I scanned in today and @ 86.8 and 9.2 percent body fat with 46.1kg of skeletal.

Running 250mg of test e week along side 5iu of hgh daily.
700mcg of bpc157 tb500 combo.

Goal is to drop some body fat to sit between 6 to 8 percent bf and between 80kg and 85kg.

Ive just started running anavar @ 25mg a day but will up soon to 37.5mg then 50mg then tapper down and do it over 8 weeks.

At 86kgs and 9% you’re already lean, so pushing to 6-8% will come down to tight calorie control, sodium balance, and recovery more than just adding Anavar.
25 mg starting dose is fine, but ramping up without watching lipids, hematocrit, and sleep can backfire fast, especially on 5ius of HGH.

  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Thanks mate, appreciate the kind words. For 42 years old im pretty happy with where im @ tbh. Really just trying to keep my muscle and reduce body fat a couple more percent.

Haha most over here do also bro. My kids said to me the other day. " Dad, all my friends dads have big bellies but you have a six pack" haha. Was pretty happy with that comment ay. Ive got 3 businesses which are pretty labour intensive so if my body is running good I can make more $ for the family.

Your goals look fantastic man. It would be nice to see you peel up to 6%.

That sounds like a good plan. Anavar has been very successfully used. Have you thought about using Reta it as well?

Cheers bro. Thats the target. I got to 6.2 percent but I was to light because I did it to fast and lost a bit of muscle. Want to do it slower and keep most of my muscle this time. 👍🙂

I have tried reta and it went to well haha. Got to 6.2 percent bf but lost to much size in the process because i lost it to fast. Going to try without and do it a bit slower to keep more muscle this time. If I need to I can always sprinkle a little reta in the mix. Ive got some on stand by haha

yes man, it's all about balance. You'll figure it out as you keep experimenting.

Bros looking really good. The HGH and Test E are definitely on point, and the BPC and TB500 are on point.

Wow that's amazing. Anytime you can get under 10% that is an amazing accomplishment.

Congratulations on the results brother! Single digits is a win. You'll find fat-loss may start to slow as you get deeper into them. It doesn't like being that lean. Do you have a plan in place for plateaus? What does your nutrition and output look like at the moment?

Sitting at 9.2% is already lean as hell, so getting down to 6% is going to make you look like a total mutant. That Var taper sounds like a solid plan, but honestly, once you hit 50mg, you’re probably going to see all the magic happen. Just keep an eye on your pumps because 50mg of Var plus that GH is going to have your muscles feeling like they’re about to burst through your skin.

The BPC and TB combo is smart too, especially when you’re that dry and lean because that’s usually when the nagging joint pains start creeping in. If you can hold 85kg at 7% body fat, you’re going to be a absolute unit. Just make sure your electrolytes are on point or those Var cramps will wake you up in the middle of the night screaming. Kill it, man!
