@BeMe always good to take 2 days off, you eat big and train hard, body does need rest :D looking forward to the bloods.
My doctor requisitioned a couple new tests this time. Not sure if it's related to me telling him I'm on cycle and what I'm running.

You ever heard of a methyl malonic acid test?
He's also added an RBC folate test.

This is usually used to detect a vitamin B12 deficiency but I doubt you have any with all the meat you eat. :D @BeMe

Oh ya that was one of the things my doctor was worried about last we spoke. I think it was in relation to my HDL being chronically low. Even pre-trt is was a bit low.
 
Preliminary bloodwork is in @LevButlerov

I think it looks pretty good overall. My liver is really handling things well.

The low urate is a bit worrying and my hematocrit is starting to creep up. This is week 16 and my last week in cycle though.

@BeMe I dont see a problem in your bloods so far at all. :D hematocrit a bit high, add fish oil omega 3 daily and you doing ED aspirin?

No aspirin but I take 8000mg a day of fish oil.

For the aspirin should I just take 1 baby aspirin a day?

Bloodwork came back looking pretty good for 16 weeks on cycle. My doc didn't order a hormone panel tho which is kind of annoying. I guess my only concern was estradiol but I'm not feeling any estrogenic sides and I was within range on my last test at 250mg test so I doubt 300mg moved the needle too much.

Still hitting strong numbers in the gym. Hit a squat rep PR and then a deadlift rep PR right after.

This will be my last week in my training cycle, so balls to the wall. Also my last week on cycle before I start to taper off. Gotta make the most of it this week.

Bro I've been on 400g+ protein for the last 13-14 weeks lol. One of the first tips I got from @LevButlerov when he saw I was pretty low carb was to up my protein to 400g. Most days I'm 400 protein, 120 far, 250 carbs. I went high carb last night cuz I felt like my body really needed it

Bloodwork came back looking pretty good for 16 weeks on cycle. My doc didn't order a hormone panel tho which is kind of annoying. Already took one haha. This is my last week on cycle anyway. Monday I will start tapering off back to sports TRT and 2iu of GH
it's the perfect start :D

One thing I am curious about is my macros. Currently I need around 4000kcal to run a bit of a surplus to gain. If I go off cycle how much do I need to decrease that by? I'm usually aiming for 400 protein, 100 fat, 250 carbs each day but the carbs I cycle. I'm the podcast they said you need to decrease your macros but mobster didn't say by how much.

Off cycle I would say 250 grams of protein, 80 fat, 150-200 carbs, you want to keep it balanced.

Log Day 109

I had my worst training session all cycle yesterday. I dropped 2 or 3 reps on a lot of my movements. Cooked myself at work and had nothing left in the tank for training. I was up and down a 28' extension ladder all day roasting in the sun. Should've taken my pre-workout for a boost but I didn't think about it. Just started week 7 of a training cycle so there's probably some systemic fatigue built up as well. Just gotta dig deep and push harder this week.

Cycled up my carbs to try and aid recovery after a heavy day. Ate a ton of beef last night. Slept pretty good and work up feeling better this morning.

High libido is really costing me a lot of sleep. The psychology of it all is pretty funny. It's like ego lifting. Everytime I tell myself just a quicky my ego kicks in and there goes half an hour of sleep lol.

I mean my suggestion is the base. You should cycle that on leg day 320 grams on chest day back day 300 grams then drop down to 250 on rest and small muscle groups, same with carbs. We should protein carb cycle. :D @BeMe

Sounds like a good plan. I will do just that. I'm gonna do an arm focused 5 day split to try and catch my arms up to my chest and back.

What about calories? Currently my maintenance calories are somewhere around 3700-3800kcal. Would that be a good surplus level once I'm off cycle and just on TRT+ with 2iu GH.

Is there a general rule of maintenance calories on cycle vs off cycle?

For TRT I was previously running 180mg a week before this cycle. That had me just below 900 free.

You and I discussed sports TRT at 250mg. Given my bloodwork I think that would be a manageable dose even when I drop the Primo. I'm gonna run the 250mg/week and I have full bloodwork coming up in late August and I can see how I'm looking then. I have some Aromasin on hand already just in case I start getting itchy nipples lol.

I think it should be good to. Plus I have bloodwork setup so we will know for sure how I'm looking at that dose.

Man, I think I just had a bad experience with psyllium husk. I was feeling a little backed up, I took my psyllium husk before bed like I always do. I woke up early feeling weird. Really weird. Really early. I started feeling like my heart was racing. It was scary. And I could feel I was backed up. I vomitted. Felt better a little, not like I was going to die, but was really worried and I could just hear Steve’s voice in my head “if you take psyllium husk you could die” hahahaha. Finally got the number two done. Rough night. Not sure if the psyllium husk hurt me or helped me.

Man that sounds scary. Stomach problems get super painful too. Opiates will have you literally shitting bricks no matter how much fiber you take lol.

My digestion runs like clockwork these days. I don't think I really need the p husk but everyone says it's a must so I just take 8g a day. My dietary fiber is so high already I don't think I need as much as most. Might be keeping me alive lol

For sure I was being dramatic but there was a time that I apparently couldn’t tolerate very much fiber at all. My stomach was a wreck for years and I’m absolutely convinced that being 99.9% carnivore is what allowed it to heal. So this whole episode kind of game me flashbacks hahaha. But also possibly things like the dozens of vials of bpc157 I’ve gone through healed me. That was later in my carnivore thing, and led me to PEDs eventually.

I was scared of fiber for a long time, didn’t feel like I needed it. As I found I could tolerate it, little by little it’s been nice to crap like a normal human instead of such low volume. Then I read about the benefits of PH on here, decided to try it out. I feel like it sort of just locks in the regularity. I don’t know if I’m getting any above and beyond benefits. 2 tsp at night is what I take.

Yep that's basically the same dose I'm on. I think I remember @Npcclassicphysique champ mentioned in someone's log that psyllium husk also protects the prostate. I could be misremembering tho. I'm sure he can clarify

Yeah Lev said that recently for sure. I’m pretty interested in that. When I was a drinker I had prostate issues, I believe. Didn’t know what it was at the time. Was always thinking I was getting stds from banging every girl I knew hahaha. But I was always clean, well, almost always

People think I’m crazy when I tell them that, but it’s basically true. Even traditional heroin is technically less toxic than alcohol, other than that pesky respiratory repression that… kills you sometimes. Fentanyl probably not. And even though meth is completely disgusting, if you tightly controlled your dosing, frequency, eating and sleep, you could use it with minimal repercussions. But that would be true of alcohol too. One drink a day very unlikely to hurt you, but that’s no fun. We’re trying to get smashed and naked and fall on each other hahaha

I would call that a good life worth living. You get to lift weights, chase lot lizards and got plenty of beef to eat! I say your living the life!

Log Day 110

Pretty average day in the gym yesterday. Just basically hit the same numbers as the week before with a bit of progression on a few sets. I think the systemic fatigue of being in week 7 of a training cycle and the hot and heavy working conditions lately are taking their toll. Definitely in need of a rest day and my upcoming deload week.

Sleep has been a bit below average lately. Not sure what's going on there. I seem to wake up early for no reason, but fall back asleep no problem. I don't feel like I'm sleeping as deeply. My body is pretty sore so maybe that's effecting my sleep quality.

Only 2 days left on cycle and then time to taper.

Felt like Tom Platz in my mind doing tib bar raises yesterday lol.

Ready for my next cycle towards the end of October. Think I might just run the Tren with my test and GH but I'm open to suggestions.

When will you start the tren?! What will you dose it at? How long? 500mg/wk for 8 weeks?! 400 for 10? You’re not playing around now. My buddy ran tren, he’s naturally tiny. He was benching 360 for reps and was like 220 pounds.

I'm gonna low dose it to start and see how I feel. That's why I grabbed ace so quick in and quick out if it's a problem. First week 75mg, then 2nd week 150mg then maybe 225mg. Sounds like 225mg is the max effective dose and afterwards the benefits to sides ratio starts to get pretty bad. I'll probably have some bloodwork scheduled for week 4 so I can see how I'm doing at 225mg.

I'm not sure though cuz I've always had I high tolerance for every drug and alcohol. I always needed twice as much as my buddies to get the same experience and I'm still trying to sort out if that applies to peds too. I've seen some people have explained they had the same issues with fun drugs and peds.

I'm really gonna just go with the flow and see what my body tells me. If anything I saw vigorous Steve talk about the benefits of running very low dose Tren so I can always use it that way if need be and run it with other cycles.

He actually seems like a sort of well put together dude until he starts oversharing and you’re like, nah, this guy is a ticking bomb. Idk. Maybe he’s got it all figured out, but I’m not placing bets on him

Yesterday was a much needed rest day. Made sure I got my 10k steps in and just took it easy for the rest of the night. Ate a semi cheat meal for dinner and got a quesadilla and taco bowl. Carbs got up a bit higher then I wanted but sometimes that helps with my recovery. Unfortunately I'm still feeling a bit run down but it is what it is given my situation. This is the first time I've tried pushing my training cycle to 7 weeks then deload, but I think it's a bit too long. Lesson learned.

Carbs got up a bit higher then I wanted but sometimes that helps with my recovery. Unfortunately I'm still feeling a bit run down but it is what it is given my situation. This is the first time I've tried pushing my training cycle to 7 weeks then deload, but I think it's a bit too long. Lesson learned.

It comes some easy now. I'm hungry lol. I eat a lot of meat and then at the end of the day I'm like oh 450g of protein, or 480, or 500!!! It just happens.

I think the NPP has really spiked my appetite a lot
 
I had a quick question for you @LevButlerov

I'm getting a little bit of heart burn these past few days. Nothing terrible but it's definitely noticeable. I'm taking by digestive enzymes and p husk.

I seems to flare up randomly sometimes just after I drink water. After meals as well.

I remember Dr. Todd Lee made a video about hydration and said bodybuilders wouldn't get heartburn if they drink sea salt water. Is that true?

I've only had the heart burn for a few days so I'm hoping it just goes away on its own but I figured I'd ask if I need to do something about this.

It comes some easy now. I'm hungry lol. I eat a lot of meat and then at the end of the day I'm like oh 450g of protein, or 480, or 500!!! It just happens.

I think the NPP has really spiked my appetite a lot
As long as you feel good on it eat it :D
 
I had a quick question for you @LevButlerov

I'm getting a little bit of heart burn these past few days. Nothing terrible but it's definitely noticeable. I'm taking by digestive enzymes and p husk.

I seems to flare up randomly sometimes just after I drink water. After meals as well.

I remember Dr. Todd Lee made a video about hydration and said bodybuilders wouldn't get heartburn if they drink sea salt water. Is that true?

I've only had the heart burn for a few days so I'm hoping it just goes away on its own but I figured I'd ask if I need to do something about this.
I would not do salt water, but try 1 tbps of apple cider vinegar in warm water big cup after meal, should help :D @BeMe

16 weeks on cycle. Started really low so not sure if I'd call it a true 16 week cycle. More just finding my footing as a first timer.

Still feeling pretty fatigued. I was able to hit my numbers during training yesterday but I felt like I had no endurance to keep the numbers up for sets 3 or sometimes 2. I think I'm going to take 2 days off in a row before hitting my last day in this training cycle. We'll see how I feel on Sunday.

I was looking really good with a pump yesterday. Had to take a pic and post it. When I compared it to previous pictures I could really see my progression and it felt great.

Ya it's looking like I'm going to need both days off. Struggled with endurance training today as well. I only have 1 day left in this training cycle before my deload so I have a nice break coming soon. I tried this 7 week plus deload training cycle for the first time but it's just a bit too much.

Got it. I'm going outta town for the long weekend here so cheat meals won't be a problem. Guess I'll have to eat some higher fat...doctors orders right

I find I do better with moderate/lower volume than I see most guys doing because that's all I can recover from.
Ive tried really high volume too and it didn't work for me. I work on the tools all day so I burn a ton of energy at work.

This split I'm doing right now I'd class as moderate. Typically between 80-90 sets a week. I'm just run down cuz it's been so hot here at work and then I'm doing at the end of week 7 in this training cycle. You're in Aus right? Our heat is obviously not as bad as yours but up here in Canada we aren't built for it lol

Especially if you don't get a chance to eat every couple hours while doing manual labour, it wasn't until I was injured and couldn't work like that, then I was able to put on size a lot quicker.

Wet, cold and miserable over here at the moment. Nearly through with our winter

I dont think we are built for the cold here like you guys either
