Hello everyone i am making this log to gain some in sight into the bodybuilding sphere and hopefully provide some useful info to other people.
I will be updating this log roughly every week from today.
(P.S this is my first log)
First of all my body rn
Weight: 70kg at night
Height: roughly 173 or 5'8
My current gym stats:
First of all my split is UL Rest Repeat to keep high frequency while still being able to recover good.
1 year and 3 months lifting starting at 60 kg
Bench: 85kg 1rm
Deadlift: 175 1rm
(I do neither of these in my training days)
For exercises i actually do that i think r impressive:
Pec Dec 1 arm: 120kg 5 reps
1 arm supinated tricep extension: 28 kg 7 reps
Leg extension: 140kg 8 reps maxxed out my machine
Goal:
Goal if this is to lose a bit of fat and a
Gain some muscle dont really care abt strength just want aesthetics.
Some physique photos from roughly a month ago r given all feedback is welcome and appreciated
