it. authentic asian is the best
Yea I'm half Japanese and my wife is Vietnamese so we can be pretty picky when it comes to Asian food. Thankfully here in Toronto the authentic restaurant options are literally endless. Every culture of the world exists here in Toronto.

Spoken like a true conspiracy theorist lol. Seeing all the angles.

What's your take on Trump and the Epstein files lol

Seriously though you do make a good point. It would be hard to maintain those spectacular meals unless you're really serious about cooking and have a ton of time.

Bro I've been on 400g+ protein for the last 13-14 weeks lol. One of the first tips I got from @LevButlerov when he saw I was pretty low carb was to up my protein to 400g. Most days I'm 400 protein, 120 far, 250 carbs. I went high carb last night cuz I felt like my body really needed it

*conspiracy realist *

Trump never existed and Epstein isn’t dead. Jk but really it’s all a show. Trump has always just been a media figure for the very most part. I can go pretty hard on this stuff. My family has been full of spies since the American Revolution. To this day. If I wasn’t such a bad nut I would’ve been too. I’ve been listening to old ladies in my family talk about things they aren’t supposed to know since I was little. Hell. One of my relatives, I believe he was my grandpas uncle, was named in JRE a couple months ago. My great aunt used to talk about the stuff he did all the time. Some conspiracies are very real

Ya if the internet has taught us anything it's that a lot of the stuff they've told us isn't true. It's pretty hard to keep things quiet these days. Just don't let it get too far in your life. Some guys dive way deep into this stuff and everything around them becomes a conspiracy and they go totally crazy.

Speaking of JRE did you hear the interview with Khalil Roundtree where they played that clip of Khabib talking about being addicted to discipline. I legit got goosebumps listening to that

Riiiiight! I’m not into conspiracy theories. I can pretty much prove some of them are thrown out there just to get people to latch onto them. I don’t pay any of that stuff any mind. All you need to know is Project Mockingbird was/is very real. And then you know that nothing in the news is real. In the whole world. It’s been like this since ancient times. Literally nothing has changed. You can translate all the noise people make into the hoots and screeches of chimps, you’d have the same thing. Ape hierarchy.

I didn’t listen to that one, I’ll check it out. I don’t feel like I’m overly disciplined, per se. I’ve always lacked the discipline to follow through with my ambitions. I want to do everything, way too much. And I go hard until I collapse, rinse and repeat, but a lot of stuff never really gets done you know?

I've been addicted to a lot of bad shit in my life, definitely have the brain of an addict. But channeling my addictive personality towards positive things like work, training, family, etc changed everything for me. Khabib does a really good job of putting into words. It means even more coming from a guy like him. I didn't realize it til I heard this, but I guess my current addiction is discipline.

They do call us NYC of the north. Lots of similarities, good and bad. I remember going to NYC it feeling just like home only on a much larger scale.
But you guys have those Xmas trees in ur yards. lol. And those basements with those tiny windows to look out from

That's so funny cuz where we live basements are just something every house has but if you live in Florida it seems totally foreign. Kinda like for us having outdoor laundry or a water heater is like what the??

We're so similar and really don't live that far apart but in some ways we live in totally different worlds.

Log Day 107

Had my second rest day in a row yesterday cuz of the way my week worked out with my bloodwork. It was nice having 2 days off in a row actually. I haven't been able to do much mountain biking this year with my 5 day split on cycle I'm prioritizing rest and low impact cardio on my off days. Having 2 days off gave me a chance to get out and ride for a bit, even though it was like riding in a steam room yesterday.

Even though I'm heavier I was stronger on my bike and I finished a big hill climb I wasn't able to do previous years. It definitely wasn't skill cuz I felt a bit rusty on the trail. My cardio was surprisingly good considering I haven't done any Vo2 max style training in months.

Got my bloodwork done first thing yesterday and I'm looking forward to seeing my results. I've been on my current dose for a little over 3 weeks now so it will give me a good idea of how my body can handle this type of steroid use. I feel great currently. I really hope my bloodwork shows the same.

You can’t have basements in Florida. You dig a foot ans you hit water lol. Plus Imagin the mold problems even with a tiny leak.

Hard to imagine in a place as hot as Florida you can't have a nice cool basement. If your AC dies you're fucked. Up here when your AC dies on a boiling hot day you can sleep in your basement and get a little respite from the heat. Half my basement is my gym so that's another benefit of having a cool basement.
