Definitely, from what ive seen, his "friend" could really be "him" lol. Nonetheless, I would never advise letro in most circumstances. There are even better alternatives to rid long-term gyno issues.

Thanks for the advice all. And I have no issues with gyno and I'm never embarrassed to say or do anything, its not me, I would say it.

Like I said, he's going to she his doctor, but asked me for advice, I'm clueless so I asked you guys. I know he used AI since I purchased it for him. He wouldn't lie about taking it. Like I said, he's been using proscar for about 10 years and I know he upped the dosage with high test. AI was Anastrozol

If he already has gyno it's too late for letro . Obviously he did not use AI , he may need surgery. Use this as lesson to always have AI on hand or use through cycle . Usually if you catch gyno early stages it can be reversed . However not knowing how long , his cycle , age and how much time from getting this info and then getting the stuff will take ?? Plus my advice is to NOT use ancillary guys. Use human grade at this point . Gyno is no joke

Many medications can . Plus you can get different forms if gyno . Prolactin induced gyno will not be cured by letro. That can be from using a trenbolone or nandrolone hence different compound like bromocriptine or few others . The psychotropic riserperdol cause increase in prolactin as well.

There have been a few recent studies done on novaldex (tamoxifen) for gyno. Basically showed a dose of 20mg per day for an extended period was able to reverse gyno - even gyno that has been around a while. One of the studies used a period of 3 months and showed complete gyno removal, but the write up suggested treatment of up to 6 months. If you're friend goes on Letro, he should expect to have his sex drive shrink to nothing if he uses the kind of doses in most of the gyno nuking cycles. We guys need a little estrogen in order to have a normal libido.
