Log Day 131
Recovery numbers have started coming back to normal after those crazy peaks on the first 3 days of GH. Couldn't last forever. I still felt great yesterday. Put in a really hard day on the tools, 8k steps just at work, a lot of up and down ladders, big day. Then came home to a pretty decent training session. I was able to still push hard andnmake progression even tho I'm on my last taper week.
New macros have started up. Aiming for around 300-350g carbs, 100g fat, 300g carbs and I'll see how it goes. Ate low cal last night and woke up this morning looking super peeled for the first time in a while.
Sleep was dog shit last night. My nose got stuffed up and it was aggrivating me to where incouldn fall asleep. That coupled with the fact that I had to piss 5 times last night. No idea why, but it sucked. Hopefully tonight will be better.
