Alright guys I might have fucked up and would like yalls opinion on what yall think happen, yes i know yall aren't doctors and alot of yall are probably gonna tell me to go see one but ima see what yall think first, i didn't want to post this in my log so it would reach more people cause i know many people dont read the logs

So on sunday i was deadlifting, this was my 4th time ever deadlifting, i put on 405 and got it for 4 reps, they felt very good and probably could have got 5 or 6. the next set i put on 315 and did 13 reps, the last 3 was very hard reps and i probably should have stopped at 10, but i wanted to push my self, when i put down the 13th rep, my head started POUNDING, i stepped back and started to get a little wobbly and thought i was gonna drop. so i sat down, i had to set for an hour before i felt good enough to get up, i figured i forgot to breath or something on the last couple reps and lost oxygen to the brain or some shit idk, but and far as my body and back i felt 100% fine, my head just really hurt. so i didn't think much of it. Yesterday (Monday) i hit arms and had no issues at all.

That brings us to today (Tuesday). I was going to go for a pr on bench today (335), i got to the gym, this happen 45 minutes ago btw, i was doing my warm up and everything felt good, i went to do some pullups and on the 3rd pullup, something in my neck/back popped, it didn't hurt or feel any type of way, it was just a pop. i did 2 more pullups before i jumped down and as soon as i got down my head started pounding again and i thought i was gonna drop, just like sunday. I worked a 12 hour shift yesterday and today with 0 issues, that includes lifting heavy shit all day, i hit arms yesterday with no problems, i have full range of motion in my whole body and nothing hurts, i did a warm up set of 225 and felt strong af, but that pop during that pullup fucked me up, my head is still throbbing.

Do yall have any ideas? My form on the deadlifts are very good and i have a video from 2 angles of the 405x4 set if yall want to check my form on the deadlifts, and the form on the pullups was slow and very strict. let me know if yall any experience with this, before i go spend a trillion dollars and the doctor

you could be dealing with a pinched nerve which could be caused by a herniated disc

these types of injuries are very common. my advice is listen to your body and take a break for a while and let things calm down. you also need to be doing mobility and stretching. yoga would be perfect for you over the next couple weeks, especially hot yoga to get some decompression, also i recommend inversion table too

@Jtgjtg3428 Yes this sounds like connective tissue damage to me.

I would do the following:

From your log I see you are on EQ/test
https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/threads/jtg-recomp-cycle-log.89927/#post-1353037

For the next 2 weeks:
I would get a bottle of ostarine mk2866 and some collage powder.
Drink a collagen shake 3x/day and take 50mgs ostarine mk/day
Lower your doses for all gear to sports TRT 300mgs testosterone/week
Add fish oil aka omega 3 to help with this recovery
Add glucosamine chondroitin and msm 3-4 caps ed
Get deep tissue massage every 2 days

No training for 2 weeks, and take the above and you will recover. Basically lower doses and recovery aids with more rest time.

If you keep training, and I've had clients that do this, you can injure your neck for life and have bolts in there.

Thanks everyone for the advice, this is so fucking annoying, my back, neck, and spine feel 100% perfect, but i NEVER get headaches, hell iv had maybe 1 in the past 3 years, and they hit HARD, like i said both times i felt like i was gonna drop to the floor and pass out.
i know taking time off the gym is what i need to do but that fucking sucks, i fucking love lifting, lifting and nutrition is literally all i think about lol, i will at least take the next few days off and then see how i feel, i do have some mk2866 on hand that i can start taking.
And i was gonna kill that 335 bench pr, i felt so good i was think about trying 340, fucking pissed

bros taking time off is not bad, getting injured for 10 years is bad

if you dont lower doses and take time off you can have a lifetime injury

i did a 405 deadlift and my lower back went out
stupid me went and did squats in 2 days then laid out for 2years
dont make my mistake

respect for your dedication but 2 weeks off and lower doses and that's from me the guy who hits 1000mgs of tren lol

Can i still do cardio?
@Jtgjtg3428 cardio only in the form of 30min walk per day, nothing that would strain arms or shoulders or neck, just basic walking around 30min per day no running no job no high speed, 2 weeks not long
but you MUST keep diet in check

Started the mk2866 this morning, had it on hand for pct
Do you have a recommendation on that collagen? Preferably something i can get on Amazon so it will get here tomorrow, and for the msm

One thing that most of go through is never wanting to or understanding the need to take time off, listen to our bodies and go to have things checked out.... thats difficult for most of us but as you get older, you start to realize those important aspects.. also, i know how most of us love to attempt PR's but as you get older especially, you found how pointless and counterproductive it is and it generally leads to injury which then leads to time off... its just not worth it whatsoever and it really accomplishes nothing more than an ego boost and dont take that in an insulting way because we ALL go through that.. experience will teach you that it is pointless and counterproductive...

i would highly suggest, taking time off and at the minimum getting looked at whether a chiro or doctor that can assess you, take an x ray and give you different movement tests to figure out the issue because it could be something that could cause multiple other issues for you and it will not just get better on its own...

need to see a real DR

You are talking about some complicated systems when dealing with back issues, and even moreso when you loop in what sounds to be cardiovascular reactions, particularly when you are on PEDs. See a doctor.
