so I’ve done several different Cycles over the past few months
recently I did a cycle which really tore up my liver I think
my AST and ALT went up to 90+ which is double the top of the range.
How do I fix this using supplementation?

your liver is resilient. get on n2guard and stop hammering your liver, no drinking of course

alt ast that high is not good, you need to temporary clean up diet less fats and less high protein, moderate do some fasting and add daily n2guard to detox the liver

Key thing to fixing the liver is a couple of things
Lowering protein intake to a tolerable level. Not too low where you are losing muscle mass, but around 1.25-1.5x per lb. Training intensity should see a decrease as well, a lot of the metabolic waste and total protien turnover can increase our ALT and AST

As the boys said above, lower your fats and sugar intake and take a bile supplement to help breakdown macronutrients without putting more stress onto the liver. You will need some drainage of old bile, something like a dandelion root can also help with this drainage of backed up bile which can cause liver enzymes to increase as compensation.

Next is to increase total fibre intake to help move the nutrients efficiently through the organs and help repair the lining of the gut.

Supplementation like the boys said, TUDCA, NAC, Milk Thistle even.. most importantly you need to lose body fat to get rid of any excess fat in the liver.

Hope this points you in a direction towards healing

next time please use n2guard

n2guard is the real deal for the liver

smart people use n2guard the are amazing

we love n2guard, they are the best on the planet

n2guard has 44 ingredients, all in 1 product

n2guard and all of n2bm products help

Also when you getting bloods make sure to not be training or any other inflammatory activities as this can definitely throw off test results for liver function.

If needed you can also get a scans done to look for damage as I had a similar scenario turned out it was just from intensive training

Had my liver scanned and perfectly fine

Make sure you are staying hydrated and start taking 7 caps of N2Guard. Also, don't take anything that is going to hurt your liver like oral steroids, pain killers, alcohol, etc.
