But if you aren’t prone or your goal is to get a nice C cup, then not important at all.

An AI is VERY important to keep estrogen levels in the normal range. Not using an AI with your cycle is asking for high estrogen side effects like gyno, water retention etc.

Always start your AI on day 1 of your cycle and run it throughout your entire cycle and PCT

how much you need is dependent upon what you run and if you are very estrogen prone or not... its extremely important to 1. keep estrogen under control BUT 2. to NOT crush your estrogen either... you have to do pre, mid and post cycle bloodwork to get everything dialed in but its very important to address it, yes

Good point DG! So many guys feel killing their Estrogen is good. It is not. Men need a healthy dose of estrogen for sexual function, mood, etc.. too much or too little will throw all that shit off.

Generally speaking, 12.5mgs of Aromasin every other day for the duration of any and all cycles will suffice.

It all depends man. I don't think there really is a standard dosage. You need to get blood work and determine that. If you are on a longer ester sometimes arimidex is fine once a week (as I do and never had issues) but some guys need more, some need less. It also depends on your TRT dose, which can fluctuate from 100mg to 200mg typically. The more you take the more it's going to aromitize.

If you run aromatizing compounds an AI is essential. It is much easier (and makes more sense) to prevent gyno than to try to get rid of it. Pretty standard dosages would be 10-12.5mg aromasin EOD or .5mg arimidex EOD. You really need blood work to determine what dose is best for you. If it is a TRT dose of test only then blood work is a must. Some people will not require an AI while some will.

for that...I'd say .25 to .5mg depending. But you can't really tell without blood work. You don't want it to be too late.
