How long off cycle?????

Usually I trend toward off as long as I was on. Whats the risk of running a shorter off time besides natural production. Are the pros ever off?

I would say most guys blast and cruise but not everyone does that. Some guys here do 8 week on 8 week off and I do hear that the more time off is better. But lots just stay on blast for 8-12weeks then cruise till the next blast.

The end of the year I'm going to go completly natural and see how hard I can train with minimal aid from peptides.

The (very few, and supposedly at that) that have discussed it that I've read either take something like 3 months off a year or they cruise.

Weeks in cycle+weeks in PCT=number of weeks off before next cycle, minimum

So if its 12 week cycle+4 week PCT then 16 weeks off minimum...I'd probably add another 4 weeks to be safe on top of it

Making the assumption "most" just doesn't make sense.

Blast and cruise is for guys who do not plan on coming off ever. The longer you are shut down the harder if at all possible to get natty test back up and going.

General rule of thumb for SAFE cycles is time on+pct=time off. Search for a real answer off the boards of body building, it takes the body over a year for some to bounce back fully.

Use blood work to tell when it's actually safe for you to begin your next cycle, otherwise you run some serious risks

If you commit to blast and cruise you must accept the fact that you are probably never coming off again. The longer you stay on, the less likely you will ever be able to recover again.

Im going to try blast and cruise...... see how it goes

Are you on TRT, or are you over 40.
If Yes to either one, then yes you could Blast and Cruise.
If No, then wait till the time is Appropriate............................... JP

how old are you bro? you do have options for a bridge in between cycles... you don't want to just start cruising because you want to get "massive" especially if your too young man... that's just not smart at all... you can run sarms in between cycles as a bridge and not only maintain but also add to and clean up your gains and you will go into your next cycle in far better condition as well...
