I’m excited to try some of this sermorelin a friend of mine gave me. He said it would work really good combined with proper exercise and proper diet. He said to do 3mg a day for 10 weeks minimum. Is this a good dose?
I’m currently 258 lbs and I’m around 28% body fat. Well other peptides should I be stacking with it if I want more metabolism boosting?

Honestly the only thing you need to stack with it is a good consistent diet and be in a caloric deficit.
What are you currently doing for diet/training/cardio?
These drugs are not a magic bullet.

in your situation I would stick to low carbs and cardarine gw instead of sermorelin, serm wont do much imo

forget sermorelin.

fasting, fasted cardio and gw is all i would do

you can try it but I would run half to those

it's not gonna do much for you on its own you need to stack it with sarms

you need to get on the cardio as soon as possible

The guys are correct.

Any and I mean ANY PED which stimulates the metabolism does so temporarily and rarely in a way that allows a user to ignore diet and cardio.

By way of actually making a longer more permanent difference adding muscle works. More muscle means more calories burned. Being more active ALL the time = the same

Get diet right
