Recovery is back today. Sleep was good last night and feeling strong again.As you are closing out your cycle, I think you should consider doing a longer deload for a week.

Try some valerian root with magnesium potassium and zinc prebed. Melatonin maybe too much.
My training is pretty easy ATM. 3 days of arms and 2 days of the rest. 2 days off on the weekend. Definitely not overtraining anymore.
I'll checkout the valerian root. I'm taking quite a bit of magnesium, potassium, and zinc in my other supplements already. My doc recently added a new supplement to my stack to increase my potassium and copper intake. Last bloods both were a bit low.
