Can you improve the sleep
I'm trying. I'm usually a great sleeper. I've spent a lot of time and money optimizing my sleep.

My dog is having some allergies right now and he's scratching and shaking at night. Thinking their might be some pet dander in the room causing me a bit of congestion. Doing a deep clean today, sanitary steaming my duvet, and I'm going to throw on a breath right strip tonight and see if maybe that's the ticket.

Yeah I wonder how painful that type of death is vs other things
If you go right away I'm sure it's fine. The problem with electrocution is most people survive, just barely, and then slowly die in a hospital bed over a week to two.

you might have elevated liver values. that could be draining some of your energy. @BeMe or maybe its just the heat
My bloodwork 2 weeks ago showed perfect liver values so I think I'm good there. I've been taking my anavar sublingually and running liver support.

Ya could be the heat and smoke in the air. It's been non stop forest fire smoke for a week now.

tren is going to be a fun one. make sure you HYDRATE like crazy on it. i would get some melon @BeMe
Great tip! My wife loves watermelon so we always have some in the house. I take Pedialyte every morning and make sure I'm drinking between 6-8 liters of water everyday. I'll make sure I'm extra vigilant on the hydration on Tren. On the podcast they mentioned you need to up your carbs too

nice structure on the deload. they are superior to just taking time off. more people should do them IMO @BeMe
Ya deloads are super important when you're pushing hard. I hate doing deload weeks but it's definitely a necessity. Wish it was possible to just push all the time but that's not even close to possible.

I watched a Samson Dauda training video this morning and man I can't wait to get this deload over with and get back on the grind.

Good gravy man. That’s terrible. I’ve contracted high voltage without actually getting shocked countless times. Had fire balls shooting at my face. So much stuff. I was just a kid when I started, looking for any way possible to get out of my town and get ahead in life. I was 100% willing to risk my life every single day and I did.

They were telling

ah okay makes sense.

And if I can't I know the EVO fam is here help me figure it out

You’re going to love gh. The initial lethargy can be tough. And I took enough that it made my hands numb at night. After like three pens I was a whole different kind of lean. And I wasn’t even trying. I didn’t even know it did that. I remember waking up one morning and my abs just looked so flat, but the squares were round and my pecs looked so full. That was about the best I ever looked, but this mk is doing it too and I’m eating like shit rn and not even hitting the iron.
@toddthelineman summed it up best ;) HGH is a new level @BeMe

for sure deloads are important and yeah samson is a helluva bodybuilder

yes load up on good carbs. it will help with sides

Log Day 120

Yesterday was a pretty good day. My apprentice got a flat on the way into work so I was on my own all day. Meant I could listen to the EVO podcast all day in the truck. Got through 3 episodes. Work was pretty chill actually. Got a hurry up and wait job in the morning. Pretty easy day.

My app fed me a pretty light deload yesterday. Little bit of back and bi and out in 20. Little light cardio to get my 10k steps for the day and just chilled out.

Looking forward to getting back on the grind at this point. Taking it easy really doesn't work for me lol

Maybe yeah, just slower. Like you’ll think it’s nothing at all, but it’s doing magic over time. I think the most I ever was regularly taking was 4iu.
My main focus with the GH is the recovery benefits. I just want to recovery faster, feel better, and train harder. Getting bigger will be nice too but really I just want to sleep and feel better.

Yeah that’s the magic. Other things too, but the sleep and recovery gets so good that everything just works better and you get awesome results. I got “bigger” from it right away from the water, but I hadn’t been in any big cycle either. So you might not get bigger from it at all as you’ll literally be losing some on your cruise anyways. But I’m excited to see how the next couple months go for you since you already do most everything right. I think it’s going to be impressive.

Ya it's all uncharted waters for me so it's pretty cool having no idea what's to come. Just gotta focus on doing everything right and seeing how it goes from there.

Log Day 121

Yesterday was a rest day..on a deload week...so is it really a rest day? Spent the morning doing a deep clean on my bedroom hoping to improve my sleep quality. It may have worked because my sleep was improved last night. I threw on a breath right strip just to help too.

Between walking the dogs and doing work outside around the house I got my 10k steps in without any treadmill work.

Macros were off yesterday. Fats got pretty high but it all came from healthy sources. Ate a bunch of avocado and eggs which really pushed up the fats on the day.

Finished off the day with a one hour rip on my race bike. It's uncomfortable as hell. The pegs are high, suspensions stiff, no padding in the seat, but man is it fun. Especially now that my new tires are broken in and they're the grippiest street tires you can buy. The way it performs makes up for the painful riding experience. I forgot to warmup yesterday so my back was feeling it by the time I got home.

Thanks bro. If you saw it when I bought it you wouldn't have said that lol. I bought it in rough shape and fixed it up and now it's a solid bike. I saved a ton of money buying it.

That bike is awesome. I just read up on it, I’m not really informed on superbikes. That’s potentially a 200mph bike?! I would have thought I’d never want or need that, but after a couple years the top speed of my scrambler feels very very tame. The wind makes you not really want to go faster anyway. You run that thing to its top speed, yeah?

I'm not sure if it'll get up to 200mph probably pretty close. I hit 280kmh yesterday. Fastest I've taken it was just under 300kmh once. I don't like doing it on the roads cuz things can go wrong quick at those speeds. Usually I need a nice stretch of highway that I know and very light traffic. The last thing you want is a car pulling out on you at that speed.

Superbikes are easier to control at speed than something like a scrambler. You can just tuck in and hang on. Your body geometry helps keep the bike more stable at high speeds. When I get my superduke up over 250km it feels ways faster and gets to be a handful.

It's funny you say the scrambler doesn't feel fast enough cuz that's what I say about literally every bike I own lol. You get used to what you have and then you always want more.

Hahaha that’s what I figured. I’ll not be buying a faster bike😂

Naw I don't race, just play pretend lol. It's a race bike, so dialed up to 11 and a lot of fun. Horribly uncomfortable to ride tho lol

Amazing look @BeMe, big chest, big arms, shoulders are wide! :D and your legs but much bigger.
Abs super tight and lean, you have a model body right there.
Thanks @LevButlerov

I did some measurements today and I'm only up an inch everywhere, arms, legs, chest, waist. But I'm noticeably much bigger. Everyone who sees me comments on my size increase, and I'm 15lbs heavier. It's confusing. Maybe something to do with what I ate or time of day or something the day I took the original measurements day 1 on cycle. I was surprised cuz my back and chest really got a lot bigger.

Pretend race is good then :P lol didnt want you hurt when we talking about sports TRT @BeMe

You're 100% bigger no doubt, but main thing as you're LEANER too! you really are a true genetic specimen. EVO family love your way. :D @BeMe

Lol ya I don't wanna be running sports TRT with a broken leg. I know my limits when it comes to the adrenaline junkie stuff I do. I always make sure I stay 1 step back from the limit. Can't afford to get hurt and be laid up at home.

Thanks bro. That means a lot coming from you @LevButlerov

This first cycle experiment has been a fun one. Learned a lot about myself and cycling these past few months. Ready to push a little harder on the next one and make some serious gains.

It's the truth my iron brother :D you have really made huge changes. We truly love having you in the EVO family :D @BeMe

Thanks bro. I love being here! You guys are stuck with me now lol
We are not stuck, we are happy to have you around! as an EVO family brother :D Excited for all the great discussions and gains ahead. @BeMe

as bad as physiques are in both USA/CAN with every middle aged man having a gut. anyone who lives in north america with this physique is doing it right. end of story @BeMe
Thanks @stevesmi

I was headed down that typical path until about 5 years ago I decided I needed to make a change. Cut out all the crap and started learning more about how and what to eat.

A bad diet is like a drug addiction. You chase easy pleasures and you have no idea how bad it is until your completely clear of it. Then when you're totally clean you wonder why you ever did it in the first place.

same here. after college i got lazy. went for a jog around my neighborhood and was so out of shape i came home and dry heaved. said that was enough. changed my entire diet the same way and its been obsesssion since.

Just like you, early 20s where I started just eating like shit. Wish I'd realized a lot sooner like you did. Took getting older and starting to feel the error of my ways to finally wake up.

Same thing with training. I just stopped in my mid 20s and didn't start again seriously until I was turning 38. Wish I could get that time back but life doesn't work that way.. just gotta try extra hard now.

bro you look in shape for sure. but if you want to survive prison in the south you need to get bigger. that why tren should be next with lots of red meat @BeMe
Yes sir. Got the Tren already and I'll go cow hunting today

Log Day 119

Deload day 3 in the books. Still not fully recovered yet. Hopefully some extra sleep this eeeken will be the ticket. Can't put my finger on it but it feels like I'm not sleeping as well for some reason. My sleep stats look decent so not sure what it is. Brain feels a tiny bit foggy lately.

I'm gonna start some extra vitamin C and elderberry today. I might be fighting off some illness or something. There was a couple hours today where I had a bit of a headache and my sinuses were kinda sore, but I just chalked it up to all the smoke in the air. Maybe I'm a bit sick and that's what's holding back my recovery.

@BeMe my sleep suffers through the summer where I work out side and I feel like it just kills my body throughout the day

@BeMe you are looking great. nice fit look. i got a lot of love for it. its the physique most people dream of
Thanks bro. The NPP still has me a bit wetter than I'd like but I've been told I'll start leaning back out as I'm tapering off.

you look outstanding. you should go work as an underwear model. or a clothing model. you got that look @BeMe
Thanks @Ulter

Not sure how many 40 year old underwear models are out there lol. Probably missed the boat on that one...damn I coulda been like Marky Mark

@BeMe my sleep suffers through the summer where I work out side and I feel like it just kills my body throughout the day
Ya I'm thinking it's environmental too cuz nothing has changed on my end. It's been brutally hot and pretty smokey with the forest fires going on out west. The smoke has lifted the last couple days and I feel like my sleep is getting better.

You look great if you ask me. Very athletic physique. Legs are also very strong and athletic looking and vascular. @BeMe
Thanks @ROIDDERS

The goal is to keep lean gaining and keep building. In a few years maybe I'll something resembling an amateur men's physique competitor in the off season lol

Log Day 122

Final day of deload. I forgot screenshot my workout before I programmed my new mesocycle.

Cable laterals - 15lbs 2x10
DB OHP - 25lbs 1x10
Low bar squat - 195lbs 2x8
Deadlift - 205lbs 2x6
Hanging leg raises - 2x7

Next mesocycle is an arm focused program with maintenance volume for everything else. Goal is to bring my arms up a bit leading into my next cycle. I'm going to run this arm program for the next 6 weeks and maybe continue for another 5-6 weeks leading into my next cycle. I'll also be increasing cardio and rowing more again.

I've been running high volume splits for the last 5 months. This new mesocycle should give my body a little bit of a break and have me fresh for my Tren cycle in October.

Adding in GH to promote recovery between cycles and I'll be cruising on a sport TRT 250mg a week.

This week's taper dose is 250 test, 100NPP, 100 primo, 25 Proviron, then next week will be 50 npp, 50 primo, then off and keeping the Proviron.

Ya I'm feeling really strong still. I'm training right now and my numbers are still way up like I'm on full cycle still. I thought dropping the pre-workout anavar would drop my strength a bit but still good.

You're too far back bro. Deload day 5 was yesterday lol. Ya I wish I could train non-stop all the time but even on gear it just isn't possible. I beat myself into the ground on this mesocycle. 7 weeks on is too much cuz week 7 my recovery just totally tanked and I couldn't bounce back. Found my limit this time around.

I think you're on the right track, you will feel good as you taper down slowly. :D @BeMe
I'm feeling just as good now as I was on cycle so that's a good sign. Energy, hunger, and libido are all still high.

I'm adding in more cardio like you mentioned too. Did some speed walking pre workout and rowing post workout today. Just doing arms 3 days a week now frees up time for more cardio so it works out well.

yeah NPP can do that with some. but not as much as people think
Ya for me it's weird cuz it's depends on the time of day. Before I would look leanest in the early part of the day but now that's when I look the smoothest. Weirdest thing is I look my leanest right before bed after I hop outta the shower. Not sure how to explain that.

haha. you must have been super young though when that came out.

It's weird cuz it's totally the opposite of when I'm off cycle. The only thing I could think of is maybe in the earlier parts of the day I'm less hydrated so my body is trying to hold onto water and later in the day I'm fully hydrated so my body starts flushing maybe?

haha. you must have been super young though when that came out.
Google say 94 so I was 10. During that time I was listening to alternative music so that movie was right in the wheelhouse of little me. I guess that movie was sorta playing off the time and how alternative/grunge music was taking over.

Funny how music and movies take you back and stir up all sorts of memories. Thanks for that @Ulter

Still can't believe you pulled that..so perfect

i saw it at the theater. there was probably 5 or 6 people there. movie was a complete bust but more of a cult following since. they used to play it all the time on regular cable for years

Lol Lemmy is God haha. I'm a bit too young to get motorhead but I can appreciate how at the time hearing them for the first time coulda been life changing.

These 90s cult classics are the best. Half baked and Clerk's were 2 of my faves

Nice job

Is that goat still around or does it have any offspring? Sounds like exactly what @BodyMonster34 wants in his life

Looking great brother, putting in the work
Thanks bro. It's only work some days. Most days it's fun.

Tonight will be work after working in a sweat box all day. Nothing compared to trimming vines all day in the Oz heat but up here in Canada we're not built the same as you guys down there lol.

I wouldn't be able to handle the cold

The colds not so bad. You get used to it pretty quick. I have a lot of friends that came from hot climate countries and they're good after a couple years. Atleast with the cold you can just add more layers of clothes. Nothing you can do in the heat except take off your shirt. If you try and remove more layers you're probably be going to jail lol

Probably! Its name was Romeo for a reason, but he’d butt you right in the ass. Hurt
I guess there's assholes of every kind. Every goat I've ever met was pretty cool and fun. They're pretty goofy animals. One day when I move away from the city I'm definitely getting a few.

Yeah I like them. Be a good livestock to start with
I don't think I'd have the heart to eat them... I'd just keep them as pets. I could never get to know my food. I don't even keep fish I catch. I'm too much of a softy when it comes to animals.I tried going vegetarian for a bit but I couldn't do it.

I'm really hoping the lab grown meat thing becomes a reality and I'll just eat that, but til then I'll have to keep hiring hitmen for my food lol

I think goats and bunnies taste the best, especially the cute bunnies lol :P messing with you guys.

I think u could compete in physique if you really wanted, i think u got the genetics for it brother, u look fantastic with that current physique
Thanks bro! That means a lot coming from you brother. Maybe one day I'll consider it but I'd wanna be all in and give it 1000% just not possible for me with work right now. Just don't have the time to commit the time I know that's needed. Til then I'll just keep living vicariously through friends like you bro! I'm in it with ya!

Yeah. I get it. I tried to be vegetarian too, and that’s actually the exact time that my body started falling apart on me. I actually left that part out of the origin story of my first log, because people get ruffled by it, but it’s the truth. I was dating a vegetarian nutritionist, and it really fucked me up. I used to miss shots on purpose hunting with my dad.

I came to terms with it when I was carnivore. Prey animals die a horror of a death before they get old in the wild, and then their bodies become the body of the predator. It’s the way life has worked since the very beginning.

Log Day 123

First day back off deload and man did it feel good to lift again! I think the joy of lifting coupled with all the cardio had me sleeping like a baby last night. I don't think I even got up to pee...which is big lol.

I'm run into an arm focused mesocycle this go around. Trying to add to beef on these bones. If I can add an inch over the next couple months I'd be happy. The split had 3 dedicated arm days with everything else on the other 2 days. Having arms only allows me to add in more cardio. Did some speed walking to warm up and some steady state rowing post workout.

Goal is to go into my next cycle in October in tip top health and be in peak readiness for the Tren monster. This way if it doesn't work well for me I'll know for sure it's the compound and not something I did wrong. Hopefully my body and mind will enjoy some Tren.
